6.怎样保证气功锻炼能成功

6.1 必须对气功锻炼树立信心

气功疗法,既不费事,又不费钱,无针刺之痛,服药之苦,就能却病强身,延年益寿,实为祖国医学精 萃之一。

根据文汇报1958年7月4日载:“我国医学上气功疗法对一些病是有效的,但从前没有人能理解这种疗法的道理。上海第一医学院生理教研组的同志们,连续进行动物实验,证明吸气时中枢神经兴奋,能广泛扩散到交感神经系统,呼气时中枢神经兴奋,能扩散到副交感神经系统。根据这个原理,他们认为,用调整呼吸的方法,可以影响到植物性神经机能,从而为气功疗法治疗植物性神经系统扰乱的疾病(如高血压,溃疡病等)提出了生理学的根据,说明了气功疗法所以能治病的生理机制。这是世界上首先提出的气功疗法生理机制,这对祖国医学遗产进一步发展具有重大意义”。我们看了这段记载,更增强了信心,这样多的事实,还有什么可怀疑的呢?

总之,只要摆脱一切思想顾虑,坚定学习信心,自然会逐步深入,保证有收获。

6.2 必须坚持长期锻炼

对气功树立了信心,就要耐心地进行锻炼。若有始无终,三天打鱼两天晒网,肯定不会有收益的。必须坚持长期锻炼,勤学苦干,才能保证成功。因为气功是内功,单单学会外形姿式和辅助运动是得不到什么疗效的。必须慢慢体会自己内部的各种活动,锻炼肌肉的随意伸缩,以达到“气”在体内,依着一定的路线运行,尤以达到目守玄关,意守丹田,气通关脉等重要目标,才算学会气功,始见良效。同时,气功是从根本上、整体上健全身体各器官或医疗疾患,效果彻底,但进度缓慢,所以学气功不可急于求成。必须提高认识,下定决心,有恒地专心地坚持长期锻炼,才能成功。如果朝夕锻炼不断,有始有终,则身心的健康,疾病的消除,自不待言,甚至达到长年多寿。一般患者可采取早晚各练一次,每次一小时,照平常上班学习的方式,需要半年不断地进行,效果才显著。病重的患者,要全日休息,每日锻炼次数多些,但时间不要太长,在一两个月内也会使病症减轻。根据旧时传授的气功经验,要全部掌握本书所述的六个阶段的呼吸方法,需要二、三年左右。

6.3 必须要有人指导

学习气功,必须有医师或专家指导,方能迅速收到效果,并能避免因方法不当而引起头晕、气血逆行等偏差。例如1957年4月19日北京日报所载“练气功最好有老师指导”一文,内中提到有政法学院李金鏊同学,因自练气功,没有找专人指导,发生头痛、脑胀、恶心等不良症状。如有人随时指点,迅速改正,则可能避免走弯路而浪费时间。

若要自修,必须要注意下列几点:

(1) 认真阅读气功专书及有关档,经常用以检查自己的缺点,衡量自己的程度。

(2) 严格分阶段学习,不可跳级。一般可先学站立式,体弱者则可采取坐或卧式。

(3) 呼吸缓和自然,切勿用力;外形动作要轻松,不拿劲。

(4) 如遇疑难问题,可写信请专家解答,或向有经验的同志请教。

6.4 分段学习,逐步深入

锻炼气功要分段进行,由浅入深,先简后繁,才能正确掌握。如果一下子就要求许多复杂的动作(包括外形肢体动作、内部气息的运行),既办不到,也学不好。应该先分开学好少数动作后,再逐渐加添新动作,才能逐步掌握正确和配合各个动作之间的联系。

练习气功还必须要求深入体会,提高效果,不断进步,一般均须经过下列三个时期的锻炼,才能保证成功:

6.4.1 准备时期 当你刚开始摆好姿式时,最好如平常呼吸一、二分钟,象呼出喉头浊气一样,避免呼吸的节奏突然改变。准备时期,就是调整气息的初步工作,把呼吸出入引导顺畅柔和,由粗而细,由短而长,做到初步“养气”的功夫,为过渡和用“气”时期作准备。

6.4.2 过渡时期 气息顺适之后,就可以依照第一阶段以下的各阶段的外形动作做起来,从此开始发动“气”在体内运行。在这时有人也许连打几个哈嘻,或者打了几次噫气,由肺或胃肠由上或由下排出。这时,会感到胸部舒爽,体松气顺,有时满口津液,清甜润喉,头脑明朗。这好比过桥梁,初学者不能轻易过得去。因此,必须多加体验,逐步进行过桥的步骤,也就是要正确地做好肢体外形动作,集中注意力,以意领“气”在体内各处运行。没有实际的体验能证明自己确已过了桥,就应该承认自己仍在桥边头或桥中,再继续进行过桥的练习,不可轻信自己已过了桥。犹如刚练功几天,就硬说是自己全身皆通,即使事属例外,亦不足法。

643用气工作时期 在上述过渡时期中,主要的注意力是放在外形动作上,以促使“气”的运行。但如果过分注意外形动作,则内部的“用气”功夫,却又不可能做得很好。为进一步深入体会,在把外形动作练得很纯熟,且能相当学会发动“气”的运行之后,就要求达到“形松意紧”这个原则。即让外形动作习惯地运动,不在肢体上用心思,而把全部的注意力集中到内部运“气”上面。必须认真地去体验实现“内三合”的原则,才能使“气”运用自如。

“用气”如掌握得好,顺乎自然,则可促使神经系统更好地调节各个器官的活动,使各器官密切配合,动作协调,以增进机体健康和消除疾患。有些人通过认真锻炼,可能体会到,在“气”的刺激和按摩下,全身似乎感到血液循环通畅无阻,十分舒适。这些工作做得好不好,要看对于“内三合”原则的认识和体验的程度而定,是否悉心从事气功的锻炼,是否坚信气功能治疗你的疾病,都有一定的关系。务求认识与实践相结合,就会集中精神和力量来引导“气”达到全身的深处,加强机体内的新陈代谢。如果是患神经衰弱的,你似乎会觉得大脑神经中一根一根束缚的“绳索”被解开放松了。使你由紧张变松弛,兴奋变镇静,烦躁变安恬,愤懑变平息,抑郁变舒畅,麻痹变灵敏。如果患肠胃炎或溃疡及其他内脏疾病的,就会觉得有一股热气,在腹腔内部反复按摩,似乎在推导淤积,化解浓泡,医治症结。即或是没有病的人,因“用气”工作得法,也不难增进健康,这就会使人到了另一种境界:由于呼吸的缓和柔顺,细匀深长,绵绵不断,欲止欲续,甚至呼吸快要停止,而全身毛孔都在出气,于是达到:”气通、热通、前通、后通、一身通”五通的境地。五通俱通,心旷神怡,安恬舒适,无疾无忧,所以不难理解气功有延年益寿、返老还童之效。

6.5 必须有明确的努力目标

保证气功成功,明确的努力目标是:

(1)思想高度集中,宁静地体验全身的活动。

(2)“养气”功夫达到浩然舒适之境。

(3)以意领“气“真正过了桥,即是做到任督二脉相通,前后三关通,五通,一身通。

(4)“用气”工作,真正发挥医疗和保健的功能。

(5)坚信不移,循序渐进,铁棒会磨成针。

初学气功的人,往往不能保持较长时间安静。例如练三、五分钟,就不耐烦,手脚酸了,就不继续再练,这样当然不能达到“用气”去作补治工作。维持时间的长短,是同气功质量相生相成的。如能在质量上提高,练功时间就可以坚持长久,进一步争取维持更多的几分钟,气功锻炼的程度就会逐步上升。因此练习不久,每次就可以维持二、三十分钟,再如能实现了上述努力目标,那就可以享受“用气”工作时间长达二、三十分钟,这种有益于医疗和保健的时间,是多么宝贵。鼓足干劲,力争时间,自会有好处。还有练习二次,每次15分钟的效果,不如一次连续练30分钟来的大。

又有人在练功中,一遇着困难就心灰意懒,不想再练下去,或在练功过程出现一些头晕肩沉、手脚和皮肤麻痒的反应,就不敢继续再练。其实,这是一时的反应,过些时候就会好的。如果有这样的顾虑,就是你练功进步和成功的绊脚石,必须予以消除。

在这里,再提出以下具体目标:

(1)吸气和呼气要做到均匀柔和。

(2)呼吸长度不追求,不勉强,使它逐步深长。

(3)每次练功时间,可逐渐增加,但须量力而行。

(4)坚持天天锻炼,不间断。

(5)站式或坐式呼吸久了,必须配合一些辅助运动或按摩,来解除疲乏,恢复精神。

6.6 把气功锻炼变为日常生活化

初学气功的人,往往要问,每日应当练习多少时间?一般说来,最好在 晨起床后和晚上睡觉前各练一次,每次一小时(其中正式练内功40分钟,可分为二次或一次做,另外再做外功的辅助活动20分钟),就可以了。如果你有条件,多练更好。例如,午息时,就可以采用卧式或坐式作些气功,亦有裨益。甚至工作劳动一、二小时之后,你用短短几分钟,作些长出气的呼吸法,亦能消除倦乏。此外,当和别人说话或开会时间太久,也可以不拘形式地,呼吸几口气,也能振奋精神。反过来说,如果有人虽能每天锻炼一、二小时,而大部分时间,却不注意调摄,甚至忧愤、纵欲或过分作体力或脑力劳动,那就有损于健康了。

气功日常生活化,最好能做到古人所谓行走、站立、坐、卧中,都进行简单气功呼吸法。故有人把这种气功生活化,叫做“养性”的功夫,亦称为“养气”。而把静坐、站桩等正式作气功的锻炼,称为“练气”。

气功日常生活化的具体方法,必须在气功的根基已稳固,做法已纯熟的基础上,才能不拘泥于摆姿势,随意进行呼吸运气,帮助血液循环和肌肉活动。只有气功达到炉火纯青的程度,才能做到心与意合,意与气合而达到这种境界的。这也说明只要心、意、气、力四者有机地配合,就能发挥“用气”的作用了。

这种气功日常生活化,在不妨碍工作的情况下,获得了养生功夫。历久不倦,甚至养成有良好的性情,对人对事,头脑冷静,态度温和,度量宽宏,心虚谦善。

6.7 移“心”运气的具体方法

气功疗法保健的主要作用,在健全中枢神经系统,加强内内脏机能,从根本上治疗疾病。但其实际的具体办法,是移“心“运气到患处局部,或需要着重加强的部位,以期早日收到效果。首先必须锻炼好气功各项基本功夫,积累了足够的功力,然后移“心”运气到局部去,可采用下列具体办法:

(1)把自己双手放到患处,尽量靠近它。例如胃病,则放在胸部下方,指挥双手在患处附近微微安抚,同时进行息调方法,把“气”引到患处,增强胃部肌层收缩运动,以期获得应有疗效。

(2)移“心”运气到手指上,犹如指针到患处按摩,或运气到手掌上,用以摩抚创伤,还可以用捏扳、刮擦等办法(将于第11章中详述),治疗自己和别人的病痛。

(3)为了移“心”运气到随意指挥运动的患处,微微点动局部,招引暗示,也可以到运“气”,例如,微微点动头颈,就可以引导“气”上达大脑;揉动太阳穴(左右眼角旁),就能使双眼明亮、头脑清醒。

(4)“以目内视法”,也是良好的暗示办法。作法是闭合两眼,让眼珠在里面随自己的意识转动,但头部不动,只用眼暗视方向,容易跟随心意的习惯来进行。例如移心想“气“从心窝下丹田时,眼珠转动由上下翻;心想“气”要过脊椎上升到大脑,眼珠亦随同上翻,这样“气”的运行,愈见加速,则气通病除。

(5)用“止心丹田”的方法,可以治疗上气胸满,两肋腰背疼痛,上热下冷、气郁胁痛等症。如痛仍不能止,则移“心“三里穴(在膝盖下三寸处得足三里和其左右上方一寸处的阳陵泉、阴陵泉,参见图10),倘还不止,则可以移”心“于两足大趾甲的横纹上,直等“气至病所”痊愈为止。

(6)“心”系于两脚间,止“心“在足心,能治头痛、眼胀、唇热、鼻酸、耳聋、腹疼、颈强等病。因“心”如下移,则五脏顺畅而消化力增强,诸病自愈。如身上有病,一心一意想到病处,若无特殊阻碍,不出三日,都能痊愈。

总之,心气相配合,意与气相生相成,一切慢性病症,自可顺势而愈。

气功中的效果和其他反应及应注意的要点

人们在练气功过程中,许多人会获得比较明显的效果,但也有一些人会产生其他反应,这里就必须提出练气功过程中应注意哪些要点,以期顺利进行锻炼,不出任何偏差。兹分别叙述如下:

必须对气功锻炼树立信心</p><p>气功疗法,既不费事,又不费钱,无针刺之痛,服药之苦,就能却病强身,延年益寿,实为祖国医学精 萃之一。</p><p>根据文汇报1958年7月4日载:“我国医学上气功疗法对一些病是有效的,但从前没有人能理解这种疗法的道理。上海第一医学院生理教研组的同志们,连续进行动物实验,证明吸气时中枢神经兴奋,能广泛扩散到交感神经系统,呼气时中枢神经兴奋,能扩散到副交感神经系统。根据这个原理,他们认为,用调整呼吸的方法,可以影响到植物性神经机能,从而为气功疗法治疗植物性神经系统扰乱的疾病(如高血压,溃疡病等)提出了生理学的根据,说明了气功疗法所以能治病的生理机制。这是世界上首先提出的气功疗法生理机制,这对祖国医学遗产进一步发展具有重大意义”。我们看了这段记载,更增强了信心,这样多的事实,还有什么可怀疑的呢?</p><p>总之,只要摆脱一切思想顾虑,坚定学习信心,自然会逐步深入,保证有收获。</p><p>6.2 必须坚持长期锻炼</p><p>对气功树立了信心,就要耐心地进行锻炼。若有始无终,三天打鱼两天晒网,肯定不会有收益的。必须坚持长期锻炼,勤学苦干,才能保证成功。因为气功是内功,单单学会外形姿式和辅助运动是得不到什么疗效的。必须慢慢体会自己内部的各种活动,锻炼肌肉的随意伸缩,以达到“气”在体内,依着一定的路线运行,尤以达到目守玄关,意守丹田,气通关脉等重要目标,才算学会气功,始见良效。同时,气功是从根本上、整体上健全身体各器官或医疗疾患,效果彻底,但进度缓慢,所以学气功不可急于求成。必须提高认识,下定决心,有恒地专心地坚持长期锻炼,才能成功。如果朝夕锻炼不断,有始有终,则身心的健康,疾病的消除,自不待言,甚至达到长年多寿。一般患者可采取早晚各练一次,每次一小时,照平常上班学习的方式,需要半年不断地进行,效果才显著。病重的患者,要全日休息,每日锻炼次数多些,但时间不要太长,在一两个月内也会使病症减轻。根据旧时传授的气功经验,要全部掌握本书所述的六个阶段的呼吸方法,需要二、三年左右。</p><p>6.3 必须要有人指导</p><p>学习气功,必须有医师或专家指导,方能迅速收到效果,并能避免因方法不当而引起头晕、气血逆行等偏差。例如1957年4月19日北京日报所载“练气功最好有老师指导”一文,内中提到有政法学院李金鏊同学,因自练气功,没有找专人指导,发生头痛、脑胀、恶心等不良症状。如有人随时指点,迅速改正,则可能避免走弯路而浪费时间。</p><p>若要自修,必须要注意下列几点:</p><p>(1) 认真阅读气功专书及有关档,经常用以检查自己的缺点,衡量自己的程度。</p><p>(2) 严格分阶段学习,不可跳级。一般可先学站立式,体弱者则可采取坐或卧式。</p><p>(3) 呼吸缓和自然,切勿用力;外形动作要轻松,不拿劲。</p><p>(4) 如遇疑难问题,可写信请专家解答,或向有经验的同志请教。</p><p>6.4 分段学习,逐步深入</p><p>锻炼气功要分段进行,由浅入深,先简后繁,才能正确掌握。如果一下子就要求许多复杂的动作(包括外形肢体动作、内部气息的运行),既办不到,也学不好。应该先分开学好少数动作后,再逐渐加添新动作,才能逐步掌握正确和配合各个动作之间的联系。</p><p>练习气功还必须要求深入体会,提高效果,不断进步,一般均须经过下列三个时期的锻炼,才能保证成功:</p><p>6.4.1 准备时期 \n当你刚开始摆好姿式时,最好如平常呼吸一、二分钟,象呼出喉头浊气一样,避免呼吸的节奏突然改变。准备时期,就是调整气息的初步工作,把呼吸出入引导顺畅柔和,由粗而细,由短而长,做到初步“养气”的功夫,为过渡和用“气”时期作准备。</p><p>6.4.2 过渡时期 \n气息顺适之后,就可以依照第一阶段以下的各阶段的外形动作做起来,从此开始发动“气”在体内运行。在这时有人也许连打几个哈嘻,或者打了几次噫气,由肺或胃肠由上或由下排出。这时,会感到胸部舒爽,体松气顺,有时满口津液,清甜润喉,头脑明朗。这好比过桥梁,初学者不能轻易过得去。因此,必须多加体验,逐步进行过桥的步骤,也就是要正确地做好肢体外形动作,集中注意力,以意领“气”在体内各处运行。没有实际的体验能证明自己确已过了桥,就应该承认自己仍在桥边头或桥中,再继续进行过桥的练习,不可轻信自己已过了桥。犹如刚练功几天,就硬说是自己全身皆通,即使事属例外,亦不足法。</p><p>643用气工作时期 \n在上述过渡时期中,主要的注意力是放在外形动作上,以促使“气”的运行。但如果过分注意外形动作,则内部的“用气”功夫,却又不可能做得很好。为进一步深入体会,在把外形动作练得很纯熟,且能相当学会发动“气”的运行之后,就要求达到“形松意紧”这个原则。即让外形动作习惯地运动,不在肢体上用心思,而把全部的注意力集中到内部运“气”上面。必须认真地去体验实现“内三合”的原则,才能使“气”运用自如。</p><p>“用气”如掌握得好,顺乎自然,则可促使神经系统更好地调节各个器官的活动,使各器官密切配合,动作协调,以增进机体健康和消除疾患。有些人通过认真锻炼,可能体会到,在“气”的刺激和按摩下,全身似乎感到血液循环通畅无阻,十分舒适。这些工作做得好不好,要看对于“内三合”原则的认识和体验的程度而定,是否悉心从事气功的锻炼,是否坚信气功能治疗你的疾病,都有一定的关系。务求认识与实践相结合,就会集中精神和力量来引导“气”达到全身的深处,加强机体内的新陈代谢。如果是患神经衰弱的,你似乎会觉得大脑神经中一根一根束缚的“绳索”被解开放松了。使你由紧张变松弛,兴奋变镇静,烦躁变安恬,愤懑变平息,抑郁变舒畅,麻痹变灵敏。如果患肠胃炎或溃疡及其他内脏疾病的,就会觉得有一股热气,在腹腔内部反复按摩,似乎在推导淤积,化解浓泡,医治症结。即或是没有病的人,因“用气”工作得法,也不难增进健康,这就会使人到了另一种境界:由于呼吸的缓和柔顺,细匀深长,绵绵不断,欲止欲续,甚至呼吸快要停止,而全身毛孔都在出气,于是达到:”气通、热通、前通、后通、一身通”五通的境地。五通俱通,心旷神怡,安恬舒适,无疾无忧,所以不难理解气功有延年益寿、返老还童之效。</p><p>6.5 必须有明确的努力目标</p><p>保证气功成功,明确的努力目标是:</p><p>(1)思想高度集中,宁静地体验全身的活动。</p><p>(2)“养气”功夫达到浩然舒适之境。</p><p>(3)以意领“气“真正过了桥,即是做到任督二脉相通,前后三关通,五通,一身通。</p><p>(4)“用气”工作,真正发挥医疗和保健的功能。</p><p>(5)坚信不移,循序渐进,铁棒会磨成针。</p><p>初学气功的人,往往不能保持较长时间安静。例如练三、五分钟,就不耐烦,手脚酸了,就不继续再练,这样当然不能达到“用气”去作补治工作。维持时间的长短,是同气功质量相生相成的。如能在质量上提高,练功时间就可以坚持长久,进一步争取维持更多的几分钟,气功锻炼的程度就会逐步上升。因此练习不久,每次就可以维持二、三十分钟,再如能实现了上述努力目标,那就可以享受“用气”工作时间长达二、三十分钟,这种有益于医疗和保健的时间,是多么宝贵。鼓足干劲,力争时间,自会有好处。还有练习二次,每次15分钟的效果,不如一次连续练30分钟来的大。</p><p>又有人在练功中,一遇着困难就心灰意懒,不想再练下去,或在练功过程出现一些头晕肩沉、手脚和皮肤麻痒的反应,就不敢继续再练。其实,这是一时的反应,过些时候就会好的。如果有这样的顾虑,就是你练功进步和成功的绊脚石,必须予以消除。</p><p>在这里,再提出以下具体目标:</p><p>(1)吸气和呼气要做到均匀柔和。</p><p>(2)呼吸长度不追求,不勉强,使它逐步深长。</p><p>(3)每次练功时间,可逐渐增加,但须量力而行。</p><p>(4)坚持天天锻炼,不间断。</p><p>(5)站式或坐式呼吸久了,必须配合一些辅助运动或按摩,来解除疲乏,恢复精神。</p><p>6.6 把气功锻炼变为日常生活化</p><p>初学气功的人,往往要问,每日应当练习多少时间?一般说来,最好在 \n晨起床后和晚上睡觉前各练一次,每次一小时(其中正式练内功40分钟,可分为二次或一次做,另外再做外功的辅助活动20分钟),就可以了。如果你有条件,多练更好。例如,午息时,就可以采用卧式或坐式作些气功,亦有裨益。甚至工作劳动一、二小时之后,你用短短几分钟,作些长出气的呼吸法,亦能消除倦乏。此外,当和别人说话或开会时间太久,也可以不拘形式地,呼吸几口气,也能振奋精神。反过来说,如果有人虽能每天锻炼一、二小时,而大部分时间,却不注意调摄,甚至忧愤、纵欲或过分作体力或脑力劳动,那就有损于健康了。</p><p>气功日常生活化,最好能做到古人所谓行走、站立、坐、卧中,都进行简单气功呼吸法。故有人把这种气功生活化,叫做“养性”的功夫,亦称为“养气”。而把静坐、站桩等正式作气功的锻炼,称为“练气”。</p><p>气功日常生活化的具体方法,必须在气功的根基已稳固,做法已纯熟的基础上,才能不拘泥于摆姿势,随意进行呼吸运气,帮助血液循环和肌肉活动。只有气功达到炉火纯青的程度,才能做到心与意合,意与气合而达到这种境界的。这也说明只要心、意、气、力四者有机地配合,就能发挥“用气”的作用了。</p><p>这种气功日常生活化,在不妨碍工作的情况下,获得了养生功夫。历久不倦,甚至养成有良好的性情,对人对事,头脑冷静,态度温和,度量宽宏,心虚谦善。</p><p>6.7 移“心”运气的具体方法</p><p>气功疗法保健的主要作用,在健全中枢神经系统,加强内内脏机能,从根本上治疗疾病。但其实际的具体办法,是移“心“运气到患处局部,或需要着重加强的部位,以期早日收到效果。首先必须锻炼好气功各项基本功夫,积累了足够的功力,然后移“心”运气到局部去,可采用下列具体办法:</p><p>(1)把自己双手放到患处,尽量靠近它。例如胃病,则放在胸部下方,指挥双手在患处附近微微安抚,同时进行息调方法,把“气”引到患处,增强胃部肌层收缩运动,以期获得应有疗效。</p><p>(2)移“心”运气到手指上,犹如指针到患处按摩,或运气到手掌上,用以摩抚创伤,还可以用捏扳、刮擦等办法(将于第11章中详述),治疗自己和别人的病痛。</p><p>(3)为了移“心”运气到随意指挥运动的患处,微微点动局部,招引暗示,也可以到运“气”,例如,微微点动头颈,就可以引导“气”上达大脑;揉动太阳穴(左右眼角旁),就能使双眼明亮、头脑清醒。</p><p>(4)“以目内视法”,也是良好的暗示办法。作法是闭合两眼,让眼珠在里面随自己的意识转动,但头部不动,只用眼暗视方向,容易跟随心意的习惯来进行。例如移心想“气“从心窝下丹田时,眼珠转动由上下翻;心想“气”要过脊椎上升到大脑,眼珠亦随同上翻,这样“气”的运行,愈见加速,则气通病除。</p><p>(5)用“止心丹田”的方法,可以治疗上气胸满,两肋腰背疼痛,上热下冷、气郁胁痛等症。如痛仍不能止,则移“心“三里穴(在膝盖下三寸处得足三里和其左右上方一寸处的阳陵泉、阴陵泉,参见图10),倘还不止,则可以移”心“于两足大趾甲的横纹上,直等“气至病所”痊愈为止。</p><p>(6)“心”系于两脚间,止“心“在足心,能治头痛、眼胀、唇热、鼻酸、耳聋、腹疼、颈强等病。因“心”如下移,则五脏顺畅而消化力增强,诸病自愈。如身上有病,一心一意想到病处,若无特殊阻碍,不出三日,都能痊愈。</p><p>总之,心气相配合,意与气相生相成,一切慢性病症,自可顺势而愈。</p><p>气功中的效果和其他反应及应注意的要点</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>人们在练气功过程中,许多人会获得比较明显的效果,但也有一些人会产生其他反应,这里就必须提出练气功过程中应注意哪些要点,以期顺利进行锻炼,不出任何偏差。兹分别叙述如下:</p>","status":0,"pv":979,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-07-18
