布气疗法 ——古代文献摘录

“布气”一词最早见诸黄帝内经《素问·天元纪大论》引《“太始天元册》,文曰:“太虚廖廓,肇基化元,万物资始,五运终天,布气真灵,惚统坤元。”太虚辽廓,即指天空。布气,景岳《类经》注:“布者,布天元之气,……气有真气,化畿是也。”志聪《素问集注》注:“真灵者,人与万物也”。布,含有布施、敷布、施舍之意。宋苏轼《东坡志林》指出:“学道养生者,知足之余,能以气与人……谓之布气”。祝由,明吴昆《素稳注》注:“祝说病由”;志聪《素问集注》注:“对神之词曰祝,由,从也,言通祝于神明,病从而可愈已。”

远古时代就有“祝由”吐音布气法。《素问·移精变气论》曰:“余闻古之治病,惟其移精变气,可祝由而已。”

晋以后,历代都有布气疗法病案。《晋书》记载了道士辛灵子布气治疗吕猗母皇氏顽固的痿痹病。《南史》记载了六朝名医薛伯宗布气治疗外科肿瘤病。晚唐无名氏之著《无能子》记载了道士无名子布气治愈其心痛病。宋代苏文忠公诗编注集成卷十五《李若之布气》记载了都下道士李若之布气治愈苏东坡之子苏迨小儿营养不良症。《宋史》和《九江通志》都记载了宋代医家皇甫坦布气治疗显仁“太后目疾”和“仙韶甄娘躄(bi)”。《彭比部集》记载了元尹逢布气治病。明代医家韩矛(造字矛字下面一个心字)《韩氏医通·同类勿药章》记载了以“人气”治疗“肩背肢节骨腕”的痹症。杰出医药家李时珍《本草纲目·人部》记载了“人气”“主治下元虚冷”和“人身骨节痹病”,又治“鼻衄”和“金疮”等血症。《清史稿》记载了康熙、雍正时期武术家丹凤池布气治疗痨瘵(zhai)。由上可知布气疗法约有四千年的历史,在漫长的岁月里积累了丰富的经验,遗憾的是它已失传或被禁锢。

布气临症

“布气”临症,确有妙手回春之效验。即可以治疗沉疴,亦可用于生命垂危的急救。古籍中记载了布气治疗内、外、妇、儿、骨伤、五官等科的疾病。

“布气”治疗内科痿痹症、心病症、虚损症,《晋书·幸灵传》:“吕猗母皇氏得痿痹病,十有余年。灵疗之。去皇氏数尺而坐,瞑目寂然。有顷。顾谓猗曰:“扶夫人令起。”猗曰:“老人每病累年,奈何可仓卒起邪?”灵曰:“但试扶起,”于是两人夹扶以立少选,灵又令去扶,即能自行,由此遂俞。”这是晋代布气治疗足痿痹症的医案,亦是布气疗法之首病案。明代医学家韩矛、李时珍总结明以前“布气”疗法的经验,并著一书加以推广。《韩氏医通》指出:“凡肩背肢节骨腕筋会之处诸痛,多属痰凝气滞,不拘男女,但取神旺气长者,令以口对患处隔绢绵进气,不呵不吹,极力努力,使入透,觉暖至热,又易一人。以愈为度。”此神旺气长者指医疗气功师或健康的贵人。《本草纲目·人部·人气》指出:“凡人身体骨节痹痿,令人更互呵尉,久久经络通透。”由上可知“布气”可以祛风寒湿之邪气,又可疏通经络,滑利关节,活血止痛。因此布气治愈内科痿痹中风后遗症的半身不遂,四肢麻木等症无疑矣。

“布气”治疗内科心痛症。《无能子》曰:“无能子心友愚中子病心,祈药于无能子。无能子曰:“病何?”曰:“痛”。曰:“痛在何?”曰“在心”。曰:“心在何?”愚中子告病已间矣。无能子曰:“此人可谓得天之真而神光不昧者也。”此为治疗心痛病案。可见布气具有活血祛淤的功效,可用于内科冠心病施治。

“布气”治疗内科虚损证。《本草纲目》引谢承《续汉书》云:“太医史循宿禁中,寒疝病发……众人以口更嘘其背,至旦遂愈。”此是布气治疗“寒疝”病案。由此可知,布气可以祛寒壮元阳。李时珍指出“人气”可“主治下元虚冷。”又指出:曰令童男女,以时隔衣近气脐中,甚良。”据此布气补法甚适应治疗虚损症。

“布气”治疗外科肿瘤。布气疗法不仅可以治疗内科功能性疾病,而且可以治疗器质性的外科疾病。《南史·张邵传》曰:“时,又薛伯宗善徒痈疽。公孙泰患背痈,伯宗为气封之,徒之斋前柳树上,明旦痈消,树边更起一瘤加拳大,稍稍长二十余日,瘤大脓烂,出黄赤汁斗余,树为之痿损。”这是六朝时布气治疗外科肿瘤的病案。由此可知,“布气”可以驱除病邪于体外。

“布气”治疗骨伤科金疮、出血、禽兽虫蛇伤、骨折筋断和瘸腿等病。《抱扑子内篇·至理》曰:“以气禁金疮,血即止。”南朝宋刘敬叔《翼苑》云:“孙家奚奴至虎伤蛇齿垂死者,以气禁之,皆安。”由此可知,布气可以治疗骨伤科外商的危急症。《九江通志》曰:“(黄甫坦被)诏廖仙韶甄娘蹩,亦愈。”指蹩瘸腿一类病。此为宋代布气治疗瘸腿病案。

“布气”治疗妇科病。《晋书·辛灵传》曰:“有龚仲儒女病积年,气息财属,灵使以水含之,已而强起,应时大愈。”这是六朝布气治疗妇科危重病案。

“布气”治疗小儿科营养不良症。《李若之布气》曰:“吾中子迨少赢多疾,若之相对坐位布气。”此为宋代李若之布气治疗小儿科病案。

“布气”治疗五官科眼科的白内障病。《宋史》和《九江通志》记载了“显仁太后苦目疾,国医不能愈,……坦为“嘘呵”布气,目即愈,翳脱了然矣。”这是宋代名医皇甫坦布气治疗老年眼科白内障病,其疗效胜过今日白内障手术。

“布气”疗法是一种比较高级治疗方法,并者不必受打针吃药之苦,布气疗法反应舒服,如苏迨得气感觉“腹中如日所照而日温也。”因此“布气疗法”是一种非常有前途的疗法。

“布气”要领”

“布气”疗法如神,气功爱好者会想懂得“妙手回春”之秘诀。笔者根据古籍书中有关资料,结合临床体会,谈一点肤浅之见,以供读者参考。

人气,活着的人,人人有之。布气功,人人都可习之。正如葛洪《抱朴子》云:“人在气中,气在人中,天地万物无不须气以生。”但不能人人皆可以“布气”。布气是有必备条件的。《抱朴子内篇》指出:“善行气者,内以养身。外以却恶,然行之有法。”明·高濂《遵生八签·延年去病签》关于“布气与他人攻疾歌诀”人为“修道就专精,身中胎息成。他人凡有疾,……传真气令咽……鬼神自逃遁,病得解缠萦。”《晋书·方技传》指出:“学到养气者,至足之余,能以气与人,谓之布气。”由此可知,“布气”者必须是练功有素之强壮者。至于特异功能另当别论。初习气功无素者切勿妄为,才不会误人又害己。

练功有素者亦不见得都会布气治病,因必须掌握布气要领。其要领包括两方面:布气者的要领,受气者的要领。《道藏》“嵩山太元生气经卷上”所载:“夫用气与人疗疾,先须以前人所患之疾,去方向之气布与前人身中,,令病者向方息心静虑,此以布气,令其自愈,亦咽气息,念术除也,自然邪气示绝,正气布讫,邪气自退也。”此指出布气者须先诊病,方辨证施功,调发五脏真气施治,,又指出受气者在布气时应“息心静虑。”“咽气息、念术除”配合施治。明·高濂《遵生八签·延年却病签》“布气与它人攻疾歌诀”指出:“修道久专精,身中胎息成。他人凡疾,脏腑审知名。患疾向王气,登心意勿轻。传真气令咽,是纳数连。并念令其损,顿能遣患情。”由此可知,布其疗法要领关键在布气者和受气者的“心意。”唐无能子为其心友愚中子治疗“心痛”之病案,可体察出上列所述的“布气”疗法之要领。

至于“布气”的姿势和内气外发的部位,据古籍记载,站、左、卧自然姿势皆可,头部(百会穴、眼、口),手足四肢,躯干、背部皆可布气。者与布气者练功习惯以及受气者的病情等方面有关。这是次要的,不必详引述之。

布气疗法应注意的一点:“真气”是有限的,布气者应懂得自爱,不可好强,不可妄为,,受气者亦请莫强求。

“布气”受功

“布气”治病有之,“布气”传授功法亦有之。它是传功者布气引导学功者之内气,开关窍,通经脉,使学功者掌握一种功法进行练习。这种“布气”授功在古籍中亦有记载。《九江通志》记载了“皇甫坦,字履道,临淄人,避地入蜀,居峨嵋山。尝暮行风雪中,闻人有呼之者,顾一道人卧小庵中,因留与抵足睡,坦自觉热气自两足入,蒸蒸浃体,甚合适,……所迁者,妙通真人也。”此例说明了宋代已有“布气授功法当今仍有之。有人办过布气功法班,深有其感。诸贤共启秘。

《晋书》记载了辛灵子治愈吕漪母皇氏十年痿痹病后,闻名于世,于是百姓奔趣,水路辐辏,从之如云。”“布气”疗法从古至今,深受广大群众欢迎。希望同道进一步发掘、整理、研究、提高,为振兴中医而努力奋斗。

article------>{"id":287,"cid":30,"sub_cid":"","title":"布气疗法 ——古代文献摘录","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"布气疗法古代文献摘录","img":"","content":"<p>布气疗法 ——古代文献摘录</p><p>“布气”一词最早见诸黄帝内经《素问·天元纪大论》引《“太始天元册》,文曰:“太虚廖廓,肇基化元,万物资始,五运终天,布气真灵,惚统坤元。”太虚辽廓,即指天空。布气,景岳《类经》注:“布者,布天元之气,……气有真气,化畿是也。”志聪《素问集注》注:“真灵者,人与万物也”。布,含有布施、敷布、施舍之意。宋苏轼《东坡志林》指出:“学道养生者,知足之余,能以气与人……谓之布气”。祝由,明吴昆《素稳注》注:“祝说病由”;志聪《素问集注》注:“对神之词曰祝,由,从也,言通祝于神明,病从而可愈已。”</p><p>远古时代就有“祝由”吐音布气法。《素问·移精变气论》曰:“余闻古之治病,惟其移精变气,可祝由而已。”</p><p>晋以后,历代都有布气疗法病案。《晋书》记载了道士辛灵子布气治疗吕猗母皇氏顽固的痿痹病。《南史》记载了六朝名医薛伯宗布气治疗外科肿瘤病。晚唐无名氏之著《无能子》记载了道士无名子布气治愈其心痛病。宋代苏文忠公诗编注集成卷十五《李若之布气》记载了都下道士李若之布气治愈苏东坡之子苏迨小儿营养不良症。《宋史》和《九江通志》都记载了宋代医家皇甫坦布气治疗显仁“太后目疾”和“仙韶甄娘躄(bi)”。《彭比部集》记载了元尹逢布气治病。明代医家韩矛(造字矛字下面一个心字)《韩氏医通·同类勿药章》记载了以“人气”治疗“肩背肢节骨腕”的痹症。杰出医药家李时珍《本草纲目·人部》记载了“人气”“主治下元虚冷”和“人身骨节痹病”,又治“鼻衄”和“金疮”等血症。《清史稿》记载了康熙、雍正时期武术家丹凤池布气治疗痨瘵(zhai)。由上可知布气疗法约有四千年的历史,在漫长的岁月里积累了丰富的经验,遗憾的是它已失传或被禁锢。</p><p>布气临症</p><p>“布气”临症,确有妙手回春之效验。即可以治疗沉疴,亦可用于生命垂危的急救。古籍中记载了布气治疗内、外、妇、儿、骨伤、五官等科的疾病。</p><p>“布气”治疗内科痿痹症、心病症、虚损症,《晋书·幸灵传》:“吕猗母皇氏得痿痹病,十有余年。灵疗之。去皇氏数尺而坐,瞑目寂然。有顷。顾谓猗曰:“扶夫人令起。”猗曰:“老人每病累年,奈何可仓卒起邪?”灵曰:“但试扶起,”于是两人夹扶以立少选,灵又令去扶,即能自行,由此遂俞。”这是晋代布气治疗足痿痹症的医案,亦是布气疗法之首病案。明代医学家韩矛、李时珍总结明以前“布气”疗法的经验,并著一书加以推广。《韩氏医通》指出:“凡肩背肢节骨腕筋会之处诸痛,多属痰凝气滞,不拘男女,但取神旺气长者,令以口对患处隔绢绵进气,不呵不吹,极力努力,使入透,觉暖至热,又易一人。以愈为度。”此神旺气长者指医疗气功师或健康的贵人。《本草纲目·人部·人气》指出:“凡人身体骨节痹痿,令人更互呵尉,久久经络通透。”由上可知“布气”可以祛风寒湿之邪气,又可疏通经络,滑利关节,活血止痛。因此布气治愈内科痿痹中风后遗症的半身不遂,四肢麻木等症无疑矣。</p><p>“布气”治疗内科心痛症。《无能子》曰:“无能子心友愚中子病心,祈药于无能子。无能子曰:“病何?”曰:“痛”。曰:“痛在何?”曰“在心”。曰:“心在何?”愚中子告病已间矣。无能子曰:“此人可谓得天之真而神光不昧者也。”此为治疗心痛病案。可见布气具有活血祛淤的功效,可用于内科冠心病施治。</p><p>“布气”治疗内科虚损证。《本草纲目》引谢承《续汉书》云:“太医史循宿禁中,寒疝病发……众人以口更嘘其背,至旦遂愈。”此是布气治疗“寒疝”病案。由此可知,布气可以祛寒壮元阳。李时珍指出“人气”可“主治下元虚冷。”又指出:曰令童男女,以时隔衣近气脐中,甚良。”据此布气补法甚适应治疗虚损症。</p><p>“布气”治疗外科肿瘤。布气疗法不仅可以治疗内科功能性疾病,而且可以治疗器质性的外科疾病。《南史·张邵传》曰:“时,又薛伯宗善徒痈疽。公孙泰患背痈,伯宗为气封之,徒之斋前柳树上,明旦痈消,树边更起一瘤加拳大,稍稍长二十余日,瘤大脓烂,出黄赤汁斗余,树为之痿损。”这是六朝时布气治疗外科肿瘤的病案。由此可知,“布气”可以驱除病邪于体外。</p><p>“布气”治疗骨伤科金疮、出血、禽兽虫蛇伤、骨折筋断和瘸腿等病。《抱扑子内篇·至理》曰:“以气禁金疮,血即止。”南朝宋刘敬叔《翼苑》云:“孙家奚奴至虎伤蛇齿垂死者,以气禁之,皆安。”由此可知,布气可以治疗骨伤科外商的危急症。《九江通志》曰:“(黄甫坦被)诏廖仙韶甄娘蹩,亦愈。”指蹩瘸腿一类病。此为宋代布气治疗瘸腿病案。</p><p>“布气”治疗妇科病。《晋书·辛灵传》曰:“有龚仲儒女病积年,气息财属,灵使以水含之,已而强起,应时大愈。”这是六朝布气治疗妇科危重病案。</p><p>“布气”治疗小儿科营养不良症。《李若之布气》曰:“吾中子迨少赢多疾,若之相对坐位布气。”此为宋代李若之布气治疗小儿科病案。</p><p>“布气”治疗五官科眼科的白内障病。《宋史》和《九江通志》记载了“显仁太后苦目疾,国医不能愈,……坦为“嘘呵”布气,目即愈,翳脱了然矣。”这是宋代名医皇甫坦布气治疗老年眼科白内障病,其疗效胜过今日白内障手术。</p><p>“布气”疗法是一种比较高级治疗方法,并者不必受打针吃药之苦,布气疗法反应舒服,如苏迨得气感觉“腹中如日所照而日温也。”因此“布气疗法”是一种非常有前途的疗法。</p><p>“布气”要领”</p><p>“布气”疗法如神,气功爱好者会想懂得“妙手回春”之秘诀。笔者根据古籍书中有关资料,结合临床体会,谈一点肤浅之见,以供读者参考。</p><p>人气,活着的人,人人有之。布气功,人人都可习之。正如葛洪《抱朴子》云:“人在气中,气在人中,天地万物无不须气以生。”但不能人人皆可以“布气”。布气是有必备条件的。《抱朴子内篇》指出:“善行气者,内以养身。外以却恶,然行之有法。”明·高濂《遵生八签·延年去病签》关于“布气与他人攻疾歌诀”人为“修道就专精,身中胎息成。他人凡有疾,……传真气令咽……鬼神自逃遁,病得解缠萦。”《晋书·方技传》指出:“学到养气者,至足之余,能以气与人,谓之布气。”由此可知,“布气”者必须是练功有素之强壮者。至于特异功能另当别论。初习气功无素者切勿妄为,才不会误人又害己。</p><p>练功有素者亦不见得都会布气治病,因必须掌握布气要领。其要领包括两方面:布气者的要领,受气者的要领。《道藏》“嵩山太元生气经卷上”所载:“夫用气与人疗疾,先须以前人所患之疾,去方向之气布与前人身中,,令病者向方息心静虑,此以布气,令其自愈,亦咽气息,念术除也,自然邪气示绝,正气布讫,邪气自退也。”此指出布气者须先诊病,方辨证施功,调发五脏真气施治,,又指出受气者在布气时应“息心静虑。”“咽气息、念术除”配合施治。明·高濂《遵生八签·延年却病签》“布气与它人攻疾歌诀”指出:“修道久专精,身中胎息成。他人凡疾,脏腑审知名。患疾向王气,登心意勿轻。传真气令咽,是纳数连。并念令其损,顿能遣患情。”由此可知,布其疗法要领关键在布气者和受气者的“心意。”唐无能子为其心友愚中子治疗“心痛”之病案,可体察出上列所述的“布气”疗法之要领。</p><p>至于“布气”的姿势和内气外发的部位,据古籍记载,站、左、卧自然姿势皆可,头部(百会穴、眼、口),手足四肢,躯干、背部皆可布气。者与布气者练功习惯以及受气者的病情等方面有关。这是次要的,不必详引述之。</p><p>布气疗法应注意的一点:“真气”是有限的,布气者应懂得自爱,不可好强,不可妄为,,受气者亦请莫强求。</p><p>“布气”受功</p><p>“布气”治病有之,“布气”传授功法亦有之。它是传功者布气引导学功者之内气,开关窍,通经脉,使学功者掌握一种功法进行练习。这种“布气”授功在古籍中亦有记载。《九江通志》记载了“皇甫坦,字履道,临淄人,避地入蜀,居峨嵋山。尝暮行风雪中,闻人有呼之者,顾一道人卧小庵中,因留与抵足睡,坦自觉热气自两足入,蒸蒸浃体,甚合适,……所迁者,妙通真人也。”此例说明了宋代已有“布气授功法当今仍有之。有人办过布气功法班,深有其感。诸贤共启秘。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>《晋书》记载了辛灵子治愈吕漪母皇氏十年痿痹病后,闻名于世,于是百姓奔趣,水路辐辏,从之如云。”“布气”疗法从古至今,深受广大群众欢迎。希望同道进一步发掘、整理、研究、提高,为振兴中医而努力奋斗。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1918,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-03-11 11:09:01","updatedAt":"2024-06-21 05:56:13","field":{},"tags":[]}
