第三章 气功锻炼的基本姿式(2)-坐式《气功疗法和保健》

「导读」坐式可分为盘膝和端坐两种:3.2.1 盘膝式  又分为双盘、单盘、自然盘膝三种姿式。双盘作法,先用左腿加于右腿之上,然后再以右腿加于左腿的上面、两脚心向上,两膝紧压软垫,头颈和上身端直,以坐稳舒适为宜。此种姿式,没有功夫的人,很难做到。对于有病的人,若双盘膝很感困难,则可以采用单盘坐法,即以左腿于右腿上,或用右腿放在左腿上,随各人习惯而定,不拘一格。两腿互相重叠,惟上腿足心向上,其余与双盘膝同。如因体弱,单盘仍不能耐坐,可采用自然盘膝,此法以两腿交叉而坐,两脚心各压在腿下(如图4)。妇女可以把两

盘膝前,最好先作击腹和摇摆活动(见图11、图13)数分钟,以舒展筋骨肌肉,免得入坐时感到困难。活动后,应宽衣解带,不宜太紧,以免妨碍调和气息,但也不要过松,以免衣服脱落身体受凉。然后入坐,盘时头鼻和舌尖正对在肚脐眼一条直线上,这样身体才能保持端正,不偏不斜。但胸部略向前稍俯,不挺胸,臀部向后稍微凸出,但背脊不弯不曲。两膝盘好后,两手相握或两手重叠向上,贴于小腹前,放在小腿上。姿式端正后,微闭两眼,注视鼻尖,意守丹田,进行呼吸。

盘膝的好处,在于气息下沉,易于汇集丹田,摄手扶足,心亦不散,此为佛家禅悟,道家养生的重要功夫。所以坐功到家的人,并不感到腿脚麻木,能耐久坐。但年老或有病之人,不适于双、单盘膝,易感腿麻,腰部吃力。最好采用自然盘膝,此为人人均可做到而最方便的盘膝方法。如盘膝时,遇腿脚麻木,以两手按摩两腿,或调换两腿位置。如不能耐坐,可起身活动后再进行入坐,以舒适为度。

3.2.2 端坐式

此法即平常坐在适当高度的凳子上,垫一软垫。头颈上身与盘膝相同,惟两腿分开双垂,脚踏地面,两手掌心各贴于大腿(放置腹下亦可),眼亦微闭,进行呼吸(如图5)。


此法为常人(不论年老或体弱)所惯用,尤为晚间家中练习气功所常用,因为简便易行,又无久坐麻木之苦。静坐养气,为调心入门的好办法。
