养生治病第一功: 闭气功 冯理达将军2

「导读」“闭气功”是中华老祖宗传下的一种既快又简、效果好的健身方法,已有1700多年历史,被称为“养生治病第一功”,密宗修行人称之“宝瓶气”,简单地说,就是练一种呼吸法,即通过吸气——闭气——呼气的锻炼,达到治病强身的效果。

“闭气功”是中华老祖宗传下的一种既快又简、效果好的健身方法,已有1700多年历史,被称为“养生治病第一功”,密宗修行人称之“宝瓶气”,简单地说,就是练一种呼吸法,即通过吸气——闭气——呼气的锻炼,达到治病强身的效果。

这个功法至少可溯源至老庄,南朝陶弘景总其成并光大之。陶弘景在《养性延命录服气疗病》篇中引《服气经》说: “ 闭气不息,于心中数至二百,乃口吐气出之,日增息,如此身神具,五藏安。能闭气至二百五十息华盖明,华盖明则耳目聪明,举身无病,邪不忤人也。”

集中国文化国学大师、教育家、佛学家、武术家于一身的南怀瑾,生前十分推崇练宝瓶气养生,并留下珍贵的教学视频。

台湾名中医侯秋东以其二十多年行医经验及自身修炼和2病人实操的病案,证实通过习炼“闭气功”,可在最短时间内畅通全身十二经络及奇经八脉之气血循环,提高肺功能,增强免疫力,祛除身心各种邪气、毒气、病气,提升各器官、脏腑、肢体之功能。有效地防治感冒、头痛、发烧、鼻炎、咽痛、咳嗽、气喘、失眠、心脏病、肝病、胃肠病、肾病、高血压、低血压、甲状腺亢进、糖尿病、关节酸痛、痛风、骨质疏松、各种癌症、摄护腺肿大、白内障、青光眼、忧郁症、躁郁症等各种疾病。

闭气功增强肺功能很神速,有迅速切实的疗效,练习4-5天后就能事半功倍地提升肺活量。肺强起来,就可以带动五脏和全身,使全身各器官充满氧气,充满活力。就可提高人体免疫力,改善体质,达到养生保健、防病抗癌、延缓衰老之目的。

三阶段练习方法

初级闭气功练法是:以鼻孔吸一口气,同时收腹提肛,使肚皮尽量贴向腰脊,然后停止呼气,闭气一阵子后,自觉难受,不可呼气,时间越久越好,真的受不了了就由口慢慢吐出来。功夫最差的人吸一口气大约只能闭十五秒,功夫较好的人闭六十秒不成问题。平时健康情况如何,可以藉闭气时间长短来测定。闭几秒就闭不住,这个人的身体一定不好,抵抗力、耐力一定差,这是可百分之百断言的。

中级闭气功练法是:吸一次气闭住,等到受不了之后并不呼出,接著吸第二次,使肺部更加饱满,此时可继续闭气十秒或二十秒,受不了之后又可接著吸第三次,继续闭气,总共吸几次本无限制,原则是吸到不能再吸,闭到无法再闭,最后才由鼻孔呼出来。

高级闭气功练法是:先吸饱一口气,然后用手指压住一个鼻孔,用力将肺中空气从另一个鼻子射出,射尽后立刻再吸满一口气,接著再压住一个鼻孔,再将肺中空气射尽,如此反复,共三吸三射之后,肺中空气尽出,即开始停止呼吸,大约经十秒至二、三十秒之后,全身会觉得非常难过,此时可以轻轻吸一口气,然后再闭气,闭气一段时间之后,全身又难过起来,这时不可呼气而要接著吸第二口,然后再闭气。如此只吸不呼,大约三至五次之后,就无法再吸再闭,这时只好将空气呼出,如此就算练了一下“宝瓶气”。这种闭气法可以轻易地达到一分钟以上,而且其优点是,闭气之先可以将肺中积存之二氧化碳尽量清除干净,因此能有明显的退火作用,对于平常火气太大的人颇有助益。

注意事项

没有练过闭气功的人,起初会很不习惯,闭气时很难受,头会感到胀紧,有人会晕,有人隔天胸部有痛感,这些现象不必害怕,不必担心吸气吸得太饱会使肺部爆炸,只要注意循序渐进,在短期内均可解除。

注意始终用鼻吸,用口或鼻呼出;晚睡前、早晨刚起身空腹时练习最佳。在练前别忘了先做一两下深呼气,把体内的废气先排出后再开始练。饱食后两小时内不宜闭气。虽说闭得愈久愈好,但也需用渐进法,才不会太辛苦。在练习过程中不能操之过急,应根据自身状况,循序渐进,不必过分追求闭气时长,相信只要坚持练习,必会受益。

西藏密宗修行人练宝瓶气每次是练一百零八息,每天可练到六次,正因为他们投入大量的时间、精力去练宝瓶气,因此他们容易获得不可思议的成就。当然我们一般人毋需如此,但每天至少练一次,时间可长可短,从几分钟到几十分钟,姿式站、坐、卧均可。如欲提高功效,决心祛病强身,则需增加次数和时间,定时定量,每次20-40分钟或更长,自己灵活掌握。闭息完成后,最好静坐深呼吸意守丹田温养一段时间,最后做通常的收功动作结束。

每天闭气10分钟 自己见证奇迹

开始每天练三次,逐步增加到十次,从每次闭气三十秒增加到六十秒,这功法太好了,提高肺功能快,见效神速。闭气功,坐着就可做,睡着也可做,最适合老年人练,当然,这功法也同样适合任何年龄段的人练。上班族忙,但每天抽十分至十五分钟练习,小孩练的话,每天练三次就可以了。

非常明显的现象是, 除了防治上文提到的多种疾病之外,侯秋东医生认为练闭气功的重要功效之一是防止得癌。患癌症的原因很多,其中最重要的就是缺氧,癌细胞不需氧气即能繁殖,若人之血液缺氧,即提供了癌细胞繁殖的诱因。因此,为了防癌,一定要勤练宝瓶气。癌症之所以可怕,是它会产生剧烈的疼痛,若无疼痛,癌症就不会那么可怕。练习者可早晚各练1次,每次做5~10下,只用10分钟左右。它的效应远比练慢跑、爬山、游泳、甩手等都来得快而便捷。

闭气功可以使全身红血球吸收到更多的氧气,以供全身细胞的需要。全身细胞获得充分的氧气之后,各部门的组织、器官、五脏六腑、四肢百骸,就可以正常的运作,不容易有缺氧的晴况产生。四肢若缺氧,四肢便会感觉无力,大脑若缺氧,脑力便会变得迟钝不灵光,心脏若缺氧,胸口便会觉得闷,变得心胸不开朗,因此也快乐不起来,勉强要笑也会笑得不自然,变成皮笑肉不笑。所以要维护健康,强化肺功能是第一步工作。

article------>{"id":707,"cid":2,"sub_cid":"","title":"养生治病第一功: 闭气功 冯理达将军2","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"“闭气功”是中华老祖宗传下的一种既快又简、效果好的健身方法,已有1700多年历史,被称为“养生治病第一功”,密宗修行人称之“宝瓶气”,简单地说,就是练一种呼吸法,即通过吸气——闭气——呼气的锻炼,达到治病强身的效果。","img":"","content":"<p>养生治病第一功 闭气功害怕新冠病毒吗?来练闭气功、增强免疫力吧!</p><p></p><p>“闭气功”是中华老祖宗传下的一种既快又简、效果好的健身方法,已有1700多年历史,被称为“养生治病第一功”,密宗修行人称之“宝瓶气”,简单地说,就是练一种呼吸法,即通过吸气——闭气——呼气的锻炼,达到治病强身的效果。</p><p>这个功法至少可溯源至老庄,南朝陶弘景总其成并光大之。陶弘景在《养性延命录服气疗病》篇中引《服气经》说: “ \n闭气不息,于心中数至二百,乃口吐气出之,日增息,如此身神具,五藏安。能闭气至二百五十息华盖明,华盖明则耳目聪明,举身无病,邪不忤人也。”</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n南环瑾大师生前传授弟子宝瓶气。\n</p><p></p><p>集中国文化国学大师、教育家、佛学家、武术家于一身的南怀瑾,生前十分推崇练宝瓶气养生,并留下珍贵的教学视频。</p><p>台湾名中医侯秋东以其二十多年行医经验及自身修炼和2病人实操的病案,证实通过习炼“闭气功”,可在最短时间内畅通全身十二经络及奇经八脉之气血循环,提高肺功能,增强免疫力,祛除身心各种邪气、毒气、病气,提升各器官、脏腑、肢体之功能。有效地防治感冒、头痛、发烧、鼻炎、咽痛、咳嗽、气喘、失眠、心脏病、肝病、胃肠病、肾病、高血压、低血压、甲状腺亢进、糖尿病、关节酸痛、痛风、骨质疏松、各种癌症、摄护腺肿大、白内障、青光眼、忧郁症、躁郁症等各种疾病。</p><p></p><p>闭气功增强肺功能很神速,有迅速切实的疗效,练习4-5天后就能事半功倍地提升肺活量。肺强起来,就可以带动五脏和全身,使全身各器官充满氧气,充满活力。就可提高人体免疫力,改善体质,达到养生保健、防病抗癌、延缓衰老之目的。</p><p></p><p><b>三阶段练习方法</b></p><p>初级闭气功练法是:以鼻孔吸一口气,同时收腹提肛,使肚皮尽量贴向腰脊,然后停止呼气,闭气一阵子后,自觉难受,不可呼气,时间越久越好,真的受不了了就由口慢慢吐出来。功夫最差的人吸一口气大约只能闭十五秒,功夫较好的人闭六十秒不成问题。平时健康情况如何,可以藉闭气时间长短来测定。闭几秒就闭不住,这个人的身体一定不好,抵抗力、耐力一定差,这是可百分之百断言的。</p><p></p><p>中级闭气功练法是:吸一次气闭住,等到受不了之后并不呼出,接著吸第二次,使肺部更加饱满,此时可继续闭气十秒或二十秒,受不了之后又可接著吸第三次,继续闭气,总共吸几次本无限制,原则是吸到不能再吸,闭到无法再闭,最后才由鼻孔呼出来。 </p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n高级闭气功练法是:先吸饱一口气,然后用手指压住一个鼻孔,用力将肺中空气从另一个鼻子射出,射尽后立刻再吸满一口气,接著再压住一个鼻孔,再将肺中空气射尽,如此反复,共三吸三射之后,肺中空气尽出,即开始停止呼吸,大约经十秒至二、三十秒之后,全身会觉得非常难过,此时可以轻轻吸一口气,然后再闭气,闭气一段时间之后,全身又难过起来,这时不可呼气而要接著吸第二口,然后再闭气。如此只吸不呼,大约三至五次之后,就无法再吸再闭,这时只好将空气呼出,如此就算练了一下“宝瓶气”。这种闭气法可以轻易地达到一分钟以上,而且其优点是,闭气之先可以将肺中积存之二氧化碳尽量清除干净,因此能有明显的退火作用,对于平常火气太大的人颇有助益。</p><p></p><p>注意事项</p><p>没有练过闭气功的人,起初会很不习惯,闭气时很难受,头会感到胀紧,有人会晕,有人隔天胸部有痛感,这些现象不必害怕,不必担心吸气吸得太饱会使肺部爆炸,只要注意循序渐进,在短期内均可解除。</p><p>注意始终用鼻吸,用口或鼻呼出;晚睡前、早晨刚起身空腹时练习最佳。在练前别忘了先做一两下深呼气,把体内的废气先排出后再开始练。饱食后两小时内不宜闭气。虽说闭得愈久愈好,但也需用渐进法,才不会太辛苦。在练习过程中不能操之过急,应根据自身状况,循序渐进,不必过分追求闭气时长,相信只要坚持练习,必会受益。</p><p>西藏密宗修行人练宝瓶气每次是练一百零八息,每天可练到六次,正因为他们投入大量的时间、精力去练宝瓶气,因此他们容易获得不可思议的成就。当然我们一般人毋需如此,但每天至少练一次,时间可长可短,从几分钟到几十分钟,姿式站、坐、卧均可。如欲提高功效,决心祛病强身,则需增加次数和时间,定时定量,每次20-40分钟或更长,自己灵活掌握。闭息完成后,最好静坐深呼吸意守丹田温养一段时间,最后做通常的收功动作结束。</p><p></p><p><b>每天闭气10分钟 自己见证奇迹</b></p><p>开始每天练三次,逐步增加到十次,从每次闭气三十秒增加到六十秒,这功法太好了,提高肺功能快,见效神速。闭气功,坐着就可做,睡着也可做,最适合老年人练,当然,这功法也同样适合任何年龄段的人练。上班族忙,但每天抽十分至十五分钟练习,小孩练的话,每天练三次就可以了。</p><p>非常明显的现象是, \n除了防治上文提到的多种疾病之外,侯秋东医生认为练闭气功的重要功效之一是防止得癌。患癌症的原因很多,其中最重要的就是缺氧,癌细胞不需氧气即能繁殖,若人之血液缺氧,即提供了癌细胞繁殖的诱因。因此,为了防癌,一定要勤练宝瓶气。癌症之所以可怕,是它会产生剧烈的疼痛,若无疼痛,癌症就不会那么可怕。练习者可早晚各练1次,每次做5~10下,只用10分钟左右。它的效应远比练慢跑、爬山、游泳、甩手等都来得快而便捷。</p><p>闭气功可以使全身红血球吸收到更多的氧气,以供全身细胞的需要。全身细胞获得充分的氧气之后,各部门的组织、器官、五脏六腑、四肢百骸,就可以正常的运作,不容易有缺氧的晴况产生。四肢若缺氧,四肢便会感觉无力,大脑若缺氧,脑力便会变得迟钝不灵光,心脏若缺氧,胸口便会觉得闷,变得心胸不开朗,因此也快乐不起来,勉强要笑也会笑得不自然,变成皮笑肉不笑。所以要维护健康,强化肺功能是第一步工作。</p>","status":0,"pv":2950,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-06-26 13:47:01","updatedAt":"2024-02-21 12:03:55","field":{},"tags":[]}
