article------>{"id":220,"cid":3,"sub_cid":"","title":"体质虚弱锻炼法","short_title":"0","tag_id":"体质虚弱 锻炼 气血","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"改变人体的体质虚弱","img":"","content":"<p>此法常练习,可以有效改变人体的体质虚弱,现介绍如下:</p><p>1、首先让身体平直躺在平面的实地板上,将双腿放松微曲,脚掌侧躺成外八字形,并分开与身同宽,使腰部贴紧地面,双手可按在胸部或腹部。接着深吸口气,利用腰,腹部的力量把双腿平行往上翘起(脚后跟离地四寸左右),期间可自由换气并用意念守住腹部。就这样保持着这种姿势越久越好(大约可支持两分钟左右),直到腰部禁不住变得弯曲脱离地面为止。</p><p>2、当完成这动作将双腿放回地面后,就会觉得气血翻腾,而且腰,腹部也会变得很充实。此时先不要急得起身,依旧保持原先姿势,让腰部贴紧地面,用劲守住腹部并尽量往上提。然后深吸缓呼两,三分钟,觉得气血平复后再起身。</p><p>3、锻炼次数:刚开始可每天早晚各一次,之后可逐渐减少次数并延长间隔天数。</p><p>4、功能:此方法会使人体的精,气,血变得充足旺盛起来,增强了人体的免疫力和抵抗力。对于那些因血气虚弱而引起的常见病:如头晕目眩,神经衰弱,全身疼痛,失眠,性功能减退等疾病,能起到彻底改善恢复的功效。</p><p>5、特点:一般可分为三个阶段:</p><p>(1)兴奋期-因为身体虚弱处于\"饥渴\"状态,所以感觉特别明显;</p><p>(2)平复期.</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>(3)充实期-身体的气血逐渐增强。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":3049,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-08-22 09:55:47","updatedAt":"2024-10-05 05:48:13","field":{},"tags":[]}
