article------>{"id":155,"cid":25,"sub_cid":"","title":"大雁功简介(三)","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"2,1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"大雁功的功法内容","img":"","content":"<p>第一节 大雁功的功法内容</p><p>大雁功功法体系完整,内容丰富。有动功和静功两大类,动功是模仿大雁的形态、动作、习性等,按照气脉运行原理编排而成。其动作刚柔相济、舒展自然、轻松和谐,使人飘如飞雁、心胸豁达、神情安泰、美不胜收。动功内容包括:大雁功前64式、大雁功后64式、昆仑缠手八卦24式、八字拔腰功等功法。</p><p>大雁功静功是道家昆仑派整套功法中的一个重要组成部分,具有以静为主,静中有动,外静内动的特点。静功包括五行静功和大雁掌,其中五行静功又分为自然沉气法、调息法、体内循环小周天、体内循环大周天、体外循环大周天等不同的方法和阶段。</p><p>第二节 大雁功的理论基础</p><p>大雁功是以阴阳学、经络学、气化理论,仿生学为主要根据,结合当代群众健康需要而形成的一套功法。它模仿大雁的形态、动作、起居、习性,按照气在人体内运动的原理编排而成,刚柔相济、舒展自然、轻松和谐。</p><p>阴阳学说认为,每一个事物都有“阴”“阳”两个方面的对立统一。阴阳互相依存,互相渗透,阴中有阳,阳中有阴。阴阳互相转化,阴极必生阳,阳极定生阴。阴阳调和,万物生长;阴阳偏废,万物消亡。</p><p>古人认为,人体的“脏”能储藏人体的一切精微物质,脏属阴。“腑”能进行消化、传导、排泄等活动,腑属阳。因此,所属脏腑的十二条经脉亦分为“阴经”、“阳经”。并找出了一阴一阳经脉互为表里的关系。在人体生理正常时,阴阳平衡,脏腑协调。发生病理变化时,则出现阴阳偏盛或偏衰,脏腑阴阳失调的现象。人体除要求体内协调平衡之外,还要求与外界取得协调平衡,如适应外界气候的变化,使人体不受外邪的入侵等,以维护人体整个机体功能的协调平衡。现就一般事物的阴阳属性列表如下,见表1-1。</p><p align=\"center\">表1-1:阴 阳 属 性 表</p><table><tbody><tr><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">阴</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">地</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">夜</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">冷</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">静</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">下</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">左</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">降</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">内向</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">虚</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">里</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">血</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">腹</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">营</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">五脏</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">抑制</p></td></tr><tr><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">阳</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">天</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">昼</p></td><td width=\"44\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">热</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">动</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">上</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">右</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">升</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">外向</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">实</p></td><td width=\"40\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">表</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">气</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">背</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">卫</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">六腑</p></td><td width=\"35\" valign=\"center\"><p align=\"center\">兴</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br>阴地夜冷静下左降内向虚里血腹营五脏抑制</p><p>阳天昼热动上右升外向实表气背卫六腑兴奋</p><p>大雁功是利用动作的上下、前后、左右、向内、向外、升降开合、动静相间,以吸收天地之气;收贯、排泄、补虚、泻实,以调节机体的阴阳平衡。</p><p>“经络”贯穿于人体的脏腑、肌肉、筋骨、皮肤等一切组织,形成纵横交错的罗网,就像自然界的河流渠道一样。腧穴分布在经络循行的线路上,是脏腑经气运行、输注、积聚、出入之处所。人体的气血、津液等营养物质,主要通过经络通达全身,以发挥其濡养、温煦等作用。经络是内气运行的通道,也是疾病转变的途径。体表感受病邪和各种刺激时,可传导于内脏;内脏生理功能失调时,可传导于体表,并有异常感觉和过敏反应。经络运行失常,则气血受阻或不和,阴阳不调,生理功能发生紊乱或衰退,人体因此而患病。因此,疏通经络,保持经络畅通无阻,对健身防病有很重要的作用。</p><p>人体有十二经脉和奇经八脉。每一条经脉都有其特殊的生理功能及病理症候。有一定的循环路线和交接规律。经络的各种功能是互相联系互相制约的,具有调节平衡的作用。</p><p>十二经络是人体气血、津液运行的主要通路。其名称是:手太阴肺经、手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经、手少阴心经、手太阳小肠经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经、手厥阴心包经、手少阳三焦经、足少阳胆经、足厥阴肝经。</p><p>十二经流注顺序口诀为:“肺、大(肠)、胃、脾、心、小肠,膀(胱)、肾、(心)包、(三)焦、胆、肝。”始于肺,终于肝,逐经相传,周而复始,流注不息。</p><p>奇经八脉能沟通经脉之间的联系,调节周身之气血,对于十二经脉的气血运行能起蓄积渗灌等作用。奇经八脉为:督脉、任脉、冲脉、带脉、阳维脉、阴维脉、阳蹻脉、阴蹻脉。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>气血是人体生命的动力,运动的能源。“气行则血行,气滞则血淤”。大雁功主要是通过动作导引,使内气循经运行,打开经穴,疏通经络,活血化淤。以锻炼手足阴阳经脉,贯通上中下丹田,疏通周身二十条经脉,使气血通畅、和顺。打开劳宫、涌泉穴后可吸收天地之气,使体内、体外气息沟通,补虚泻实,留清排浊。吐故纳新,增强人体新陈代谢功能,培养元气,练神气、宗气,营养器官组织,协调脏腑功能,故而能治病健身。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1572,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-05 03:08:45","updatedAt":"2024-10-05 03:36:51","field":{},"tags":[]}
