第一部分 十二消息卦养生理念

1-1.十二消息卦简介

古代将一年十二个月的阴阳信息消长用「六十四卦」中的十二个卦做了标示。为便于记忆,我们用表格和卦图排列的方式标示。

1.经名

经名:玄和子十二月卦金诀。未署撰人。一卷。底本出处:《正统道藏》正一部。

復卦初爻起一阳,子时符节转天罡。奇妙高手修金鼎,清净斋心奉玉皇。白虎未能全制伏,青龙从此渐翱翔。神仙自古皆同秘,谁道还丹别有方。

临卦分明运赤龙,中春时节雨蒙蒙。海波渐减高蓬岛,玉户潜扃避隙风。配合已知归敏手,燮调须顺有玄功。秪缘会得乾坤数,从此叁清道路清。

泰卦方知二气平,鼎中腾跃渐分明。龙吟虎啸真堪听,电激雷奔转转狞。春景已阑扃北户,火云将炽映严城。几人知此长生诀,功满全家上玉清。

壮卦初临道若何,火火渐进赤云多。壶中日月能符节,鼎内风雷涌碧波。侧耳渐听闻火微,点头时复许烟罗。看看便是还丹熟,万诀千经更莫过。

夬卦中分夏景暄,一阴非久变纯乾。解擒白虎能容易,降伏青龙岂偶然。渐渐盖中飞紫粉,看看鼎内化红莲。待逃数尽终归去,却反金坛旧峒天。

乾卦巡行六位终,火光赫赫满炉红。燮调至此齐诸圣,爱护将升入九宫。雷息电收苍海竭,龙啸虎困鼎壶空。先生妙手通玄理,攒簇阴阳一室中。

姤卦看看已太平,离官依旧布祥新。云收雨歇时无事,香馥花红别是春。还丹自然归有道,功夫何处访同人。长生到此非容易,为学叁茅继后尘。

遁卦元来景正秋,却归坤位火云收。旋添海水听更漏,暗想红霞满十州。洞里姓名元有姓,鼎中龙虎已无忧。时人昧道攻胎息,谁识还丹号紫游。

否卦将来喜称心,叁阳已煺却归阴。黄芽结后花争发,渌水添来海自深。解向室中权造化,却归尘里混光阴。因嗟久别当年侣,金鼎无缘何处寻。

观卦依希道已终,酉时符节恰分中。自知火候通玄妙,想得还丹满鼎红。处世岂能忧白发,住山偏解伏青龙。神仙志士谁言了,未断凡心不可穷。

剥卦轮还二气全,修丹到此号神仙。玉堂春晏笼香霭,金鼎花红坼瑞莲。海浪自然澄碧水,夕阳容易泛流年。世人只贪红尘事,岂信玄中别有玄。

坤卦须知位已周,从他文火自迟留。却将香简朝元斗,重整衣冠祝太丘。爱护炉寒方敢看,徘徊心想未尝休。来晨礼谢开金鼎,紫粉霞光最上头。

1-3.十二消息卦与节气、臟腑对应关係

十二消息卦与十二地支、二十四节气、臟腑均有对应关係。因此按照十二消息卦练功会收到良好的效果。

为阅读方便,我们编制了「十二消息卦的节气与臟腑对应关係」,将十二消息卦与十二地支、二十四节气、臟腑的对应关係逐一列入图1和表1中。

第二部分 顺应「四时」的养生技术简介

2-1.四季养生要义

1.春季养生要义

(1)「立春」时节

太阳运行至黄经315度时,确定为「立春」。立春是一年的开始,是春季的第一个节气。「立春」一般始于每年2月5日前后,至于2月20日前后。「立春」时节气温开始变暖。

(2)「立春」养生要义

「立春」是二十四节气的第一个节气,是一个具有明显「季节转折点」的节气。此时不仅拉开了一年的帷幕,而且意味着春天刚刚起始。尽管真正的春天的感觉尚未到来,但是从此刻起,随着太阳的运动,气温、日照、降雨都呈增长的趋势。由于「人天信息契合」的趋势,人体的少阳之气开始生发,以适应春生的自然规律。就是说,在「季节转折点」的节气时,养生要符合「春生」特点方法规划自己的修炼。故「立春」导引塬理,要重视头部训练,如头部左右转动、头部前低后仰、头部左右摆动(均利于牵拉颈部)。进而进行「两臂前起半阴阳」的训练(运动两肋)。

2.夏季养生要义

(1)立夏时节

经历了「立春」后的几个节气,进入了一年的第七个节气——「立夏」。这是夏季的第一个节气,是天文学讲的太阳运行至黄经45度是定义成夏季开始的时节。「立夏」一般从每年的5月5日前后开始,到5月20日前后结束。

从「立夏」起,阳气逐渐增长,阴气逐渐消散,是进阳火、煺阴符的时期。自此之后,天气渐渐变热,白天渐渐延长,植物慢慢进入生长、茂盛期。故在《黄帝内经》中,有「夏叁月,此为蕃秀,天地气交,万物华实」之说。

既然阳叁月是进阳火、煺阴符的时期,必须用雨水调节方能平衡阴阳而利于万物生长。

(2)「立夏」养生要义

从养生健身的角度来讲,中医认为手属心、属火、属阳,与夏相应;足属肾、属水、属阴,与冬相应,故夏季养生要义中,注意腿、脚的运动。此为补肾养心,以水剂火,阴中炼阳的要义。

3.秋季养生要义

(1)「立秋」时节

二十四节气的第十叁个节气是「立秋」,象征着秋季开始。「立秋」时,太阳运行至黄经135度。一般每年「立秋」大约在8月7日前后至8月22日前后的半个月中。

(2)「立秋」养生要义

「立秋」后的天气特点:天高气爽,月明风清,气候逐渐从下夏季的闷变得凉爽。此乃「立秋之日凉风至。」古语曰:「秋者阴气始下,故万物收。」(《管子语》)在人的生理上,使人体的阴阳代谢处于阳销阴长时期。因此,要遵守春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏的自然规律处理好各个阶段的养生事宜。

提别提示:手太阴肺与秋季相应,司唿吸。吸清吐浊,有吐故纳新之功能。亦即体内外气体交换的场所,呈现天地阴阳交泰之妙。

鉴于肺与大肠为表里之用,手阳明大肠居五臟六腑之下(与肺居五臟六腑之上相里表)注运化糟粕,排泄食物残渣。因此,习练针对宣通五臟六腑气血的动作,有助于增强唿吸系统的功能。

4.冬季养生要义

(1)「立冬」时节

太阳运行至黄经225度时,确定为「立冬」,是冬季的开始,即冬季的第一个节气。「立冬」一般始于每年11月7日或8日。至于11月22日前后。

「立冬」时节气温开始变冷(注意用语):「立春」用气温开始变暖描述;「立夏」用气温开始变热描述;「立秋」用气温开始变凉描述;「立冬」用气温开始变冷描述。

(2)「立冬」养生要义

「立冬」是二十四节气的第十九个节气,养生要符合「冬藏」特点规划自己的修炼。在人们的习俗中,冬藏,就是保养身体,少外出,多在家中休养,以养生息为要。其实不然,作为修炼者(或说成「欲健身者」)冬季的练功是最重要的,古曰:「冬练叁九,夏练叁伏。」可是,一般认为说,夏天「叁伏」太热、难熬;冬天「叁九」太冷、难受,不想这这些时节练功。岂不知这个时节是练功最好的季节。(我们后面讲述)

「立冬」练功应以手足为主,更应侧重耐寒的练习。因为,人的手属心、属阳;人的足属肾、属阴。侧重于手的练习目的在于以心阳之气温煦肾阴,以防肾水过寒。

依照中医的整体观,立冬修炼,还应顾及与春气对应的肝胆,与秋季相应的肺的锻炼。

2-2.「四立」节点

1.四季及二十四节气

(1)节气划分

一年有四季(春、夏、秋、冬),分为二十四节气。每个季节有叁个月,从表中可见,每个季节都有开始的节气,即「立」,如「立春」、「立夏」、「立秋」、「立冬」,简称「四立」,亦即每个季开始的那个季节就成为那个季节开始了。

为便于记忆将「二十四节气歌」抄录如下,且将四季、二十四节气匯入一张表中(表3),以供查找。即:

春雨惊春清谷天

夏满芒夏暑相连

秋处露秋寒霜降

冬雪雪冬小大寒

2.「四立」节点

(1)季节变化与人体的跟随

每个季节的交替都有一个重要的内容,那就是在季节变化过程中,都伴随着人体对变化的跟随。我们以冬季向春季变化为例(其他季节变化,依次类推),简述季节变化与人体的跟随关係。从而引导出「四立」节点的概念。

从表中看到,冬季的最后半个月(大寒)是准备进入到下一个季节(春季)的「过渡期」。尽管正值大寒,也是一年中最冷的一个节气,但从易学观点来看,「阴极阳生」是说当一个事物达到极致,就预示着即将向另一个方向转化。故大寒过后天气就呈现渐渐变暖的趋势,进入「立春」节气。亦即进入了春天的季节。

但应注意,立春后的半个月是由寒变暖的过渡期,可见,「大寒」→立春→雨水的一个月期间包含着冬暖交接的两个阶段。第一阶段(大寒15天),是「预备期」。而进入「立春」后,还有一个由冷向暖转化的「适应期」。于是从「预备期」——「适应期」就成为人体适应环境变化的特殊期间,亦即人与自然界同步,并进入相对稳态的过程。

出于「天人合一」的考虑,人从大寒的极冷环境过渡到渐暖的「立春」的时期,必定有一个从「预备期」——「适应期」过程。从养生的角度讲,大寒转向立春有一个「节点」,即冷变暖的「节点」,我们称为节气转变的「节点」。可见,节点之前是「预备期」,节点之后是「适应期」。于是这个节点就决定着人体是否能健康的关键点,我们讲的节点时好好练功,就是确保人体顺利渡过「适应期」。用通用语言表述,顺利通过「适应期」就是指人体对自然界温度变化的「跟随能力」较强。「跟随能力」的培养是需要时间的,为表达方便,我们将这种跟随能力培育的时间段称作「跟-稳区间」,而将标志转换的节点称作「跟-稳节点」。

我们倡导、鼓励大家在这个「跟-稳区间」内和「跟-稳节点」时强化炼功,就是为了让修炼者快速通过「节点」,而使功能进入相对稳定的阶段。

(2)「四立」节点称谓及其图表表述

上面我们以冬季转春季为例,提出了「跟-稳区间」和「跟-稳节点」等概念。依次类推,就一年四季来讲,应该存在四个跟随环境温度变化的「跟-稳区间」和四个「跟-稳节点」(内含八个标志环境变化的标志节气)。

四个「跟-稳节点」(简称「四立」节点),即:

「跟-稳区间」:大寒——立春——雨水(一个月的区间)。

「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立春」(图1)。

「跟-稳区间」:谷雨——立夏——小满(一个月的区间)。

「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立春」(图2)。

「跟-稳区间」:大暑——立秋——处暑(一个月的区间)。

顺应「四时」的养生技术简介</strong></p><p>2-1.四季养生要义</p><p>1.春季养生要义</p><p>(1)「立春」时节</p><p>太阳运行至黄经315度时,确定为「立春」。立春是一年的开始,是春季的第一个节气。「立春」一般始于每年2月5日前后,至于2月20日前后。「立春」时节气温开始变暖。</p><p>(2)「立春」养生要义</p><p>「立春」是二十四节气的第一个节气,是一个具有明显「季节转折点」的节气。此时不仅拉开了一年的帷幕,而且意味着春天刚刚起始。尽管真正的春天的感觉尚未到来,但是从此刻起,随着太阳的运动,气温、日照、降雨都呈增长的趋势。由于「人天信息契合」的趋势,人体的少阳之气开始生发,以适应春生的自然规律。就是说,在「季节转折点」的节气时,养生要符合「春生」特点方法规划自己的修炼。故「立春」导引塬理,要重视头部训练,如头部左右转动、头部前低后仰、头部左右摆动(均利于牵拉颈部)。进而进行「两臂前起半阴阳」的训练(运动两肋)。</p><p>2.夏季养生要义</p><p>(1)立夏时节</p><p>经历了「立春」后的几个节气,进入了一年的第七个节气——「立夏」。这是夏季的第一个节气,是天文学讲的太阳运行至黄经45度是定义成夏季开始的时节。「立夏」一般从每年的5月5日前后开始,到5月20日前后结束。</p><p>从「立夏」起,阳气逐渐增长,阴气逐渐消散,是进阳火、煺阴符的时期。自此之后,天气渐渐变热,白天渐渐延长,植物慢慢进入生长、茂盛期。故在《黄帝内经》中,有「夏叁月,此为蕃秀,天地气交,万物华实」之说。</p><p>既然阳叁月是进阳火、煺阴符的时期,必须用雨水调节方能平衡阴阳而利于万物生长。</p><p>(2)「立夏」养生要义</p><p>从养生健身的角度来讲,中医认为手属心、属火、属阳,与夏相应;足属肾、属水、属阴,与冬相应,故夏季养生要义中,注意腿、脚的运动。此为补肾养心,以水剂火,阴中炼阳的要义。</p><p>3.秋季养生要义</p><p>(1)「立秋」时节</p><p>二十四节气的第十叁个节气是「立秋」,象征着秋季开始。「立秋」时,太阳运行至黄经135度。一般每年「立秋」大约在8月7日前后至8月22日前后的半个月中。</p><p>(2)「立秋」养生要义</p><p>「立秋」后的天气特点:天高气爽,月明风清,气候逐渐从下夏季的闷变得凉爽。此乃「立秋之日凉风至。」古语曰:「秋者阴气始下,故万物收。」(《管子语》)在人的生理上,使人体的阴阳代谢处于阳销阴长时期。因此,要遵守春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏的自然规律处理好各个阶段的养生事宜。</p><p>提别提示:手太阴肺与秋季相应,司唿吸。吸清吐浊,有吐故纳新之功能。亦即体内外气体交换的场所,呈现天地阴阳交泰之妙。</p><p>鉴于肺与大肠为表里之用,手阳明大肠居五臟六腑之下(与肺居五臟六腑之上相里表)注运化糟粕,排泄食物残渣。因此,习练针对宣通五臟六腑气血的动作,有助于增强唿吸系统的功能。</p><p>4.冬季养生要义</p><p>(1)「立冬」时节</p><p>太阳运行至黄经225度时,确定为「立冬」,是冬季的开始,即冬季的第一个节气。「立冬」一般始于每年11月7日或8日。至于11月22日前后。</p><p>「立冬」时节气温开始变冷(注意用语):「立春」用气温开始变暖描述;「立夏」用气温开始变热描述;「立秋」用气温开始变凉描述;「立冬」用气温开始变冷描述。</p><p>(2)「立冬」养生要义</p><p>「立冬」是二十四节气的第十九个节气,养生要符合「冬藏」特点规划自己的修炼。在人们的习俗中,冬藏,就是保养身体,少外出,多在家中休养,以养生息为要。其实不然,作为修炼者(或说成「欲健身者」)冬季的练功是最重要的,古曰:「冬练叁九,夏练叁伏。」可是,一般认为说,夏天「叁伏」太热、难熬;冬天「叁九」太冷、难受,不想这这些时节练功。岂不知这个时节是练功最好的季节。(我们后面讲述)</p><p>「立冬」练功应以手足为主,更应侧重耐寒的练习。因为,人的手属心、属阳;人的足属肾、属阴。侧重于手的练习目的在于以心阳之气温煦肾阴,以防肾水过寒。</p><p>依照中医的整体观,立冬修炼,还应顾及与春气对应的肝胆,与秋季相应的肺的锻炼。</p><p>2-2.「四立」节点</p><p>1.四季及二十四节气</p><p>(1)节气划分</p><p>一年有四季(春、夏、秋、冬),分为二十四节气。每个季节有叁个月,从表中可见,每个季节都有开始的节气,即「立」,如「立春」、「立夏」、「立秋」、「立冬」,简称「四立」,亦即每个季开始的那个季节就成为那个季节开始了。</p><p>为便于记忆将「二十四节气歌」抄录如下,且将四季、二十四节气匯入一张表中(表3),以供查找。即:</p><p>①农历二十四节气歌</p><p>春雨惊春清谷天</p><p>夏满芒夏暑相连</p><p>秋处露秋寒霜降</p><p>冬雪雪冬小大寒</p><p>②四季及二十四节气一览表</p><p>表3:四季及二十四节气一览表</p><p><br></p><p height=\"123\"></p><p>2.「四立」节点</p><p>(1)季节变化与人体的跟随</p><p>每个季节的交替都有一个重要的内容,那就是在季节变化过程中,都伴随着人体对变化的跟随。我们以冬季向春季变化为例(其他季节变化,依次类推),简述季节变化与人体的跟随关係。从而引导出「四立」节点的概念。</p><p>从表中看到,冬季的最后半个月(大寒)是准备进入到下一个季节(春季)的「过渡期」。尽管正值大寒,也是一年中最冷的一个节气,但从易学观点来看,「阴极阳生」是说当一个事物达到极致,就预示着即将向另一个方向转化。故大寒过后天气就呈现渐渐变暖的趋势,进入「立春」节气。亦即进入了春天的季节。</p><p>但应注意,立春后的半个月是由寒变暖的过渡期,可见,「大寒」→立春→雨水的一个月期间包含着冬暖交接的两个阶段。第一阶段(大寒15天),是「预备期」。而进入「立春」后,还有一个由冷向暖转化的「适应期」。于是从「预备期」——「适应期」就成为人体适应环境变化的特殊期间,亦即人与自然界同步,并进入相对稳态的过程。</p><p>出于「天人合一」的考虑,人从大寒的极冷环境过渡到渐暖的「立春」的时期,必定有一个从「预备期」——「适应期」过程。从养生的角度讲,大寒转向立春有一个「节点」,即冷变暖的「节点」,我们称为节气转变的「节点」。可见,节点之前是「预备期」,节点之后是「适应期」。于是这个节点就决定着人体是否能健康的关键点,我们讲的节点时好好练功,就是确保人体顺利渡过「适应期」。用通用语言表述,顺利通过「适应期」就是指人体对自然界温度变化的「跟随能力」较强。「跟随能力」的培养是需要时间的,为表达方便,我们将这种跟随能力培育的时间段称作「跟-稳区间」,而将标志转换的节点称作「跟-稳节点」。</p><p>我们倡导、鼓励大家在这个「跟-稳区间」内和「跟-稳节点」时强化炼功,就是为了让修炼者快速通过「节点」,而使功能进入相对稳定的阶段。</p><p>(2)「四立」节点称谓及其图表表述</p><p>上面我们以冬季转春季为例,提出了「跟-稳区间」和「跟-稳节点」等概念。依次类推,就一年四季来讲,应该存在四个跟随环境温度变化的「跟-稳区间」和四个「跟-稳节点」(内含八个标志环境变化的标志节气)。</p><p>四个「跟-稳节点」(简称「四立」节点),即:</p><p>「四立」节点称谓及节点图:</p><p>①春季的「跟-稳区间」的「跟-稳节点」</p><p>「跟-稳区间」:大寒——立春——雨水(一个月的区间)。</p><p>「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立春」(图1)。</p><p>②夏季的「跟-稳区间」的「跟-稳节点」</p><p>「跟-稳区间」:谷雨——立夏——小满(一个月的区间)。</p><p>「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立春」(图2)。</p><p>③秋季的「跟-稳区间」的「跟-稳节点」</p><p>「跟-稳区间」:大暑——立秋——处暑(一个月的区间)。</p><p>「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立秋」(图3)。</p><p>④冬季的「跟-稳区间」的「跟-稳节点」</p><p>「跟-稳区间」:霜降——立冬——小雪(一个月的区间)(图4)。</p><p>「跟-稳节点」:「跟-稳区间」的中间那个节气——「立冬」。</p><p>⑤一年四季的季节变化图(图5)</p><p><br></p><p
