article------>{"id":219,"cid":13,"sub_cid":"","title":"下丹田发胀与下丹田内气充实的区别及处理方法","short_title":"0","tag_id":"下丹田 下丹田发胀 内气充实","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"下丹田发胀与下丹田内气充实的区别及处理方法","img":"","content":"<p>下丹田发胀与下丹田内气充实的区别及处理方法</p><p>1、下丹田发胀的原因</p><p>下丹田发胀是指练功后出现小腹部位丹田发胀或疼痛的一种偏差现象.引起的主要原因有:</p><p>(1)练功时意守下丹田过紧,意念太强,致使小腹胀满疼痛.</p><p>(2)练功时腹式呼吸不自然,用力过重或停闭时间太长,导致腹肌紧张,丹田部位满胀,疼痛就随之发生了.</p><p>2、下丹田发胀与下丹田内气充实的区别</p><p>内丹派功法大多都强调下丹田内气充实的重要作用.当练功有一定功夫后,下丹田内气充足,可以出现轻度丹田气满、腹胀的感觉,并可出现内气运转的气动现象.这是练功中的正常、有效反应,必须与丹田发胀的偏差予以区别.</p><p>3、下丹田发胀的纠治方法</p><p>(1)自我纠治</p><p>①要针对原因纠正练功方法.因意守太紧或意念过强者,要放松意念活动,使意念轻微,腹胀就自然消除.因呼吸过于用力而致者,应使呼吸自然或改用自然呼吸法.</p><p>②揉按丹田.双手内外劳宫穴相对,男左手在内、女右手在内,重叠于下丹田处,然后先顺时针,由小到大划圈,揉按丹田18次,再逆时针揉按18次.</p><p>(2)帮他人纠治</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>下丹田发胀一般通过自我纠治即可消失.如果按上法纠治而未能消失者,医者可用外气导引法进行纠治.其方法是:将内气运至右手劳宫穴,对准患者下丹田部位发气,并以丹田为中心,上下推行数次,至腹胀消失即可.</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":3226,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-08-22 09:54:41","updatedAt":"2024-10-05 05:48:12","field":{},"tags":[]}
