道家高人揭秘胎息!(附修炼方法)

「导读」我国古代医家早就认识到胎息有祛病延年的奇效,并创造了“吐纳”、“龟息”、“气沉丹田”、“胎息”等健身方法。“呼吸到脐,寿与天齐”。这就是养生学家对胎息法的高度评价。

关于道家的胎息

我国古代医家早就认识到胎息有祛病延年的奇效,并创造了“吐纳”、“龟息”、“气沉丹田”、“胎息”等健身方法。“呼吸到脐,寿与天齐”。这就是养生学家对胎息法的高度评价。

胎息的本义是胎儿在母腹中的呼吸。引申义是以下丹田为中心高深层次的内呼吸,它是先天呼吸,如同胎儿在母腹中的呼吸一样。“丹田”源于中国道教,内丹田学派的修炼术语“下丹田”,意思是“藏精之府”,“性命之根本”。

胎息自成系统,不受外息(肺呼吸)影响,进入胎息状态时,外呼吸依旧自然进行,但却若存若亡。

胎息是道家的一种重要的炼养术。练功实践证明,胎息功对于培育元气,涵养精、气、神,治疗五劳七损都有显著效果,还可延年益寿,故而历代养生家极为重视,并积累了丰富的经验,但因儒、释、道、医等各家的理论基础不同,因而对胎息的认识也存在着较大的分歧。

胎息一词,现认为最早出于晋代葛洪的《抱朴子·释滞》:“得胎息者,能不以鼻口嘘吸,如人在胞胎之中。”认为胎息是练功达到一定境界而出现的无需口鼻呼吸的一种状态。《大成捷要·胎息经注》中认为:“修道者,常伏其气于脐下,守其神于身内,神气相合而生玄胎。”把胎息看成是练功中神气相合于下丹田而达到的一种高深的气功态。更多的人则把胎息看成是一种呼吸方法,如《万密斋书十种·养生四要》所说:“呼吸绵绵,如儿在胎之时,故曰胎息。”强调练功者要最大限度地减慢呼吸频率,以达到“胎息微微,若有若无”的境界。也有人指出胎息即内丹,如《胎息铭》中说:“假名胎息,实曰内丹”,从而把胎息与内丹混为一谈,否认了胎息的独立存在性。

那么,究竟怎样来认识胎息呢?从人体的呼吸生理来看,人体呼吸过程可分为内呼吸与外呼吸两种。外呼吸是指人体本身与外界环境之间的气体交换,它包括以下3种类型:

①借助于人体呼吸系统,经口鼻、气管、肺与外界环境之间进行气体交换。

②人在胚胎之时,通过脐动脉、脐静脉和母体进行气体交换。

③人体的皮肤、毛孔、喻穴等直接与外界环境进行气体交换。

内呼吸则是指人体的细胞呼吸,即人体细胞经过细胞膜从体内环境中摄取氧气,经过氧化还原代谢后又向体内环境排出二氧化碳的过程。有关的研究表明,经过气功锻炼,可使人体体表的固有换气功能得到强化,并使内呼吸显著增强,从而使人体的口鼻呼吸大大减弱,出现绵绵若存的状态。这个时候练功者可感觉到全身毛孔完全张开,身体内外融为一体,有飘飘欲仙之感,恰如苏东坡在《苏沈良方》中所谈到的“一息自住,不出不入”。由此可见,所谓胎息,只不过是人体在高度入静状态下所表现出来的一种自然本能,是通过气功锻炼而使人体的内外呼吸和谐一致,充分发挥其功能的一种生理状态。它并不象一些文献所说的那么神秘,只要坚持锻炼,方法正确,任何人都可达到这种境界,可以使人精力充沛,青春常葆,百岁健康,并可促进人体潜能的开发。

胎息的作用

胎息是生命的原始状态,它孕育着宇宙生命本质的根本奥秘。中国古代修道者,在数千年的修炼中发现,胎息是长生之径,仙道之门,是人体消除疾病、返还青春,与宇宙之气融为一体的修炼佳境。修道者,无不把胎息作为修炼的高层次目标。

生命来自胚胎,本自胎息而发,重新返回先天的胎息是生命自我再生。进入胎息就是步入生命的本源之地,可以使生命发生返老还童的转变。修炼胎息是从生命的根本上解决问题。

胎息最主要的作用,是沟通人与体内能量的连接。

进入胎息,就如同在体内建造了一个生命能量加工厂,生命之气将被源源不断地创造出来,不足的补充(损耗的内气能量),多余的去掉(体内的各种病气和疾病隐患)。元气增加到一定程度后,开始向生命的本根返归,实现返老还童,其最高层次是天人合一,长生永恒。随着生命力的加强,人的免疫能力随之增强,抵抗疾病、战胜绝症,保持青春,开发智慧,就有了根本的支持。

胎息是被称为现代无形杀手“心脏病”、“糖尿病”、“癌症”、“高血压”的克星。胎息对慢性支气管炎、风湿症、类风湿都有显效。女性在胎息的过程中,最为明显的是面部皮肤得到改善,变得细腻、红润,面容有光泽,这是任何美容手段都无法达到的效果,这是胎息使内分泌旺盛的结果。男性老年人则会出现每日清晨无欲而刚的阳举;脸上皮肤变紧,红润年青,黑斑显退。

只有达到胎息,才能开发人体潜能,自我创造生命能源,支撑肉体生命常存不坏。正因为胎息有如此效果,它才成为古代圣人的专利,成为道家千古不传之秘。千古英雄为之折腰,历代圣贤为之蹇足。胎息象一座无形的高山,横卧在生与死之间,望不到它,捉不到它,解不开它,达不到它。

胎息是道家中非常重要的修行方法,它的发明早于内丹术,但它又是内丹术不可缺少的部分。胎息的渊源,可谓从有中华文化开始,就有了胎息的学问。而现今可查的“胎息”学术创源于老子,老子就是通过胎息的方式,达到“复归于婴儿”,“复归于无极”的长生之道。

胎息的层次

从上已知,胎息是人体已退化的自然本能通过一定的锻炼途径重新激活起来,这是一个比较长而艰巨的过程,因而胎息修炼表现出一定的层次性。根据练功的反应及要求不同,可以分为3个层次。当练功者按照正确要求,持之以恒地修炼达到一定程度之后,就会有一些非常奇妙的感觉出现,如痒、麻、凉、胀等。皮肤敏感度提高,呼吸频率降低,绵绵若存。随着气感的进一步增强,练功者会有内气氤氲与天地融为一体的感觉,此时皮肤、细胞的呼吸功能显著增强,意味着胎息真正开始,亦即胎息的第一层次

进入胎息状态后,练功者要排除一切杂念,在恬淡虚无中,人体的自然本能被激活,与外界的气体交换已通过人体的皮肤、毛窍、俞穴、细胞膜等直接进行交换,从而产生了更高层次的活动,口鼻呼吸自然完全停止,进入胎息的第二层次,当胎息持续到一定程度后,便会出现内气不出、外气不入的混沌状态。

人体的一切高级神经的感知活动就会完全停止,进入神气合一的高级气功念之中,此时,人体的许多潜能被激发,会出现许许多多的奇妙景象和特异功能。修炼者千万人可迷恋于这些景象,贪图特异功能的奇妙效应,而是要做到身心两忘、使这些奇景怪相复归于虚无之中,人体生命固有的无限生机得以充分展现,是谓胎息的第三层次

胎息的修炼

胎息的练法很多,一般分闭气、调息两大类。闭气法关键在于人通过有意识的抑制呼吸来达到多入少出,从而积极培育元气,以保证胎息之果的目的。这一类方法最典型的是葛洪所述:“初学行气鼻中,引气而闭之,阴一心数至一百二十,乃以口微吐之,吐之及引之皆不欲己耳闻其气出入之声,常令入多出少,以鸿毛著鼻口之上而不动……,日还一日耳”这种方法若无明师指点,往往会造成强行憋气,为避免出现各种意外伤害,学者宜慎用。调息法则是通过数息、随息等方法逐渐使神气合一,达到口鼻呼吸停止的境界,这种方法的核心就是通过凋息安神而实现胎息之境地。具体方法可参照《勿药元诠》所述来修炼:“凋息之法,不拘时候,随便而坐,平直其身,纵任其体,不倚不屈,解衣宽带(腰带不宽,则气不流通),务令调适,口中舌搅数遍,微微呵出浊气(不得有声),鼻中微微纳之,或三、五遍,或一、二遍,有津咽下,叩齿数通,舌抵上腭,唇齿相著,两目垂帘,令胧胧然,渐次凋息。不喘不粗,或数息出,或数息入,从一至十,从十全百,摄心在数,勿令散乱。如心息相依,杂念不生,则止勿数,任其自然,坐久愈妙,若欲起身,则徐徐舒放手足,勿得促起。”这样勤奋修习,到一定程度后,自可神入气中,气包神外,打成一片,结成-团,鼻息微微,苦有若无,八脉齐通,遍身舒适,如胎儿在母腹中之呼吸,一搬来说,凋息法比闭气法要灵活方便得多,不会出现大的偏差,因而比较适合于广大气功爱好者。

为什么腹式呼吸对生命如此相关?因为腹腔内藏着除心、脑、肺之外的全部脏器。包括消化系统、造血系统、生殖、秘尿系统及内分泌系统及淋巴系统的一部分,并拥有大量的血管神经,因此腹腔是非常重要的。但人类自直立行走后即以胸式呼吸为主,腹式呼吸便开始退化,这样腹部运动也就减弱了,造成废物易于堆积,血流易于滞缓,严重时由于腹腔血流变窄的关系还可影响到大脑的供血。因此加强腹式呼吸,促进腹腔运动是非常重要的。

腹式呼吸好处还在于通过腹腔压力的改变,使胸廓容积增大,胸腔负压增高,上下腔静脉压力下降,血液回流加速。由于腹腔压力的规律性增减,腹内脏器活动加强,改善了消化道的血液循环,促进消化道的消化吸收功能,促进肠蠕动,防止便秘,起到加速毒素的排出,减少自体中毒,而达到减慢衰老的目的。因为肠道系统是人体食物代谢终结废物主要通道暂时贮存的地方,粪便里的细菌量是惊人的,粪便的滞留,不但加速了细菌的繁殖,并且增加了肠道毒素的吸收,腹气功是最有效的通便药,故对抗衰老有重要意义,此外,对结肠癌及痔疮的预防也卓有成效。

另外,腹式呼吸还包括盆腔运动,即在作腹部大呼吸的同时,配合收肛及舒肛运动以及缩腹上举,目的在于促进盆腔血流,因为盆腔中的脏器涉及到人的内分泌系统、生殖泌尿系统是一个不可忽视的部分。

此功方便易行,如每日坚持下去,对消除腹部脂肪、排除腹部废物,改善腹部血液循环,促进腹部及盆腔脏器的生命活动等皆有重要意义。如能坚持天天做胎息,将有助于延年益寿。

article------>{"id":727,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"道家高人揭秘胎息!(附修炼方法)","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"我国古代医家早就认识到胎息有祛病延年的奇效,并创造了“吐纳”、“龟息”、“气沉丹田”、“胎息”等健身方法。“呼吸到脐,寿与天齐”。这就是养生学家对胎息法的高度评价。","img":null,"content":"<p><strong>关于道家的胎息</strong></p><p>我国古代医家早就认识到胎息有祛病延年的奇效,并创造了“吐纳”、“龟息”、“气沉丹田”、“胎息”等健身方法。“呼吸到脐,寿与天齐”。这就是养生学家对胎息法的高度评价。</p><p>胎息的本义是胎儿在母腹中的呼吸。引申义是以下丹田为中心高深层次的内呼吸,它是先天呼吸,如同胎儿在母腹中的呼吸一样。“丹田”源于中国道教,内丹田学派的修炼术语“下丹田”,意思是“藏精之府”,“性命之根本”。</p><p>胎息自成系统,不受外息(肺呼吸)影响,进入胎息状态时,外呼吸依旧自然进行,但却若存若亡。</p><p>胎息是道家的一种重要的炼养术。练功实践证明,胎息功对于培育元气,涵养精、气、神,治疗五劳七损都有显著效果,还可延年益寿,故而历代养生家极为重视,并积累了丰富的经验,但因儒、释、道、医等各家的理论基础不同,因而对胎息的认识也存在着较大的分歧。</p><p>胎息一词,现认为最早出于晋代葛洪的《抱朴子·释滞》:“得胎息者,能不以鼻口嘘吸,如人在胞胎之中。”认为胎息是练功达到一定境界而出现的无需口鼻呼吸的一种状态。《大成捷要·胎息经注》中认为:“修道者,常伏其气于脐下,守其神于身内,神气相合而生玄胎。”把胎息看成是练功中神气相合于下丹田而达到的一种高深的气功态。更多的人则把胎息看成是一种呼吸方法,如《万密斋书十种·养生四要》所说:“呼吸绵绵,如儿在胎之时,故曰胎息。”强调练功者要最大限度地减慢呼吸频率,以达到“胎息微微,若有若无”的境界。也有人指出胎息即内丹,如《胎息铭》中说:“假名胎息,实曰内丹”,从而把胎息与内丹混为一谈,否认了胎息的独立存在性。</p><p>那么,究竟怎样来认识胎息呢?从人体的呼吸生理来看,人体呼吸过程可分为内呼吸与外呼吸两种。外呼吸是指人体本身与外界环境之间的气体交换,它包括以下3种类型:</p><p>①借助于人体呼吸系统,经口鼻、气管、肺与外界环境之间进行气体交换。</p><p>②人在胚胎之时,通过脐动脉、脐静脉和母体进行气体交换。</p><p>③人体的皮肤、毛孔、喻穴等直接与外界环境进行气体交换。</p><p>内呼吸则是指人体的细胞呼吸,即人体细胞经过细胞膜从体内环境中摄取氧气,经过氧化还原代谢后又向体内环境排出二氧化碳的过程。有关的研究表明,经过气功锻炼,可使人体体表的固有换气功能得到强化,并使内呼吸显著增强,从而使人体的口鼻呼吸大大减弱,出现绵绵若存的状态。这个时候练功者可感觉到全身毛孔完全张开,身体内外融为一体,有飘飘欲仙之感,恰如苏东坡在《苏沈良方》中所谈到的“一息自住,不出不入”。由此可见,所谓胎息,只不过是人体在高度入静状态下所表现出来的一种自然本能,是通过气功锻炼而使人体的内外呼吸和谐一致,充分发挥其功能的一种生理状态。它并不象一些文献所说的那么神秘,只要坚持锻炼,方法正确,任何人都可达到这种境界,可以使人精力充沛,青春常葆,百岁健康,并可促进人体潜能的开发。</p><p><strong>胎息的作用</strong></p><p>胎息是生命的原始状态,它孕育着宇宙生命本质的根本奥秘。中国古代修道者,在数千年的修炼中发现,胎息是长生之径,仙道之门,是人体消除疾病、返还青春,与宇宙之气融为一体的修炼佳境。修道者,无不把胎息作为修炼的高层次目标。</p><p>生命来自胚胎,本自胎息而发,重新返回先天的胎息是生命自我再生。进入胎息就是步入生命的本源之地,可以使生命发生返老还童的转变。修炼胎息是从生命的根本上解决问题。</p><p><strong>胎息最主要的作用,是沟通人与体内能量的连接。</strong></p><p>进入胎息,就如同在体内建造了一个生命能量加工厂,生命之气将被源源不断地创造出来,不足的补充(损耗的内气能量),多余的去掉(体内的各种病气和疾病隐患)。元气增加到一定程度后,开始向生命的本根返归,实现返老还童,其最高层次是天人合一,长生永恒。随着生命力的加强,人的免疫能力随之增强,抵抗疾病、战胜绝症,保持青春,开发智慧,就有了根本的支持。</p><p>胎息是被称为现代无形杀手“心脏病”、“糖尿病”、“癌症”、“高血压”的克星。胎息对慢性支气管炎、风湿症、类风湿都有显效。女性在胎息的过程中,最为明显的是面部皮肤得到改善,变得细腻、红润,面容有光泽,这是任何美容手段都无法达到的效果,这是胎息使内分泌旺盛的结果。男性老年人则会出现每日清晨无欲而刚的阳举;脸上皮肤变紧,红润年青,黑斑显退。</p><p>只有达到胎息,才能开发人体潜能,自我创造生命能源,支撑肉体生命常存不坏。正因为胎息有如此效果,它才成为古代圣人的专利,成为道家千古不传之秘。千古英雄为之折腰,历代圣贤为之蹇足。胎息象一座无形的高山,横卧在生与死之间,望不到它,捉不到它,解不开它,达不到它。</p><p><strong>胎息是道家中非常重要的修行方法,它的发明早于内丹术,但它又是内丹术不可缺少的部分。</strong>胎息的渊源,可谓从有中华文化开始,就有了胎息的学问。而现今可查的“胎息”学术创源于老子,老子就是通过胎息的方式,达到“复归于婴儿”,“复归于无极”的长生之道。</p><p><strong>胎息的层次</strong></p><p>从上已知,胎息是人体已退化的自然本能通过一定的锻炼途径重新激活起来,这是一个比较长而艰巨的过程,因而胎息修炼表现出一定的层次性。根据练功的反应及要求不同,可以分为3个层次。当练功者按照正确要求,持之以恒地修炼达到一定程度之后,就会有一些非常奇妙的感觉出现,如痒、麻、凉、胀等。皮肤敏感度提高,呼吸频率降低,绵绵若存。随着气感的进一步增强,练功者会有<strong>内气氤氲</strong>,<strong>与天地融为一体</strong>的感觉,此时皮肤、细胞的呼吸功能显著增强,意味着胎息真正开始,亦即<strong>胎息的第一层次</strong>。</p><p>进入胎息状态后,练功者要排除一切杂念,在恬淡虚无中,人体的自然本能被激活,与外界的气体交换已通过人体的皮肤、毛窍、俞穴、细胞膜等直接进行交换,从而产生了更高层次的活动,口鼻呼吸自然完全停止,进入<strong>胎息的第二层次</strong>,当胎息持续到一定程度后,便会出现内气不出、外气不入的混沌状态。</p><p>人体的一切高级神经的感知活动就会完全停止,进入神气合一的高级气功念之中,此时,人体的许多潜能被激发,会出现许许多多的奇妙景象和特异功能。修炼者千万人可迷恋于这些景象,贪图特异功能的奇妙效应,而是要做到身心两忘、使这些奇景怪相复归于虚无之中,人体生命固有的无限生机得以充分展现,是谓<strong>胎息的第三层次</strong>。</p><p><strong>胎息的修炼</strong></p><p>胎息的练法很多,一般分闭气、调息两大类。闭气法关键在于人通过有意识的抑制呼吸来达到多入少出,从而积极培育元气,以保证胎息之果的目的。这一类方法最典型的是葛洪所述:“初学行气鼻中,引气而闭之,阴一心数至一百二十,乃以口微吐之,吐之及引之皆不欲己耳闻其气出入之声,常令入多出少,以鸿毛著鼻口之上而不动……,日还一日耳”这种方法若无明师指点,往往会造成强行憋气,为避免出现各种意外伤害,学者宜慎用。调息法则是通过数息、随息等方法逐渐使神气合一,达到口鼻呼吸停止的境界,这种方法的核心就是通过凋息安神而实现胎息之境地。具体方法可参照《勿药元诠》所述来修炼:“凋息之法,不拘时候,随便而坐,平直其身,纵任其体,不倚不屈,解衣宽带(腰带不宽,则气不流通),务令调适,口中舌搅数遍,微微呵出浊气(不得有声),鼻中微微纳之,或三、五遍,或一、二遍,有津咽下,叩齿数通,舌抵上腭,唇齿相著,两目垂帘,令胧胧然,渐次凋息。不喘不粗,或数息出,或数息入,从一至十,从十全百,摄心在数,勿令散乱。如心息相依,杂念不生,则止勿数,任其自然,坐久愈妙,若欲起身,则徐徐舒放手足,勿得促起。”这样勤奋修习,到一定程度后,自可神入气中,气包神外,打成一片,结成-团,鼻息微微,苦有若无,八脉齐通,遍身舒适,如胎儿在母腹中之呼吸,一搬来说,凋息法比闭气法要灵活方便得多,不会出现大的偏差,因而比较适合于广大气功爱好者。</p><p>为什么腹式呼吸对生命如此相关?因为腹腔内藏着除心、脑、肺之外的全部脏器。包括消化系统、造血系统、生殖、秘尿系统及内分泌系统及淋巴系统的一部分,并拥有大量的血管神经,因此腹腔是非常重要的。但人类自直立行走后即以胸式呼吸为主,腹式呼吸便开始退化,这样腹部运动也就减弱了,造成废物易于堆积,血流易于滞缓,严重时由于腹腔血流变窄的关系还可影响到大脑的供血。因此加强腹式呼吸,促进腹腔运动是非常重要的。</p><p>腹式呼吸好处还在于通过腹腔压力的改变,使胸廓容积增大,胸腔负压增高,上下腔静脉压力下降,血液回流加速。由于腹腔压力的规律性增减,腹内脏器活动加强,改善了消化道的血液循环,促进消化道的消化吸收功能,促进肠蠕动,防止便秘,起到加速毒素的排出,减少自体中毒,而达到减慢衰老的目的。因为肠道系统是人体食物代谢终结废物主要通道暂时贮存的地方,粪便里的细菌量是惊人的,粪便的滞留,不但加速了细菌的繁殖,并且增加了肠道毒素的吸收,腹气功是最有效的通便药,故对抗衰老有重要意义,此外,对结肠癌及痔疮的预防也卓有成效。</p><p>另外,腹式呼吸还包括盆腔运动,即在作腹部大呼吸的同时,配合收肛及舒肛运动以及缩腹上举,目的在于促进盆腔血流,因为盆腔中的脏器涉及到人的内分泌系统、生殖泌尿系统是一个不可忽视的部分。</p><p>此功方便易行,如每日坚持下去,对消除腹部脂肪、排除腹部废物,改善腹部血液循环,促进腹部及盆腔脏器的生命活动等皆有重要意义。如能坚持天天做胎息,将有助于延年益寿。</p><p>坚持是一种信仰,专注是一种态度。无论您有多忙,请花1秒钟的时间把它放到你的朋友圈!谢谢大家!看到此文大量转发,厚德载物!</p>","status":0,"pv":2636,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-09-23 14:02:16","updatedAt":"2024-03-27 18:55:09","field":{},"tags":[]}
