为中华气功与体育的结合发展鸣锣开道

春风绿大地,群芳艳长安。

迎着改革奋进、祖国中兴的时代号角,乘着中华大地方兴未艾的体育热潮和气功热潮,《气功与体育》今天问世了。它诞生于三秦沃土,生长出连理枝叶,又为绚丽多姿的科普百花园再添异彩!

中华全国体育总会、《体育报》社、中国体育科学学会的领导同志和国内气功界的有关学者、专家,对本刊的创办诞生给予了热情关怀和宝贵支持,并在繁忙工作之余专门给本刊撰文题词,为我们办好本刊指明了前进方向。在此,谨向各位领导和专家表示衷心感谢!

如果说体育是人类采用各种肢体动作作为手段、以增强自身机体健康为直接目的而实施的有目的、有计划的身体活动,那么,气功(古称“导引”、“吐纳”等)自古以来就是我国古代体育的重要内容之一,是我国丰富多彩的古代体育宝库中的瑰宝。远在数千年前的华夏大地上,气功同其它许多古代体育项目一样,都是我国劳动人民在长期的生产劳动和生活经验的积累中,在与古代恶劣的自然环境和身体疾病作斗争的过程中,逐渐产生和发展起来的健身手段。它与其它古代项目并行不悖,象缠烂的群星在中国体育史上放射着绚丽的光彩。早期的“导引”包括了“导气”和“引体”两种内容,尤以“吐纳”、“行气”为主的“导气”在长期的养生实践中,显示出自我身心调整与改造的独特效果,发挥了健身益寿的积极作用,从而受到了儒家、道家、医家、武术家、以及佛教、道教的重视,并经他们的宣传实践,在社会上广泛传播。特别是气功防病治病的良好作用,使气功在古代备受医家和病者的青睐。在保健医疗和养生实践中,气功不断吸取中医的经络学说等为其科学理论基础,逐渐形成和发展了不同流派的气功理论体系。在锻炼方法上各派系不尽相同,但都强调“调心、调息、调身”,突出练意,练气的中心,主张心息相依、意气合一、动静结合等特点,从而减少了纯粹“体育”意义上的运动色彩,而衍化成为神、形、气俱练身心相结合的复合锻炼方法。虽然,气功的大部分内容就这样与其它体育项目分道而行,甚至被纳入其它领域,但仍不失其古代体育的本来面目。当然,气功独立分化发展的结果,它使它形成了与古代体育和现代 体育不同的个性特点,更是有现代体育无法相比的医疗保健的独特作用,因而人们又往往把它区别于习惯观念中的体育项目。然而,也正是气功流传几千年不衰、在身心锻炼上所显示的强大生命力,为现代体育的发展提出了深刻的启示。

建立在近代医学、生物学等实验科学理论基础上的现代体育,不断综合吸收当代最新的自然科学和社会科学有关成果,因而形成了不同于气功的完整的科学理论体系的实践方法手段,虽然,在其社会职能、科学水平、教育效果、生物学作用等方面是与气功大不相同的,但是,现代体育只着重于外部“身形”的锻炼,恰恰缺乏气功中的“神气”为主,身心结合的锻炼,这正是现代体育所要吸取的精华。在运动训练和体育教学中对运动伤病的综合防治,也需要借鉴气功所独有的防病、治病强身的医疗保健作用。尤其是在竞技体育飞速发展、运动成绩日新月异的今天,优异成绩的取得与运动员的完善的心理品质,及时排除各种心理障碍的关系越来越密切;而这正需要借助和吸取气功锻炼中的自我心理调整和身心改造的独特作用。从现代科学理论的发展趋势来看,正显示出由独立分化向综合研究,充分利用“杂交优势”才能继续前进。气功本身的发展过程,曾洋溢于传统医学理论,而今现代体育科学的发展也正需要与气功相结合,从气功中吸取精华营养。因此,现代体育与气功的结合,是时代的必然,是当今科学发展的大趋势,是发展气功与体育的需要。

气功与现代体育相结合,在理论上吸收其中某些东方哲学的思想精华,研究借鉴其认识与改造人体的整体观点、辨证论治原则、动静结合原则等,以及调整与完善心理的各种方法;在实践中吸取不同流派的练功方法与技能,就有可能为现代体育科学理论和实践注入新的血液,带来新的飞跃,为中华体育的腾飞增强生命活力。对气功来说,也可借鉴和吸取现代体育科学理论和实践中的内容,为气功的进一步发展提供更广阔的前景。这样,体育与气功就会相互促进,相得益彰。

把气功应用于现代竞技体育,有可能使人体发生更高水平的良好生物学改造,使运动员身心更加健康与完善。提高心理素质,有助于运动员消除疲劳,促进机体更快恢复精力,挖掘人体的更大潜力,激发不可估量的机体能量,从而创造出更加优异的运动成绩,为我国体育全面走向世界作出贡献。

近年来,我国射击、射箭运动员曾结合气功进行训练,明显提高了训练效果,并创造了优异成绩。在国外,已有不少国家将气功用于运动训练、增强体力、提高运动成绩的先例。据说,著名的“400米栏之王”,美国运动员摩西,就是印度瑜伽气功的积极实践者,气功使他长时期保持充沛精力,创造了107次参赛不败的田坛纪录。

将气功运用于我国大、中、小学校体育,其前景光明灿烂,意义更加深远。我国有两亿多青少年在校学习,他们既是未来四化建设的主力军,又是中华民族的新一代。为了攀登国民体质的世界高峰,从根本上改善中华民族体质,必须从学校体育这个战略重点抓起。而气功这种民族形式的体育锻炼方法,更为广大青少年所欢迎。如果在体育课或课外活动中适当结合气功,介绍有关气功方法与知识,这将有助于青少年身体的生长发育和身心健康,完善个性,陶冶情操。并能从中受到爱国主义、历史主义教育,增强民族自尊心和自豪感。同时,练气功本身就是对人体科学的积极探索,是对人体自身的认识和发掘过程,不仅可以增长知识,又可以激发创造热情和求知精神,有利于培养身心并全面的一代新人。在国外已办有气功大学和专门研究机构;在印度、日本的学校体育中,气功是体育课的内容之一。我国作为气功的发源地,更应让青少年通过气功与体育的结合,从小继承和发扬我国几千年来的优秀文化遗产。

气功与群众体育相结合,必将掀起更大规模的练功热和体育热潮。现代社会的发展和进步,使体育日益成为人们生活中不可缺少的内容,各种形式的健身运动正风靡全球。气功与其它各种大众性、娱乐性体育项目结合,恰如锦上添花,更能为群众活动带来新的局面,丰富活动的内容。特别是能为群众提供行之有效的医疗治病健身益寿的健身方法,又简便易行,男女老少皆宜,因而更能受群众欢迎。君不见,近几年群众练功如潮涌,全国已有几千万人练气功。这种发展势头正说明了气功与群众体育相结合的积极效果。

《气功与体育》就是为了实现上述几个目的而创办的。

本刊愿成为体育与气功科学知识普及的窗口。体育与气功都是与人体生命科学最密切的学科,而我们面临的二十一世纪将是“生命科学的时代”。时代的发展要求我们更加充分认识自己的生命奥秘,掌握自我身心锻炼的知识。为此,《气功与体育》愿倾全力向读者介绍有关探索人体生命奥秘的科学知识,宣传体育与气功的有关基础理论、锻炼方法;报道体育与气功结合的最新成果。融科学性、知识性、趣味性于一体,使专业工作者与业余爱好者均有所取。为读者带来气功与体育知识的意境,使读者漫步于科学知识的长廊,开阔视野,有所收获。

本刊愿成为体育与气功探索者交流学术、沟通信息的园地。体育科学理论内容丰富;功法功理流派众多,源远流长。我们本着“百花齐放”、“百家争鸣”的方针,及时交流学术成果,刊登科研论文,报导国内外动态。开展生活活泼的探讨争鸣,广收百家所言,博采众人之长;以便集思广益、相互交流、共同提高。

本刊愿成为每个读者八小时之外的知心朋友。我们将竭诚向读者提供各种健身、延年、防治疾病的方法,开拓别有新意的业余阵地,提供自我身心完善,精神享受的领域。使读者从中获得妙趣,忘掉忧愁,激发热情,调节生活。

《气功与体育》如一株嫩苗刚破土而出,它期待着体育界、气功家及各位读者来共同浇灌、培育和扶植。但盼在这春风化雨、万物争荣的大好时光,在大家的关怀支持下,使这株幼苗茁壮成长,结出累累硕果,为中华气功与体育的腾飞做出积极有益的贡献!

article------>{"id":120,"cid":3,"sub_cid":"","title":"《气功与体育》杂志创刊号发刊词","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1,2","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"为中华气功与体育的结合发展鸣锣开道","img":"","content":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">《气功与体育》杂志创刊号发刊词</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>为中华气功与体育的结合发展鸣锣开道</b></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">本刊编辑部</p><p>春风绿大地,群芳艳长安。</p><p>迎着改革奋进、祖国中兴的时代号角,乘着中华大地方兴未艾的体育热潮和气功热潮,《气功与体育》今天问世了。它诞生于三秦沃土,生长出连理枝叶,又为绚丽多姿的科普百花园再添异彩!</p><p>中华全国体育总会、《体育报》社、中国体育科学学会的领导同志和国内气功界的有关学者、专家,对本刊的创办诞生给予了热情关怀和宝贵支持,并在繁忙工作之余专门给本刊撰文题词,为我们办好本刊指明了前进方向。在此,谨向各位领导和专家表示衷心感谢!</p><p>如果说体育是人类采用各种肢体动作作为手段、以增强自身机体健康为直接目的而实施的有目的、有计划的身体活动,那么,气功(古称“导引”、“吐纳”等)自古以来就是我国古代体育的重要内容之一,是我国丰富多彩的古代体育宝库中的瑰宝。远在数千年前的华夏大地上,气功同其它许多古代体育项目一样,都是我国劳动人民在长期的生产劳动和生活经验的积累中,在与古代恶劣的自然环境和身体疾病作斗争的过程中,逐渐产生和发展起来的健身手段。它与其它古代项目并行不悖,象缠烂的群星在中国体育史上放射着绚丽的光彩。早期的“导引”包括了“导气”和“引体”两种内容,尤以“吐纳”、“行气”为主的“导气”在长期的养生实践中,显示出自我身心调整与改造的独特效果,发挥了健身益寿的积极作用,从而受到了儒家、道家、医家、武术家、以及佛教、道教的重视,并经他们的宣传实践,在社会上广泛传播。特别是气功防病治病的良好作用,使气功在古代备受医家和病者的青睐。在保健医疗和养生实践中,气功不断吸取中医的经络学说等为其科学理论基础,逐渐形成和发展了不同流派的气功理论体系。在锻炼方法上各派系不尽相同,但都强调“调心、调息、调身”,突出练意,练气的中心,主张心息相依、意气合一、动静结合等特点,从而减少了纯粹“体育”意义上的运动色彩,而衍化成为神、形、气俱练身心相结合的复合锻炼方法。虽然,气功的大部分内容就这样与其它体育项目分道而行,甚至被纳入其它领域,但仍不失其古代体育的本来面目。当然,气功独立分化发展的结果,它使它形成了与古代体育和现代 \n体育不同的个性特点,更是有现代体育无法相比的医疗保健的独特作用,因而人们又往往把它区别于习惯观念中的体育项目。然而,也正是气功流传几千年不衰、在身心锻炼上所显示的强大生命力,为现代体育的发展提出了深刻的启示。</p><p>建立在近代医学、生物学等实验科学理论基础上的现代体育,不断综合吸收当代最新的自然科学和社会科学有关成果,因而形成了不同于气功的完整的科学理论体系的实践方法手段,虽然,在其社会职能、科学水平、教育效果、生物学作用等方面是与气功大不相同的,但是,现代体育只着重于外部“身形”的锻炼,恰恰缺乏气功中的“神气”为主,身心结合的锻炼,这正是现代体育所要吸取的精华。在运动训练和体育教学中对运动伤病的综合防治,也需要借鉴气功所独有的防病、治病强身的医疗保健作用。尤其是在竞技体育飞速发展、运动成绩日新月异的今天,优异成绩的取得与运动员的完善的心理品质,及时排除各种心理障碍的关系越来越密切;而这正需要借助和吸取气功锻炼中的自我心理调整和身心改造的独特作用。从现代科学理论的发展趋势来看,正显示出由独立分化向综合研究,充分利用“杂交优势”才能继续前进。气功本身的发展过程,曾洋溢于传统医学理论,而今现代体育科学的发展也正需要与气功相结合,从气功中吸取精华营养。因此,现代体育与气功的结合,是时代的必然,是当今科学发展的大趋势,是发展气功与体育的需要。</p><p>气功与现代体育相结合,在理论上吸收其中某些东方哲学的思想精华,研究借鉴其认识与改造人体的整体观点、辨证论治原则、动静结合原则等,以及调整与完善心理的各种方法;在实践中吸取不同流派的练功方法与技能,就有可能为现代体育科学理论和实践注入新的血液,带来新的飞跃,为中华体育的腾飞增强生命活力。对气功来说,也可借鉴和吸取现代体育科学理论和实践中的内容,为气功的进一步发展提供更广阔的前景。这样,体育与气功就会相互促进,相得益彰。</p><p>把气功应用于现代竞技体育,有可能使人体发生更高水平的良好生物学改造,使运动员身心更加健康与完善。提高心理素质,有助于运动员消除疲劳,促进机体更快恢复精力,挖掘人体的更大潜力,激发不可估量的机体能量,从而创造出更加优异的运动成绩,为我国体育全面走向世界作出贡献。</p><p>近年来,我国射击、射箭运动员曾结合气功进行训练,明显提高了训练效果,并创造了优异成绩。在国外,已有不少国家将气功用于运动训练、增强体力、提高运动成绩的先例。据说,著名的“400米栏之王”,美国运动员摩西,就是印度瑜伽气功的积极实践者,气功使他长时期保持充沛精力,创造了107次参赛不败的田坛纪录。</p><p>将气功运用于我国大、中、小学校体育,其前景光明灿烂,意义更加深远。我国有两亿多青少年在校学习,他们既是未来四化建设的主力军,又是中华民族的新一代。为了攀登国民体质的世界高峰,从根本上改善中华民族体质,必须从学校体育这个战略重点抓起。而气功这种民族形式的体育锻炼方法,更为广大青少年所欢迎。如果在体育课或课外活动中适当结合气功,介绍有关气功方法与知识,这将有助于青少年身体的生长发育和身心健康,完善个性,陶冶情操。并能从中受到爱国主义、历史主义教育,增强民族自尊心和自豪感。同时,练气功本身就是对人体科学的积极探索,是对人体自身的认识和发掘过程,不仅可以增长知识,又可以激发创造热情和求知精神,有利于培养身心并全面的一代新人。在国外已办有气功大学和专门研究机构;在印度、日本的学校体育中,气功是体育课的内容之一。我国作为气功的发源地,更应让青少年通过气功与体育的结合,从小继承和发扬我国几千年来的优秀文化遗产。</p><p>气功与群众体育相结合,必将掀起更大规模的练功热和体育热潮。现代社会的发展和进步,使体育日益成为人们生活中不可缺少的内容,各种形式的健身运动正风靡全球。气功与其它各种大众性、娱乐性体育项目结合,恰如锦上添花,更能为群众活动带来新的局面,丰富活动的内容。特别是能为群众提供行之有效的医疗治病健身益寿的健身方法,又简便易行,男女老少皆宜,因而更能受群众欢迎。君不见,近几年群众练功如潮涌,全国已有几千万人练气功。这种发展势头正说明了气功与群众体育相结合的积极效果。</p><p>《气功与体育》就是为了实现上述几个目的而创办的。</p><p>本刊愿成为体育与气功科学知识普及的窗口。体育与气功都是与人体生命科学最密切的学科,而我们面临的二十一世纪将是“生命科学的时代”。时代的发展要求我们更加充分认识自己的生命奥秘,掌握自我身心锻炼的知识。为此,《气功与体育》愿倾全力向读者介绍有关探索人体生命奥秘的科学知识,宣传体育与气功的有关基础理论、锻炼方法;报道体育与气功结合的最新成果。融科学性、知识性、趣味性于一体,使专业工作者与业余爱好者均有所取。为读者带来气功与体育知识的意境,使读者漫步于科学知识的长廊,开阔视野,有所收获。</p><p>本刊愿成为体育与气功探索者交流学术、沟通信息的园地。体育科学理论内容丰富;功法功理流派众多,源远流长。我们本着“百花齐放”、“百家争鸣”的方针,及时交流学术成果,刊登科研论文,报导国内外动态。开展生活活泼的探讨争鸣,广收百家所言,博采众人之长;以便集思广益、相互交流、共同提高。</p><p>本刊愿成为每个读者八小时之外的知心朋友。我们将竭诚向读者提供各种健身、延年、防治疾病的方法,开拓别有新意的业余阵地,提供自我身心完善,精神享受的领域。使读者从中获得妙趣,忘掉忧愁,激发热情,调节生活。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>《气功与体育》如一株嫩苗刚破土而出,它期待着体育界、气功家及各位读者来共同浇灌、培育和扶植。但盼在这春风化雨、万物争荣的大好时光,在大家的关怀支持下,使这株幼苗茁壮成长,结出累累硕果,为中华气功与体育的腾飞做出积极有益的贡献!</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":2950,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04 09:58:26","updatedAt":"2024-10-04 05:52:20","field":{},"tags":[]}
