站桩的神奇所在!

站桩,是中国传统武术特有的一项基础训练,是一种以静调内的功夫

在养生、健体、特别是在一些慢性病、以及疑难杂症方面(比如颈椎腰椎方面的、神经类的、心脑血管类的疾病,消化系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统等疾病,都有着奇特和显著的疗效,这已经不是什么新鲜事儿了。

真传是桩法第一

内家拳本来面目:

真正的太极拳只有几个基本的拳式,有说只有四式的,有说八式的,也有说十三式的,总之很少。

八卦掌的本来只有基本的八掌,后来演变成一百零八掌,也是好几套。

而形意拳也只有母拳五形式拳,后来又变出十二形,每个形又有好几组动作组成!

功夫是主要练什么

如果非要说一种,吾说,站桩!真正的内家没有三年以上的桩功,根本不往下教,因为教也白教。让弟子站桩,是说明老师要真教。

说这么多什么意思呢,武功的基本功,主要是桩功,没有桩功,所有的都是扯淡。常言道练拳不练功到老一场空。真有功底的不论是气息还是劲力都会训练出来,花拳绣腿之类名声也将远离。

桩功里有什么秘密吗,这是所有练习的人都会有的疑问。有,但不是那么神秘兮兮。其实,也根本不必想的那么神秘,先傻站就行。站桩的最高境界就是如醉如痴。痴是什么,就是傻。(开个玩笑)

桩功的自我感觉的最好境界是天人和一,微微闭上眼睛,也有睁眼的,由于全身各个部位,所有的肌肉群体放松了,思想意念全部放松了,在意识中的感觉是身体与天地合为了一体,整个身体随着整个宇宙放大,似有似无,浑浑噩噩。

一般来说,能达到这个境界,得能经常站一个小时以上的程度才能达到。开始站桩,可能时间很短就站不住了,慢慢增加时间,待能很轻松的站一个小时,这种感觉就会慢慢有了!

初练站桩站多久合适呢?为什么?

站桩效果

这要看个人缘份和造诣。但,师很重要!

站桩形如桩栽地上,故而得名。其桩的也可要求不严格,坐着练也行,躺着练也行,其姿势不限。也可严格要求分毫不差!哪个效果最好?看个人缘份和造诣。但,师很重要!

每一种拳术,都有自己的基本桩功。桩有高有低,有繁有简,有难有易。实际上,任何一种站姿凝固不动,都可叫桩。人在某一瞬间定格了,同照片一样静止了,固定在某一个固定的姿势中,这就是桩。

从姿势来说,大体分两类,一类站的比较高,接近自然站立,一类式子比较低,膝盖弯曲度较大。拳谚云,神宜内敛,气宜鼓荡。又有云,静如处女。还云,意与气合,气与力合。

整个骨头架子站在原地,而在意识里,骨头周围的肉体似是向无边无际的天地散去,与天地混合在一起,分不清哪是天地,哪是我的肉体,或者说,肉体已经化在了天地里

站桩能站出这种感觉,站着就很舒适了,很陶醉,其乐融融。不知天下竟然有如此美妙境界。所谓修身养性,是也。

站桩怎样放松

站桩放松的方法很多,常用的有默想法,守意法,暗示法。眼睛微闭,如闭目养神,可把身体分为由上到下的五条线,用暗示的方法,一节一节放松。

如,头放松,脖子放松,胸放松,依次向下想,直到脚。前面一线完了,再想后脑放松,后背放松,依次向下,也是到脚,再两侧,再中部,中部由百会开始,脑子中部,脖子中部,胸腔。

全身放松后,可以意守丹田,丹田就是肚脐下面的小肚子,想着小肚子和后腰之间的中间。意念就守在那里。守也不要死守,似想非想,似守非守。

站桩精妙

站桩到了一定境界,不仅站可练,坐也可练,卧也可练,不居形式。但练功人有一句话叫做躺不如坐,坐不如站。

什么意思?从微循环角度讲,站着,体内的血液循环、新陈代谢、经络打通、排除病质均比坐和躺着要来得快!如果站姿中正,就会有顺畅的气脉流动。

留意:心静体松,这里的松,不是松散,而是周身处在“似松非松,将展未展”的统一状态中;心静,则指一念代万念,杂念起,随它去,所谓来者不拒,去者不留。

其次,站桩与平日的站不同,站桩是为了气机通畅,上下周流,因此,站桩时须把脊柱拉直,使丹田可以容纳更多的气,因而站桩者得把尾椎下沉,调整后腰处S形的生理弧度,将颈椎拉直,气便能从尾椎往上走到颅顶,即所谓的虚灵顶劲。

特定的站桩姿势决定了上身体态的放松,经过简单的调息,自然就气沉丹田,也自然迫使内脏浊气下沉,体内开始通畅。

胸隔以上的浊气会以打嗝的方式排出,隔以下的浊病会以排气的方式排出,而湿热则会以出汗形式外排,因而,在站桩初期的实践中,常常会有人排大汗、打嗝、排气、大小便增多……表明体内气血循环和新陈代谢加快,站桩取得了好效果。

而随着不断地修炼,血液运行和经络不断得到强化,迫使人体穴位打开,吸收物质来补充人体的需要,即气化运动。

随之足三阴足三阳被激活,渐渐便达到了中医所讲的活血化淤滞的效果.,脏器的疾病就会不断的得到修复和痊愈,养生的玄机便在其中。

站桩实质收获

站桩能使大脑,中枢神经得到充分的休息。因为站桩要求心身放松,大脑放空,精神放松无压力,使身心愉悦;

站桩能养气血。因为站桩要求身体和精神都要放松,我们知道血管、气脉、神经遍布周身,只有肌肉放松了,气血才能更加通畅;

站桩能活筋骨。站桩的人都知道当站到气血旺盛时,全身的筋骨都拔开了,全身大小关节会又酸又疼,甚至有时还听得到关节拔开的声音;

站桩能修复病灶。站桩时很多人可以明显感觉到哪里有病,哪里不舒服的感觉就最明显,等修复好了,另一个部位又不舒服了,直至全身都舒服了,病也就好了。

可见,站桩的实质是养气血,气血充足了,新陈代谢和血流就加快,就可以把体内的垃圾渣滓清理代谢出来,而垃圾,正是造成疾病的祸首根源。久而久之,便应了“气血一通百病不生”的中医论点。

但是,并不是练桩功的人才有气血在运行。不练功的人,一样有气血运行,只不过,站不站桩的区别在于:一个气血强,一个气血弱,一个可以用旺盛的气血来治病,技击,一个只仅仅将气血够用在维持生命的存在;一个可以不断刷新微循环系统,强化新陈代谢功能,一个只能顺应老化过程,逐渐增多陈旧物,更快走向衰老……

故上药三品精气神,善摄生者,上养神志。最好的医生是养生,站桩,正是激发精气神最好的养生手段,一点儿不玄乎。

站桩意义

人人都想要健康,尤其今人,除了健康,还追求形体美。有句话说,胖人多湿,肥人多痰,很多不健康的人首先体态不好看。

站桩之人,很少会发胖。

因为他们自身的调节功能非常好,体内不会积存痰湿,堆积多余脂肪。另外,他们的血液循环和新陈代谢机能好,免疫力也强于常人。岁月证明,练站桩的人普遍比同龄人看起来年轻,体态挺拨,精气神足,生活质量高。

事实也证明,有些原本体弱多病的人,在认真地坚持一段时间的站桩后,身体都能发生向好的变化。

此外,由于站桩是静功,是不动之动,既是休息中的锻炼,又是锻炼中的休息,所以男女老幼,身强体弱……不局限于性别年龄体质与场地,人人可以将这项艺术的锻炼进行起来,有病治病,没病强身,这就是站桩,对于我们现代人的意义。

站桩三要

第一要,莫过于找一个真正懂的师父。因为法无定法,桩法因人而异,因病设式,师父针对不同的学生,定然有不同的指导方法。而几十种的桩式,局部强化时各有各的用途,光靠看图片光盘是不够的,学生需要在现场得到师父的面授和调桩。

第二要,最好根据自己的天赋、身体底子制定出符合自己的练功方案,然后精神上放松、脑袋里放空,循序渐进,去经历强筋健骨,补充能量和发挥良能。

第三要,对站桩过程中可能出现的现象有所准备。因各人体质病情不同,在练习过程中会有不同表现。

比如:有人练习十日左右就能体会益处,感到轻松愉快;有的才练几天就会发生肌肉震颤、麻热胀感觉明显等现象,还有人会出现流泪、腹鸣、蚁行感、酸胀等不适的生理现象,要明白,这都是练功过程中的好转现象,病愈之后,自可消失。

所谓一年变化筋骨,三年肾气充裕,十年洗髓……只要经过岁月的洗礼,我们就能享受到坚持站桩带来的丰厚回报!

article------>{"id":634,"cid":28,"sub_cid":"","title":"站桩的神奇所在!","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"","img":"","content":"<p>站桩,是中国传统武术特有的一项基础训练,是一种以静调内的功夫</p><p>在养生、健体、特别是在一些慢性病、以及疑难杂症方面(比如颈椎腰椎方面的、神经类的、心脑血管类的疾病,消化系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统等疾病,都有着奇特和显著的疗效,这已经不是什么新鲜事儿了。</p><p><b>真传是桩法第一</b></p><p>内家拳本来面目:</p><p>真正的太极拳只有几个基本的拳式,有说只有四式的,有说八式的,也有说十三式的,总之很少。</p><p>八卦掌的本来只有基本的八掌,后来演变成一百零八掌,也是好几套。</p><p>而形意拳也只有母拳五形式拳,后来又变出十二形,每个形又有好几组动作组成!</p><p><b>功夫是主要练什么</b></p><p>如果非要说一种,吾说,站桩!真正的内家没有三年以上的桩功,根本不往下教,因为教也白教。让弟子站桩,是说明老师要真教。</p><p>说这么多什么意思呢,武功的基本功,主要是桩功,没有桩功,所有的都是扯淡。常言道练拳不练功到老一场空。真有功底的不论是气息还是劲力都会训练出来,花拳绣腿之类名声也将远离。</p><p>桩功里有什么秘密吗,这是所有练习的人都会有的疑问。有,但不是那么神秘兮兮。其实,也根本不必想的那么神秘,先傻站就行。站桩的最高境界就是如醉如痴。痴是什么,就是傻。(开个玩笑)</p><p>桩功的自我感觉的最好境界是天人和一,微微闭上眼睛,也有睁眼的,由于全身各个部位,所有的肌肉群体放松了,思想意念全部放松了,在意识中的感觉是身体与天地合为了一体,整个身体随着整个宇宙放大,似有似无,浑浑噩噩。</p><p>一般来说,能达到这个境界,得能经常站一个小时以上的程度才能达到。开始站桩,可能时间很短就站不住了,慢慢增加时间,待能很轻松的站一个小时,这种感觉就会慢慢有了!</p><p><b>初练站桩站多久合适呢?为什么?</b></p><p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">站桩效果</span><br></p><p>这要看个人缘份和造诣。但,师很重要!</p><p>站桩形如桩栽地上,故而得名。其桩的也可要求不严格,坐着练也行,躺着练也行,其姿势不限。也可严格要求分毫不差!哪个效果最好?看个人缘份和造诣。但,师很重要!</p><p>每一种拳术,都有自己的基本桩功。桩有高有低,有繁有简,有难有易。实际上,<b>任何一种站姿凝固不动,都可叫桩</b>。人在某一瞬间定格了,同照片一样静止了,固定在某一个固定的姿势中,这就是桩。</p><p>从姿势来说,大体分两类,一类站的比较高,接近自然站立,一类式子比较低,膝盖弯曲度较大。<b>拳谚云,神宜内敛,气宜鼓荡。又有云,静如处女。</b>还云,意与气合,气与力合。</p><p>整个骨头架子站在原地,而<b>在意识里,骨头周围的肉体似是向无边无际的天地散去,与天地混合在一起,分不清哪是天地,哪是我的肉体,或者说,肉体已经化在了天地里</b>。</p><p>站桩能站出这种感觉,站着就很舒适了,很陶醉,其乐融融。不知天下竟然有如此美妙境界。所谓修身养性,是也。</p><p><b>站桩怎样放松</b></p><p>站桩放松的方法很多,常用的有默想法,守意法,暗示法。眼睛微闭,如闭目养神,可把身体分为由上到下的五条线,用暗示的方法,一节一节放松。</p><p>如,头放松,脖子放松,胸放松,依次向下想,直到脚。前面一线完了,再想后脑放松,后背放松,依次向下,也是到脚,再两侧,再中部,中部由百会开始,脑子中部,脖子中部,胸腔。</p><p>全身放松后,可以意守丹田,丹田就是肚脐下面的小肚子,想着小肚子和后腰之间的中间。意念就守在那里。守也不要死守,似想非想,似守非守。</p><p><b>站桩精妙</b></p><p>站桩到了一定境界,不仅站可练,坐也可练,卧也可练,不居形式。但练功人有一句话叫做躺不如坐,坐不如站。</p><p>什么意思?从微循环角度讲<b>,站着,体内的血液循环、新陈代谢、经络打通、排除病质均比坐和躺着要来得快!如果站姿中正,就会有顺畅的气脉流动。</b></p><p>留意:心静体松,这里的松,不是松散,而是周身处在“似松非松,将展未展”的统一状态中;心静,则指一念代万念,杂念起,随它去,所谓来者不拒,去者不留。</p><p>其次,站桩与平日的站不同,站桩是为了气机通畅,上下周流,因此,站桩时须把脊柱拉直,使丹田可以容纳更多的气,因而站桩者得把尾椎下沉,调整后腰处S形的生理弧度,将颈椎拉直,气便能从尾椎往上走到颅顶,即所谓的虚灵顶劲。</p><p>特定的站桩姿势决定了上身体态的放松,经过简单的调息,自然就气沉丹田,也自然迫使内脏浊气下沉,体内开始通畅。</p><p>胸隔以上的浊气会以打嗝的方式排出,隔以下的浊病会以排气的方式排出,而湿热则会以出汗形式外排,因而,在站桩初期的实践中,常常会有人排大汗、打嗝、排气、大小便增多……表明体内气血循环和新陈代谢加快,站桩取得了好效果。</p><p>而随着不断地修炼,血液运行和经络不断得到强化,迫使人体穴位打开,吸收物质来补充人体的需要,即气化运动。</p><p>随之足三阴足三阳被激活,渐渐便达到了中医所讲的活血化淤滞的效果.,脏器的疾病就会不断的得到修复和痊愈,养生的玄机便在其中。</p><p><b>站桩实质收获</b></p><p>站桩能使大脑,中枢神经得到充分的休息。因为站桩要求心身放松,大脑放空,精神放松无压力,使身心愉悦;</p><p>站桩能养气血。因为站桩要求身体和精神都要放松,我们知道血管、气脉、神经遍布周身,只有肌肉放松了,气血才能更加通畅;</p><p>站桩能活筋骨。站桩的人都知道当站到气血旺盛时,全身的筋骨都拔开了,全身大小关节会又酸又疼,甚至有时还听得到关节拔开的声音;</p><p>站桩能修复病灶。站桩时很多人可以明显感觉到哪里有病,哪里不舒服的感觉就最明显,等修复好了,另一个部位又不舒服了,直至全身都舒服了,病也就好了。</p><p>可见,站桩的实质是养气血,气血充足了,新陈代谢和血流就加快,就可以把体内的垃圾渣滓清理代谢出来,而垃圾,正是造成疾病的祸首根源。久而久之,便应了“气血一通百病不生”的中医论点。</p><p>但是,并不是练桩功的人才有气血在运行。不练功的人,一样有气血运行,只不过,站不站桩的区别在于:一个气血强,一个气血弱,一个可以用旺盛的气血来治病,技击,一个只仅仅将气血够用在维持生命的存在;一个可以不断刷新微循环系统,强化新陈代谢功能,一个只能顺应老化过程,逐渐增多陈旧物,更快走向衰老……</p><p>故上药三品精气神,善摄生者,上养神志。最好的医生是养生,站桩,正是激发精气神最好的养生手段,一点儿不玄乎。</p><p><b>站桩意义</b></p><p>人人都想要健康,尤其今人,除了健康,还追求形体美。有句话说,胖人多湿,肥人多痰,很多不健康的人首先体态不好看。</p><p>站桩之人,很少会发胖。</p><p>因为他们自身的调节功能非常好,体内不会积存痰湿,堆积多余脂肪。另外,他们的血液循环和新陈代谢机能好,免疫力也强于常人。岁月证明,练站桩的人普遍比同龄人看起来年轻,体态挺拨,精气神足,生活质量高。</p><p>事实也证明,有些原本体弱多病的人,在认真地坚持一段时间的站桩后,身体都能发生向好的变化。</p><p>此外,由于站桩是静功,是不动之动,既是休息中的锻炼,又是锻炼中的休息,所以男女老幼,身强体弱……不局限于性别年龄体质与场地,人人可以将这项艺术的锻炼进行起来,有病治病,没病强身,这就是站桩,对于我们现代人的意义。</p><p><b>站桩三要</b></p><p>第一要,莫过于找一个真正懂的师父。因为法无定法,桩法因人而异,因病设式,师父针对不同的学生,定然有不同的指导方法。而几十种的桩式,局部强化时各有各的用途,光靠看图片光盘是不够的,学生需要在现场得到师父的面授和调桩。</p><p>第二要,最好根据自己的天赋、身体底子制定出符合自己的练功方案,然后精神上放松、脑袋里放空,循序渐进,去经历强筋健骨,补充能量和发挥良能。</p><p>第三要,对站桩过程中可能出现的现象有所准备。因各人体质病情不同,在练习过程中会有不同表现。</p><p>比如:有人练习十日左右就能体会益处,感到轻松愉快;有的才练几天就会发生肌肉震颤、麻热胀感觉明显等现象,还有人会出现流泪、腹鸣、蚁行感、酸胀等不适的生理现象,要明白,这都是练功过程中的好转现象,病愈之后,自可消失。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>所谓<b>一年变化筋骨,三年肾气充裕,十年洗髓</b>……只要经过岁月的洗礼,我们就能享受到坚持站桩带来的丰厚回报!</p>","status":0,"pv":1772,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-03-07 14:46:31","updatedAt":"2024-03-27 18:56:16","field":{},"tags":[]}
