补元理肺排浊法坐式(调节免疫力、增强肺功能、除湿排毒气功练习方法)

「导读」培补体内元气,正气,提高抗病能力,增强肺功能,排除体内湿浊毒气,在预防和参与治疗及康复中起到积极的自我防治和保护作用。

培补体内元气,正气,提高抗病能力,增强肺功能,排除体内湿浊毒气,在预防和参与治疗及康复中起到积极的自我防治和保护作用。行动起来,从每个人做起,积极地锻炼和预防。此套功法分为动功和静功两种练习形式,以适应不同年龄和身体状况的人进行选择。同时提倡动静结合,练养相兼。首先介绍动功的练习方法。动功是在内养功第一套动功“快乐拍打法”的基础上进行加减并参考了相关的练习方法而形成的。可分为坐式、站式、行步三种练习形式。练习者可根据自己的身体状况进行选择。简便易行,顺其自然,既要动起来,又不做超出自己能力的练习,使心神愉悦,机体舒适,呼吸顺畅,气血活跃,脏腑调和。

平坐式:平坐在椅子的前半部分,两脚分开与肩同宽,两手掌心向下置于两大腿上,含胸拔背,下颌内收,百会朝天。意守丹田,调整呼吸,深长匀缓。

升降开合:是在原功法六开六合的基础上配合吐字诀。双手在体前交叉,上升时吸气,双手由体两侧下落时呼气,并配合呼吸吐“呼”字诀,以健脾除湿,此动作重复练习6次为六开式。然后接练六合式。即两手掌心向上由身体两侧抬起,配合吸气,升至头顶上方交叉并由体前正中线徐徐下落至腹前。两手下降时呼气,并吐“呼”字诀。连续重复6遍,在整节练习中不必每一个动作都配合呼吸。可用自然呼吸进行调节。

曲脊转肩:双手轻握拳,特别强调大拇指和食指捏在一起(少商商阳相接),激发和活跃肺经与大肠经的经络气血。两臂屈曲,由前向后转动起来,伴随两臂的转动。脊柱要前后曲动起来,向后曲动时应扩胸吸气,向前曲动时应含胸呼气。此动作分两个方向,即向后转肩和向前转肩两种。脊柱曲动时,意念要集中在胸椎的夹脊区,即督脉上的“灵台穴”和“至阳穴”的部位,以调动、激发、活跃督脉之阳气,特别是“至阳穴”的阳气。练习中可串插自然呼吸进行调节。年龄较大、呼吸不便者可采取自然呼吸。

扭脊摇肩:在上式的基础上,两肩臂前后交替扭转摇动起来,脊柱也进行麻花样的扭转运动,幅度最大处是胸椎,以使胸部的膻中区(中丹田)和背部的夹脊区(至阳)活跃起来,改善和提高心肺功能,调动任、督二脉之经气,平衡体内阴阳。

甩手捶肩:在上式的基础上,用双手的大拳眼部位(活跃肺与大肠手部的穴位)叩击胸部肺经的“云门”和“中府”及胃经的“气户穴”。抬手叩击时,吐“呬”字诀,落手时作甩手动作;第二次抬手叩击胆经的“肩井穴”,并吐“呬”字诀;第三次抬手叩击大肠经的“肩髃穴”,并吐“呬”字诀。此节练习所吐字诀以“呬”字诀为主,并采取爆破呼气的方法,把所吐的字快速的喷出去。亦可辨证选择“呼”字诀和“嘘”字诀。每个部位叩击6次。此节练习取18呼。 此节练习结束后,可根据体力的情况养气3~5分钟,即意守腹丹田,调整呼吸,静养丹田之气。也可接练下式。

开合双肩:在上式的基础上,含胸、低头、两小臂尽力向一起合拢,两手小鱼际相合。展开后背,意念集中在夹脊区(灵台、至阳),伴随吸气,两臂向身体两侧打开,同时扩胸、抬头。此时意念可以变换到膻中部位,也可以始终守住夹脊区。伴随着呼气低头、含胸、两臂向胸前合拢,动作要缓慢柔和。

拍胸扣命门:两手轻握拳,两臂前后摆动,前手叩拍胸肩部位的中府、云门、气户等穴,后手叩击命门部位,两手叩击的轻重以自己感觉舒适为标准。叩击胸肩部的手亦可以含掌状进行练习。

拍田叩肾(命门):在上式的基础上,两臂摆动起来,前手叩击腹丹田(气海),后手叩击命门,强化丹田命门,培补元气,调节免疫功能,增强抗病能力。

拍腰摆胯:双手轻握拳,手腕放松,一手叩击腰部的“带脉穴”,一手叩击大腿外侧的“风市穴”。站式练习要将胯摆动起来,坐式练习时脊柱要进行左右摆动,以更好地调动、培补、活跃气机。带脉有统束其他经脉的作用,带脉调和,其他经脉亦可调达顺畅。同时拍打带脉穴和风市穴可调节情志。舒肝利胆,愉悦心情,消除紧张、悲观、恐惧等不良情绪,也可增强战胜疾病的信心和勇气。

提膝拍腿:以膝关节向上领引,将腿提起来,同时双手扣击脾经的阴陵泉和胆经的阳陵泉。舒肝利胆,以助心阳,健脾除湿,而利肺金。连续练习18次。

扣击足三里:双手轻握拳,用小鱼际部位扣击两腿的足三里穴36次。坐式练习时俯身以两手扣击即可。若站式练习,则需取半蹲位,两膝并拢,双腿伴随扣击足三里的节律而弹动起来。以更好调动和激发气血的活跃与运行。起到燥化脾湿,生发胃气,健胃和脾,驱寒除湿的作用。调节免疫力和增强抗病能力。要求两腿的弹动和双手的叩击一定要协调,练习时头勿低的太过,脊背要放松。

十二经拍打:先从腰部命门处开始,双手掌拍打腰部并沿两腿的外侧向下拍打至双脚,再沿两腿的内侧向上拍打经腹至胸;再以右手掌沿左臂内侧向下拍打至手掌,再沿左臂的外侧向上拍打至肩背。换左手由右胸拍打沿右臂的内侧向下到手,再由右臂的外侧拍打向上至肩背部。如此循环往复练习三遍。使十二经的气血活跃调动起来。

甩手吐字诀:甩手有很好的活跃手三阴经、手三阳经经络气血的作用。同时通过甩手也可以起到排毒泻浊的作用,使手臂的经络畅通,病浊之气甩散出去,加之吐字诀,作用则会更强。但吐字诀需辨证选择,一字或多字结合练习。目前针对性选择“呬”字诀为主。

甩手练习的具体方法:两臂抬起不可过高,以肩高或略高于肩为标准,下甩时,肩、肘、腕要放松并借助手臂的自重力甩动。手臂连续甩动三至四次时即将双脚足跟提起,伴随手臂下落亦落下足跟。加强肾与膀胱经的气血活跃与运行。吐字诀要在甩手和足跟落下时吐相应的字诀,也要采取短促有力的爆破音,不必每一次都吐字诀,几次甩手吐一次字诀。对于体质虚弱者也可以只练习甩手和颠足跟。进行整套功法练习时此节可以掌握在3~5分钟,如果单独练习此节,则可时间长些。

收气归元:连续做3个收式动作(与第一节中的合式相同),再接做顺时针揉丹田6次,沿带脉向后疏导至两肾区部位,双手搓腰9次,双手沿带脉返回丹田,叠掌于丹田做3个深呼,收气归元。最后双手高举做“哈哈”大笑。即两手高举于头顶上,掌心向上。用丹田气以大笑的形式发“哈”字诀两声,使脏腑产生共振和共鸣。两臂缓缓落下,收回左脚还原站立。

以上十二节练习方法可以整套练习,也可以选择练习,根据自身的症状和体力进行选择。也可以在空气清新、光线适宜、相对安静的地点进行户外行步练习。

在户外行步练习时,扣击足三里的练习内容可以结合到第9节“提膝拍腿”中进行,在两手拍打穴位时增加足三里的拍打。在进行第11节“十二经拍打”练习中,可以由命门分别沿带脉拍打到腹部,再由腹部向上拍打到胸,然后沿左手臂内侧向下,外侧向上拍打练习,与定步站立练习的方法相同。在进行第12节“甩手吐字诀”行步练习时,要甩手3~4次配合吐一次字诀即可。

由于时间紧张和条件有限,视频拍的有些仓促,希望大家参考文字先练习起来。我们将逐步完善改进,以使大家能更好地学习和练习。

刘亚非,中医主任医师,曾任河北省医疗气功医院业务副院长、中国医学气功学会副会长、河北省健身气功学会副主席、国家中医药管理局重点学科“中医气功学”学科带头人,现任河北省医疗气功医院名誉院长、特聘专家。自幼随父亲刘贵珍老先生习练内养功,为内养功第七代传人,长期从事中医气功的临床、教学、科研和对外交流等工作,对内养功防治颈椎病、糖尿病、胸痹、不寐症等病症进行了临床疗效观察与研究,取得了可喜的成果。

article------>{"id":529,"cid":4,"sub_cid":"","title":"补元理肺排浊法坐式(调节免疫力、增强肺功能、除湿排毒气功练习方法)","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"培补体内元气,正气,提高抗病能力,增强肺功能,排除体内湿浊毒气,在预防和参与治疗及康复中起到积极的自我防治和保护作用。","img":"","content":"<p>培补体内元气,正气,提高抗病能力,增强肺功能,排除体内湿浊毒气,在预防和参与治疗及康复中起到积极的自我防治和保护作用。行动起来,从每个人做起,积极地锻炼和预防。此套功法分为动功和静功两种练习形式,以适应不同年龄和身体状况的人进行选择。同时提倡动静结合,练养相兼。首先介绍动功的练习方法。动功是在内养功第一套动功“快乐拍打法”的基础上进行加减并参考了相关的练习方法而形成的。可分为坐式、站式、行步三种练习形式。练习者可根据自己的身体状况进行选择。简便易行,顺其自然,既要动起来,又不做超出自己能力的练习,使心神愉悦,机体舒适,呼吸顺畅,气血活跃,脏腑调和。</p><p>平坐式:平坐在椅子的前半部分,两脚分开与肩同宽,两手掌心向下置于两大腿上,含胸拔背,下颌内收,百会朝天。意守丹田,调整呼吸,深长匀缓。</p><p>1</p><p>升降开合:是在原功法六开六合的基础上配合吐字诀。双手在体前交叉,上升时吸气,双手由体两侧下落时呼气,并配合呼吸吐“呼”字诀,以健脾除湿,此动作重复练习6次为六开式。然后接练六合式。即两手掌心向上由身体两侧抬起,配合吸气,升至头顶上方交叉并由体前正中线徐徐下落至腹前。两手下降时呼气,并吐“呼”字诀。连续重复6遍,在整节练习中不必每一个动作都配合呼吸。可用自然呼吸进行调节。</p><p>2</p><p>曲脊转肩:双手轻握拳,特别强调大拇指和食指捏在一起(少商商阳相接),激发和活跃肺经与大肠经的经络气血。两臂屈曲,由前向后转动起来,伴随两臂的转动。脊柱要前后曲动起来,向后曲动时应扩胸吸气,向前曲动时应含胸呼气。此动作分两个方向,即向后转肩和向前转肩两种。脊柱曲动时,意念要集中在胸椎的夹脊区,即督脉上的“灵台穴”和“至阳穴”的部位,以调动、激发、活跃督脉之阳气,特别是“至阳穴”的阳气。练习中可串插自然呼吸进行调节。年龄较大、呼吸不便者可采取自然呼吸。</p><p>3</p><p>扭脊摇肩:在上式的基础上,两肩臂前后交替扭转摇动起来,脊柱也进行麻花样的扭转运动,幅度最大处是胸椎,以使胸部的膻中区(中丹田)和背部的夹脊区(至阳)活跃起来,改善和提高心肺功能,调动任、督二脉之经气,平衡体内阴阳。</p><p>4</p><p>甩手捶肩:在上式的基础上,用双手的大拳眼部位(活跃肺与大肠手部的穴位)叩击胸部肺经的“云门”和“中府”及胃经的“气户穴”。抬手叩击时,吐“呬”字诀,落手时作甩手动作;第二次抬手叩击胆经的“肩井穴”,并吐“呬”字诀;第三次抬手叩击大肠经的“肩髃穴”,并吐“呬”字诀。此节练习所吐字诀以“呬”字诀为主,并采取爆破呼气的方法,把所吐的字快速的喷出去。亦可辨证选择“呼”字诀和“嘘”字诀。每个部位叩击6次。此节练习取18呼。 \n此节练习结束后,可根据体力的情况养气3~5分钟,即意守腹丹田,调整呼吸,静养丹田之气。也可接练下式。</p><p>5</p><p>开合双肩:在上式的基础上,含胸、低头、两小臂尽力向一起合拢,两手小鱼际相合。展开后背,意念集中在夹脊区(灵台、至阳),伴随吸气,两臂向身体两侧打开,同时扩胸、抬头。此时意念可以变换到膻中部位,也可以始终守住夹脊区。伴随着呼气低头、含胸、两臂向胸前合拢,动作要缓慢柔和。</p><p>6</p><p>拍胸扣命门:两手轻握拳,两臂前后摆动,前手叩拍胸肩部位的中府、云门、气户等穴,后手叩击命门部位,两手叩击的轻重以自己感觉舒适为标准。叩击胸肩部的手亦可以含掌状进行练习。</p><p>7</p><p>拍田叩肾(命门):在上式的基础上,两臂摆动起来,前手叩击腹丹田(气海),后手叩击命门,强化丹田命门,培补元气,调节免疫功能,增强抗病能力。</p><p>8</p><p>拍腰摆胯:双手轻握拳,手腕放松,一手叩击腰部的“带脉穴”,一手叩击大腿外侧的“风市穴”。站式练习要将胯摆动起来,坐式练习时脊柱要进行左右摆动,以更好地调动、培补、活跃气机。带脉有统束其他经脉的作用,带脉调和,其他经脉亦可调达顺畅。同时拍打带脉穴和风市穴可调节情志。舒肝利胆,愉悦心情,消除紧张、悲观、恐惧等不良情绪,也可增强战胜疾病的信心和勇气。</p><p>9</p><p>提膝拍腿:以膝关节向上领引,将腿提起来,同时双手扣击脾经的阴陵泉和胆经的阳陵泉。舒肝利胆,以助心阳,健脾除湿,而利肺金。连续练习18次。</p><p>10</p><p>扣击足三里:双手轻握拳,用小鱼际部位扣击两腿的足三里穴36次。坐式练习时俯身以两手扣击即可。若站式练习,则需取半蹲位,两膝并拢,双腿伴随扣击足三里的节律而弹动起来。以更好调动和激发气血的活跃与运行。起到燥化脾湿,生发胃气,健胃和脾,驱寒除湿的作用。调节免疫力和增强抗病能力。要求两腿的弹动和双手的叩击一定要协调,练习时头勿低的太过,脊背要放松。</p><p>11</p><p>十二经拍打:先从腰部命门处开始,双手掌拍打腰部并沿两腿的外侧向下拍打至双脚,再沿两腿的内侧向上拍打经腹至胸;再以右手掌沿左臂内侧向下拍打至手掌,再沿左臂的外侧向上拍打至肩背。换左手由右胸拍打沿右臂的内侧向下到手,再由右臂的外侧拍打向上至肩背部。如此循环往复练习三遍。使十二经的气血活跃调动起来。</p><p>12</p><p>甩手吐字诀:甩手有很好的活跃手三阴经、手三阳经经络气血的作用。同时通过甩手也可以起到排毒泻浊的作用,使手臂的经络畅通,病浊之气甩散出去,加之吐字诀,作用则会更强。但吐字诀需辨证选择,一字或多字结合练习。目前针对性选择“呬”字诀为主。</p><p>甩手练习的具体方法:两臂抬起不可过高,以肩高或略高于肩为标准,下甩时,肩、肘、腕要放松并借助手臂的自重力甩动。手臂连续甩动三至四次时即将双脚足跟提起,伴随手臂下落亦落下足跟。加强肾与膀胱经的气血活跃与运行。吐字诀要在甩手和足跟落下时吐相应的字诀,也要采取短促有力的爆破音,不必每一次都吐字诀,几次甩手吐一次字诀。对于体质虚弱者也可以只练习甩手和颠足跟。进行整套功法练习时此节可以掌握在3~5分钟,如果单独练习此节,则可时间长些。</p><p>收气归元:连续做3个收式动作(与第一节中的合式相同),再接做顺时针揉丹田6次,沿带脉向后疏导至两肾区部位,双手搓腰9次,双手沿带脉返回丹田,叠掌于丹田做3个深呼,收气归元。最后双手高举做“哈哈”大笑。即两手高举于头顶上,掌心向上。用丹田气以大笑的形式发“哈”字诀两声,使脏腑产生共振和共鸣。两臂缓缓落下,收回左脚还原站立。</p><p>以上十二节练习方法可以整套练习,也可以选择练习,根据自身的症状和体力进行选择。也可以在空气清新、光线适宜、相对安静的地点进行户外行步练习。</p><p>在户外行步练习时,扣击足三里的练习内容可以结合到第9节“提膝拍腿”中进行,在两手拍打穴位时增加足三里的拍打。在进行第11节“十二经拍打”练习中,可以由命门分别沿带脉拍打到腹部,再由腹部向上拍打到胸,然后沿左手臂内侧向下,外侧向上拍打练习,与定步站立练习的方法相同。在进行第12节“甩手吐字诀”行步练习时,要甩手3~4次配合吐一次字诀即可。</p><p>由于时间紧张和条件有限,视频拍的有些仓促,希望大家参考文字先练习起来。我们将逐步完善改进,以使大家能更好地学习和练习。</p><p>希望我们每一个人都成为战胜疫情的勇士!</p><p>专家介绍</p><p>\n</p><p align=\"center\"><img alt=\"\" src=\"http://static.hongkongdaily.net/hongkongdaily/upload/2020-02-02/9decc0d8ffd6c244f3fb0f9a0b28e31a.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"351\"></p><p></p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>刘亚非,中医主任医师,曾任河北省医疗气功医院业务副院长、中国医学气功学会副会长、河北省健身气功学会副主席、国家中医药管理局重点学科“中医气功学”学科带头人,现任河北省医疗气功医院名誉院长、特聘专家。自幼随父亲刘贵珍老先生习练内养功,为内养功第七代传人,长期从事中医气功的临床、教学、科研和对外交流等工作,对内养功防治颈椎病、糖尿病、胸痹、不寐症等病症进行了临床疗效观察与研究,取得了可喜的成果。</p>","status":0,"pv":2315,"link":"1","createdAt":"2020-02-02 04:32:37","updatedAt":"2024-04-23 23:37:14","field":{},"tags":[]}
