如何筑基回归童体状态?

道家认为,人过中年以后,童体已破,精气逐渐的走漏流失。做为生命的物质基础的元精逐渐衰败。所以,对于已失童体之人,要能使其有足够的先天元精,保持真精不漏不失,就要及时的补充,就象一盏灯的灯油不断的减少,快干枯之时,要维持这个“生命之火”长存,就要不断的补充灯油。所以道家将筑基法门也称为“抽油添命”的功夫。

通过“抽油添命”功法,可以使身体回到全精全气全神、圆满完全、无亏无损之元真童体的状态。回到这个状态才具备足够的先天精能进行炼精化气的功夫。从这里我们也可以看出,对于童真之体(比如童体未漏的小孩)是不需要经过筑基而可以直接开始炼精化气的。而对于女性练功者,在性成熟后,开始来月经就表示童体已损。所以道家对女性专辟女丹功法。要求女性“斩赤龙”(断月经)以回到女童时的身体状态,才能象男性一样开始着手炼液(精)化气。而一般练功者在准确无误的进行“补漏返童”的训练,往往需要一百天左右的时间,所以道家称之为百日筑基。

“尹喜真人曰:夫筑基之功,调药补精,炼精化气,收心以还虚,即收神、固精、养气之诀也。夫身内精气充实,骨髓坚强,方可入室下功,而求返还之道也。”从此,我们可以看出,筑基就是我们上面所说的调药补精以求返还之道。而且要收心还虚,也就是练入静入定的功夫。让人内气充实,骨髓坚强。回到童体之状态。才可以开始炼精化气

那么丹道是如何筑基的呢? 首先就要是进行入静的功夫训练。只有在入静功夫达到最初还虚的标准了,下一步才可以开始守窍。达到什么标准呢?“使杂念扫除而皈于一念,主静立极,还虚入定,扫除三心,灭尽四相,直待心地静后性天清凉。

关于收心入静的法门,各家各派的论述已经很多了,这里就不多赘述了。入静到一念不起,心性明彻清朗之时,入静功夫已经到位,然后就可开始凝神入气穴。所以,筑基的首要任务,就是要明确的知道这个气穴在哪。

这个气穴,就是筑基守的这个要窍。它是命功的根本之窍。我们都知道,命功的根本在于锻炼下丹田。而自古以来,各家各派功法中,对下丹田的位置就不下几十种说法。到底哪一种说法正确,这得因人因功法而异。而这个丹道的气穴,古人认为是“先天大道之祖、逐日生气之根、产铅之地,而千变万化之道、神妙莫测之机尽从此出。”也被称为下玄关。就是道家说的命门。但这不是医家说的命门穴。道家之所以称之为命门,是因为这个大穴中内有坎(肾)离(心)真精。是性命之门户。对十二正经的盛衰与人的生死是取决定性做用的。这们位置在哪里呢?就在两肾中间往前一点,脐部往里,离脐部七分,离两肾中心三分的位置。从穴位来说,就在脐部与命门穴(督脉上的命门穴)的连线上,离脐部三分,离命门穴七分的那个位置。这就是丹家所说的命门气穴。筑基守的大窍就在此。

对这个大窍要做什么呢?没有别的,“昔日逢师传口诀,只教凝神入气穴”。就是凝神于此守之。这些都要在调息入静的功夫较成熟之后才开始凝神入气穴。一则呼吸要调到息相上。二则入坐不久即能大静,才可入手下一步功夫。

默守的原则是:“知而不守,先存后亡,虚心凝神,不着色相,不落空亡,虚灵不昧,存养寂照。”就是说心里要明白默守的存在,但不要着意于它。

先似存非存的默守之,随手守着守着感觉逐渐浑浑然然,在浑浑在中顺意自然忘守。只在于还虚凝神,不要着于有形之物事。即不要守得实实在在,象清楚的着意于实实在在的东西。也不要空空的啥都没有,空中要有灵信。空中好象感觉到了生命之活活灵灵而又似乎不明不白似的。似月华下照于潭水之上。一切是自然无心的寂照而又飘灵美妙。这个状态不好用文字描述,习者入静后凝神体会,自然能得之妙境。

功法

功法:小周天功法<培元养精转后天化先天>

选一清净之处,空气新鲜,避免风向,静坐平直其身,脊骨不曲,端正不歪。不故意做作,以舒适为度。

静坐姿势分双盘、单盘、自然盘,任选一种。

1、练功准备就绪,微闭双目,安然入静,不思,不看,不听,不动,舌抵上鄂,若口中津满随即缓慢咽下。采用腹式呼吸默守下丹田,意念随每次呼气自喉部下达腹部,尽可能逐渐放慢、放长,吸气时任其自然,无念无识。

练本步期间,无练功基础者,可能出现头昏,腰酸背痛,呼吸不自然,舌抵上腭不习惯等,这些是初练时的生疏现象,只要坚持按要求去练,便会逐渐纯熟,各种不自然现象渐会消失。

2、以观想的方法,把自己和天地融为一体。意念天地日月星辰精华之气,从头顶的百会穴进入体内,然后顺三田合一流通,最后进入小腹下丹田中。待气足时可意守之片刻。把呼吸有意无意地止于丹田,即意守丹田,不必过分注意呼气。直至感到丹田内形成一个“气团”。随着功夫的积累,小腹充实饱满有力,有时会出现**作痒,会阴跳动,肾区及四肢发热等,这些现象或感觉可因人而异。

3、当丹田真气充实到一定的程度,则可运行小周天功法。小周天有一定线路,即任督二脉,从后上经前下,来回不止,循环不息。

方法如下:用意识假想丹田有一股热气,由丹田下行,循小腹,抵脐下四寸中极穴,经会阴,过谷道至尾闾,沿夹脊棘突中上行,达头顶百会穴,再下颜面,过喉,由胸腹正中线入丹田中。略顿一顿,仍循前法,周而复始,循环不已,至练功毕时为止。以周天36为单位数。

练小周天时切忌用力吸气,或拱背挺肩低头使后颈用力提升,否则易生流弊。必须以意识暗示缓慢引气上升,若无上升感觉,多练多引自然成功。务必顺序渐进,不急不噪,因势利导。急躁冒进,要产生偏差。

练功勤者从练第3步功始15日至30即可有通周天的气感。

古人提出百日筑基,七七四十九天关,三年关,其实是根据人体的四大五行,五脏六腑,三脉七轮来定的,不是乱定闭关时间的。

入手下静,先绝食腥荤香辣之物。盖腥荤之物,味主沉浊,食之必至后天之气粗,而难伏。香辣之物,性主轻浮,食之必至先天之气散而不聚。要知存乎理者,禁食腥荤香辣,专持清斋素食淡饭,以除原味。不食过饱,过饱则伤神。不食过饥,过饥则伤气。饮食要调合得中,饥则加餐,食可则止。此节即饮食之道,后世修真,不可不知也。 注:此乃上阳子研修体证。

道家炼精化气,要洁净脏腑,真气清纯,远声色,薄滋味,才返先天。荤腥之物,乃血肉有情之品,味厚气浊,经脾胃消化吸收,所化精气,皆后天浑垢,不堪采用。其二多食则生痰动火,蒙蔽清窍,使人好生贪欲之心,争斗之念,故真心修道者,要多远之。

丹经有云:气满任督自开。精气神充足,自然会冲开全身气脉而得道。李时珍《奇经八脉考》: “八脉者先天之根,一气之祖。凡人有此八脉,俱属阴神闭而不开,惟神仙以阳气冲开,故能得道。

耳泄精,口泄气,眼泄神,心虑伤血。所以道门有训:不根植于虚静,即是邪术。吕洞宾亦诗云:道人先要学痴聋。故广成子教导黄帝成道之法为:“目无所见,耳无所闻,心无所知,无视无听,抱神以静,慎内闭外,多知为败。”王重阳祖师《立教十五论》亦同训:“凡打坐者,非言形体端然,瞑目合眼,此是假坐也。真坐者,须十二时辰,行住坐卧,一切动静中间,心如泰山,不动不摇,把断四门,眼耳口鼻,不令外景入内,但有丝毫动静 思念,即不名静坐。能如此者,虽身处于尘世,名已列于仙位。不须远参他人,便 是身内圣贤。百年功满,脱壳登真,一粒丹成,神游八表。” 马丹阳真人曾棒喝未成道而思饭食的丘处机真人:“汝岂不闻过去心不可存,现在心不可有,未来心不可起。汝今三心未了,一念不纯,焉能悟道?”

正如黄元吉真人直白点破:“泄精一事,不必夫妻交媾,即此一念之动,真精已不守舍,如走丹一般。”

人体的一切机能,都是在静极状态下恢复的,万物也从静中生长,这就是老子所言:“人能常清静,天地悉皆归。”但是,要知道静须在动之后,否则这个静就不是静,而是枯、滞、死,也就是老子所言:动者,静之基。 所以,切不可只打坐而不运动。筑基须动静双修。动以强体,静以安禅。只知静坐修禅,不知习武强身,坐禅既久,体羸病生,病体何能载道,体弱常遭魔侵,此即前人所言“静坐孤修气转枯”。

要知道,动则生阳,不动则气血凝滞,身体阳气不足,进入迷定。迷定久住,容易坐化,大家以为证道,实乃阴气太重,神识已迷,不能归体而亡。有的在定中能出阴神,因阳气不足,不能化阴,故而能感阴邪外魔,堕入魔道,有的人在中阴,即刻感缘投胎。人在迷定之中不能出定,打坐气血凝固而亡,偶有出定者,也要大病一场。习武乃生阳健体之道,体不健,阳不生,则难入定,偶尔入定,也在迷定,人在迷定,阴气更浓,离道远矣。如此,阳气盛而阴气化,阴气得化则禅悦生,元气长,丹田火炽,万孔生春,周身阳和,如沐春风,遍体美快,无以言喻。故王重阳祖师的训导如下:“凡有动作,不可过努,过劳则损气,不可不动,不动则气血凝滞,须要动静得其中,然后可以守常安分。”吕洞宾祖师也同训言:“昼动机也,万物皆动,而我亦动之,夜静机也,万物皆静,而我亦静之。一动一静,与物消长,此天地自然之气机,生生不息之道也。世人每多俾昼作夜,以夜继日,是违天地自然之气机,大悖乎生人之理,自绝乎化育之能矣。故昼而兴,夜而宁,固而精,养而神,与物无竞,寡欲清心,能知静摄,可冀长生。”

其他注意事项

间,可取四正时(即子、午、卯、酉四个时辰),如做不到,亦可因人因时而定。但欲把功夫练上去,需每到自觉腹内气动时(如汽车开动之状),立即行功静坐。待气不动之后,方可收功下座。如若时练时停,就会前功尽弃。

2、注意事项:

(1)严禁房事,节制性生活。道家在这方面有严格戒规,不磨去情欲是练不成是上乘功夫的。

(2)动静适宜。欲健身长寿,应当动静结合,这也是古人的经验。但要注意照科学办事,不能退劳,否则适得其反。

(3)持之以恒。为此还要和日常生活结合起来。有人说:行住坐卧,不离这个。就是叫我们随时随地都要结合练养之法。

(4)对元气不守炉的处理办法:虚恭多而无味者,则系元气下泄,需用吸、抵、撮、闭之法运化之。外肾囊湿而下垂者,为元气下泄,亦用此法。

(5)勤加练习则任督两脉所经病罩皆会缓慢痊愈。

article------>{"id":671,"cid":12,"sub_cid":"","title":"如何筑基回归童体状态?","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"筑基一说,来源于道家内丹术。是内丹术中小周天前在炼精化气之前的修炼内容。也叫“百日筑基”。","img":"","content":"<p>筑基一说,来源于道家内丹术。是内丹术中小周天前在炼精化气之前的修炼内容。也叫“百日筑基”。</p><p>道家认为,人过中年以后,童体已破,精气逐渐的走漏流失。做为生命的物质基础的元精逐渐衰败。所以,对于已失童体之人,要能使其有足够的先天元精,保持真精不漏不失,就要及时的补充,就象一盏灯的灯油不断的减少,快干枯之时,要维持这个“生命之火”长存,就要不断的补充灯油。所以道家将筑基法门也称为“抽油添命”的功夫。</p><p>通过“抽油添命”功法,可以使身体回到全精全气全神、圆满完全、无亏无损之元真童体的状态。回到这个状态才具备足够的先天精能进行炼精化气的功夫。从这里我们也可以看出,对于童真之体(比如童体未漏的小孩)是不需要经过筑基而可以直接开始炼精化气的。而对于女性练功者,在性成熟后,开始来月经就表示童体已损。所以道家对女性专辟女丹功法。要求女性“斩赤龙”(断月经)以回到女童时的身体状态,才能象男性一样开始着手炼液(精)化气。而一般练功者在准确无误的进行“补漏返童”的训练,往往需要一百天左右的时间,所以道家称之为百日筑基。</p><p></p><p>“尹喜真人曰:夫筑基之功,调药补精,炼精化气,收心以还虚,即收神、固精、养气之诀也。夫身内精气充实,骨髓坚强,方可入室下功,而求返还之道也。”从此,我们可以看出,筑基就是我们上面所说的调药补精以求返还之道。而且要收心还虚,也就是<b>练入静入定的功夫。让人内气充实,骨髓坚强。回到童体之状态。才可以开始炼精化气</b>。</p><p>那么丹道是如何筑基的呢? \n首先就要是进行入静的功夫训练。只有在入静功夫达到最初还虚的标准了,下一步才可以开始守窍。达到什么标准呢?“<b>使杂念扫除而皈于一念,主静立极,还虚入定,扫除三心,灭尽四相,直待心地静后性天清凉。</b>”</p><p>关于收心入静的法门,各家各派的论述已经很多了,这里就不多赘述了。<b>入静到一念不起,心性明彻清朗之时,入静功夫已经到位,然后就可开始凝神入气穴。</b>所以,筑基的首要任务,就是要明确的知道这个气穴在哪。</p><p>这个气穴,就是筑基守的这个要窍。它是命功的根本之窍。我们都知道,命功的根本在于锻炼下丹田。而自古以来,各家各派功法中,对下丹田的位置就不下几十种说法。到底哪一种说法正确,这得因人因功法而异。而这个丹道的气穴,古人认为是“先天大道之祖、逐日生气之根、产铅之地,而千变万化之道、神妙莫测之机尽从此出。”也被称为下玄关。就是道家说的命门。但这不是医家说的命门穴。道家之所以称之为命门,是因为这个大穴中内有坎(肾)离(心)真精。是性命之门户。对十二正经的盛衰与人的生死是取决定性做用的。这们位置在哪里呢?就在<b>两肾中间往前一点,脐部往里,离脐部七分,离两肾中心三分的位置</b>。从穴位来说,就在脐部与命门穴(督脉上的命门穴)的连线上,离脐部三分,离命门穴七分的那个位置。这就是丹家所说的命门气穴。筑基守的大窍就在此。</p><p>对这个大窍要做什么呢?没有别的,“昔日逢师传口诀,只教凝神入气穴”。就是凝神于此守之。这些都要在调息入静的功夫较成熟之后才开始凝神入气穴。一则呼吸要调到息相上。二则入坐不久即能大静,才可入手下一步功夫。</p><p></p><p>默守的原则是:“知而不守,先存后亡,虚心凝神,不着色相,不落空亡,虚灵不昧,存养寂照。”就是说心里要明白默守的存在,但不要着意于它。</p><p>先似存非存的默守之,随手守着守着感觉逐渐浑浑然然,在浑浑在中顺意自然忘守。只在于还虚凝神,不要着于有形之物事。即不要守得实实在在,象清楚的着意于实实在在的东西。也不要空空的啥都没有,空中要有灵信。空中好象感觉到了生命之活活灵灵而又似乎不明不白似的。似月华下照于潭水之上。一切是自然无心的寂照而又飘灵美妙。这个状态不好用文字描述,习者入静后凝神体会,自然能得之妙境。</p><p>功法</p><p><b>功法:小周天功法<培元养精转后天化先天></b></p><p>选一清净之处,空气新鲜,避免风向,静坐平直其身,脊骨不曲,端正不歪。不故意做作,以舒适为度。</p><p>静坐姿势分双盘、单盘、自然盘,任选一种。</p><p>1、练功准备就绪,微闭双目,安然入静,不思,不看,不听,不动,舌抵上鄂,若口中津满随即缓慢咽下。采用腹式呼吸默守下丹田,意念随每次呼气自喉部下达腹部,尽可能逐渐放慢、放长,吸气时任其自然,无念无识。</p><p>练本步期间,无练功基础者,可能出现头昏,腰酸背痛,呼吸不自然,舌抵上腭不习惯等,这些是初练时的生疏现象,只要坚持按要求去练,便会逐渐纯熟,各种不自然现象渐会消失。</p><p>2、以观想的方法,把自己和天地融为一体。意念天地日月星辰精华之气,从头顶的百会穴进入体内,然后顺三田合一流通,最后进入小腹下丹田中。待气足时可意守之片刻。把呼吸有意无意地止于丹田,即意守丹田,不必过分注意呼气。直至感到丹田内形成一个“气团”。随着功夫的积累,小腹充实饱满有力,有时会出现**作痒,会阴跳动,肾区及四肢发热等,这些现象或感觉可因人而异。</p><p>(经常练习1.2.步骤可充实下丹田的元气.)</p><p>3、当丹田真气充实到一定的程度,则可运行小周天功法。小周天有一定线路,即任督二脉,从后上经前下,来回不止,循环不息。</p><p>方法如下:用意识假想丹田有一股热气,由丹田下行,循小腹,抵脐下四寸中极穴,经会阴,过谷道至尾闾,沿夹脊棘突中上行,达头顶百会穴,再下颜面,过喉,由胸腹正中线入丹田中。略顿一顿,仍循前法,周而复始,循环不已,至练功毕时为止。以周天36为单位数。</p><p>练小周天时切忌用力吸气,或拱背挺肩低头使后颈用力提升,否则易生流弊。必须以意识暗示缓慢引气上升,若无上升感觉,多练多引自然成功。务必顺序渐进,不急不噪,因势利导。急躁冒进,要产生偏差。</p><p>练功勤者从练第3步功始15日至30即可有通周天的气感。</p><p>古人提出百日筑基,七七四十九天关,三年关,其实是根据人体的四大五行,五脏六腑,三脉七轮来定的,不是乱定闭关时间的。</p><p>入手下静,先绝食腥荤香辣之物。盖腥荤之物,味主沉浊,食之必至后天之气粗,而难伏。香辣之物,性主轻浮,食之必至先天之气散而不聚。要知存乎理者,禁食腥荤香辣,专持清斋素食淡饭,以除原味。不食过饱,过饱则伤神。不食过饥,过饥则伤气。饮食要调合得中,饥则加餐,食可则止。此节即饮食之道,后世修真,不可不知也。 \n注:此乃上阳子研修体证。</p><p>道家炼精化气,要洁净脏腑,真气清纯,远声色,薄滋味,才返先天。荤腥之物,乃血肉有情之品,味厚气浊,经脾胃消化吸收,所化精气,皆后天浑垢,不堪采用。其二多食则生痰动火,蒙蔽清窍,使人好生贪欲之心,争斗之念,故真心修道者,要多远之。</p><p>丹经有云:<b>气满任督自开。精气神充足,自然会冲开全身气脉而得道。</b>李时珍《奇经八脉考》: \n“<b>八脉者先天之根,一气之祖。凡人有此八脉,俱属阴神闭而不开,惟神仙以阳气冲开,故能得道。</b></p><p></p><p>耳泄精,口泄气,眼泄神,心虑伤血。所以道门有训:不根植于虚静,即是邪术。吕洞宾亦诗云:道人先要学痴聋。故广成子教导黄帝成道之法为:“目无所见,耳无所闻,心无所知,无视无听,抱神以静,慎内闭外,多知为败。”王重阳祖师《立教十五论》亦同训:“凡打坐者,非言形体端然,瞑目合眼,此是假坐也。真坐者,须十二时辰,行住坐卧,一切动静中间,心如泰山,不动不摇,把断四门,眼耳口鼻,不令外景入内,但有丝毫动静 \n思念,即不名静坐。能如此者,虽身处于尘世,名已列于仙位。不须远参他人,便 是身内圣贤。百年功满,脱壳登真,一粒丹成,神游八表。” \n马丹阳真人曾棒喝未成道而思饭食的丘处机真人:“汝岂不闻过去心不可存,现在心不可有,未来心不可起。汝今三心未了,一念不纯,焉能悟道?”</p><p>正如黄元吉真人直白点破:“泄精一事,不必夫妻交媾,即此一念之动,真精已不守舍,如走丹一般。”</p><p>人体的一切机能,都是在静极状态下恢复的,万物也从静中生长,这就是老子所言:“<b>人能常清静,天地悉皆归</b>。”但是,要知道静须在动之后,否则这个静就不是静,而是枯、滞、死,也就是老子所言:动者,静之基。 \n所以,切不可只打坐而不运动。筑基须动静双修。动以强体,静以安禅。只知静坐修禅,不知习武强身,坐禅既久,体羸病生,病体何能载道,体弱常遭魔侵,此即前人所言“静坐孤修气转枯”。</p><p>要知道,动则生阳,不动则气血凝滞,身体阳气不足,进入迷定。迷定久住,容易坐化,大家以为证道,实乃阴气太重,神识已迷,不能归体而亡。有的在定中能出阴神,因阳气不足,不能化阴,故而能感阴邪外魔,堕入魔道,有的人在中阴,即刻感缘投胎。人在迷定之中不能出定,打坐气血凝固而亡,偶有出定者,也要大病一场。习武乃生阳健体之道,体不健,阳不生,则难入定,偶尔入定,也在迷定,人在迷定,阴气更浓,离道远矣。如此,阳气盛而阴气化,阴气得化则禅悦生,元气长,丹田火炽,万孔生春,周身阳和,如沐春风,遍体美快,无以言喻。故王重阳祖师的训导如下:“凡有动作,不可过努,过劳则损气,不可不动,不动则气血凝滞,须要动静得其中,然后可以守常安分。”吕洞宾祖师也同训言:“昼动机也,万物皆动,而我亦动之,夜静机也,万物皆静,而我亦静之。一动一静,与物消长,此天地自然之气机,生生不息之道也。世人每多俾昼作夜,以夜继日,是违天地自然之气机,大悖乎生人之理,自绝乎化育之能矣。故昼而兴,夜而宁,固而精,养而神,与物无竞,寡欲清心,能知静摄,可冀长生。”</p><p>其他注意事项</p><p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">间,可取四正时(即子、午、卯、酉四个时辰),如做不到,亦可因人因时而定。但欲把功夫练上去,需每到自觉腹内气动时(如汽车开动之状),立即行功静坐。待气不动之后,方可收功下座。如若时练时停,就会前功尽弃。</span></p><p>2、注意事项:</p><p>(1)严禁房事,节制性生活。道家在这方面有严格戒规,不磨去情欲是练不成是上乘功夫的。</p><p>(2)动静适宜。欲健身长寿,应当动静结合,这也是古人的经验。但要注意照科学办事,不能退劳,否则适得其反。</p><p>(3)持之以恒。为此还要和日常生活结合起来。有人说:行住坐卧,不离这个。就是叫我们随时随地都要结合练养之法。</p><p>(4)对元气不守炉的处理办法:虚恭多而无味者,则系元气下泄,需用吸、抵、撮、闭之法运化之。外肾囊湿而下垂者,为元气下泄,亦用此法。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>(5)勤加练习则任督两脉所经病罩皆会缓慢痊愈。</p>","status":0,"pv":2368,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-03-24 00:57:20","updatedAt":"2024-04-22 15:39:20","field":{},"tags":[]}
