「导读」人生活在大自然中,吃的是五谷杂粮,生病在所难免。但没有一个人不渴望自己健康长寿。那么,人到底为什么会生病? 中医认为致病的因素主要有三方面:外感、内伤、病理产物。这3大因素是如何影响人类健康的?

中医认为致病的因素主要有三方面:外感、内伤、病理产物。这3大因素是如何影响人类健康的?

一、外感

自然界有风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六种自然现象,即六气。

当身体正气不足,六气入侵身体成为致病因素,此时六气被称为“六邪”,是外感的主要病邪。

六邪会引起哪些疾病?

1、风

有人一到春暖花开,就开始皮肤瘙痒、发风团或开始头疼病复发。这是因为风邪的杰作。

因为,风为阳邪,易犯身体上部如头部致头痛;

风主善变,随血液流窜于全身皮肤致荨麻疹等皮肤瘙痒问题。

也有一部分人一到春天,血压开始不由自主地节节高升,甚至引起脑中风等。这也和风邪有关。

风主肝,易生于春,风邪上逆肝阳,引起肝阳上亢型高血压、脑血管意外等。

我们如何预防风邪?

风邪最容易通过颈部大椎穴入侵,还可引发感冒咳嗽、颈肩僵硬不适等病症。因此,春季不要过早露脖子,女士可以围个丝巾,保护好大椎穴。

同时,可以做大椎穴按摩,用双手搓热放大椎穴上按摩,也可在大椎穴艾灸或拔罐,散寒祛风,可提高整体抗病能力。

2、寒

现在,体寒的人特别多,女性尤其多。女人痛经、怕冷、四肢不温都和寒有关。



寒主凝滞,易使经络淤堵,不通则痛,会引起各种关节疼痛、痛经等。

寒主肾,寒邪易犯肾阳,出现怕冷、四肢不温、腰腿疼痛、尿频等。

寒从足底生。因此,防寒从做好足部保暖开始

现在流行的露脚踝的裤子和鞋子,是寒邪的帮凶,秋冬季不要穿这类服装。

睡前热水泡脚可防寒祛寒,泡脚时水位最好没过脚踝。

另外,用双手搓热按摩腰眼,有助提升肾阳,提高抗寒能力。


3、暑、热

暑为阳邪,阳性升发,故暑邪侵犯人体,多直入气分,可致腠理开泄而多汗。

汗出过多,则耗伤津液,津液亏损,即可出现口渴喜饮,尿赤短少等症。

气随汗脱,易致气虚,引起气短乏力、头晕、疲软等。

暑主心,易生于夏,暑热之邪,扰动心神,则心烦意乱、心悸、心慌、胸闷等。

夏季要做好防暑工作,保持心静自然凉,也可适当吃一些防暑食物如绿豆汤、西瓜等。

中午11点至下午1点心经当令,小睡半小时或闭目养神片刻都有利于养心防暑。

另外,夏天避免流汗太多,心在液为汗,汗液流失太多伤心脏,增强心脏病风险。


4、湿

很多人一到夏天就胃口不好,头重、腿沉等,这些都和湿有关。这是湿阻脾,脾运化不利所致。

另外,有些女性,总是被反复发作的阴道炎、盆腔炎、盆腔积液等妇科病困扰,吃药输液受尽折磨,最终还是没治愈。

妇科病很多也和湿有关。包括长息肉的人越来越多,为什么会长息肉?这和木头长期放潮湿的地方容易长蘑菇一样的道理。

湿为万病之源,很多疾病和湿有关,健脾祛湿后这些问题不治而愈。

防治湿邪最重要的是健脾胃。

健脾胃要忌冷饮、忌饮食过饱或过饥、减少思虑。

另外,常捏小腿,捏完小腿按承山穴,对运化水湿,固化脾土、健脾胃有显著疗效。

5、燥


一到秋天,容易口干舌燥,皮肤也开始变得干燥。

这是由于秋季气侯干燥,秋季主肺,肺主皮毛。皮肤滋润不干燥是因为有肺把津液发散于皮肤。

燥邪伤肺使皮肤得不到津液滋润变得干燥,还会出现咽干、咳嗽等肺阴不足的症状。


防燥养肺可多吃白色食物,如:梨、银耳、山药、莲子、百合、藕、燕窝等。

早晚一杯蜂蜜水,可滋阴养肺防秋燥。

肺恶寒,秋季气温开始下降,女士要减少穿短裙,做好下半身保暖工作,把凉鞋换成单鞋。


二、内伤

内伤主要表现为过劳:

比如:七情过度、饮食不节、劳逸失度都会引起疾病。

1、七情过度

七情六欲是人的正常情绪反应,只有过度时才会给身体造成健康隐患。


比如:努伤肝,经常生气的人气机紊乱,容易患乳腺增生、胃肠道功能紊乱等病症。突然大怒甚至可引发脑血管意外等严重后果。

喜让人心情舒畅有利健康,但过喜伤心。如:范进屡考不中,年近半百之后突然考中,暴喜之际,突然昏倒,继则到处乱跑,狂呼乱叫, 这是七情太过引起精神错乱。

2、饮食不节

太饱、太饿伤身体,这个大家都知道,只是贪嘴做不到自律,容易伤到脾胃。

3、劳逸过度

过于劳动和过于安逸都不利于健康。

中医中的五劳是内伤之一。久视伤血、久卧伤气、久坐伤肉、久立伤骨、久行伤筋。

预防疾病最主要的是保持平衡,所有过度和不及都损健康。

三、病理产物

1、痰饮

痰饮指体内水液不得输化,停留或渗注于体内某一部位而发生的病症。

简单地讲,就是人体代谢过程中,该排出的没排出留在体内成了致病因素。


痰饮影响肺,出现胸闷、咳嗽、气喘等;

痰饮影响心,出现胸闷、心悸等;

痰影响脾胃,则出现腹胀,恶心呕吐等。

痰浊上犯于头,则眩晕、头重等。

痰在经络筋骨,可致肢体麻木,或半身不遂等。

2、瘀血

气血瘀堵于体内成瘀血。

2种原因容易出现瘀血。

一种是气虚无法推动血液流动所致;另一种是经络不通,气血瘀堵于经络中成瘀血。

比如:子宫肌瘤、心梗、脑梗等都属于瘀血。


引起疾病的这3大因素侵犯身体时,会有2个结局。

一个是引发疾病而且越来越严重;一个是被身体自愈力驱逐出境。

决定结局的主要是身体的2个方面,即正气和经络。

正气充足则邪不可干,疾病无容身之地。

经络通畅时,气血运行正常,体内病理产物在气的汽化和推动下被排出体外。

因此,饮食、起居、运动、情志等保持一个适量,避免正气消耗过度。

保持经络通畅,气血才能顺利通行,五脏六腑的气血供应才有保障。

身体末端是经络、气血最容易阻滞的地方,经常按摩头部、手、足这3个身体末梢,可疏通经络,促进气血运行,保障身体健康。

做到正气足、经络通畅,疾病自然会离你远远的。

data-fail=\"0\"></img0.6161616161616161\"></p><p>因为,风为阳邪,易犯身体上部如头部致头痛;</p><p>风主善变,随血液流窜于全身皮肤致荨麻疹等皮肤瘙痒问题。</p><p>也有一部分人一到春天,血压开始不由自主地节节高升,甚至引起脑中风等。这也和风邪有关。</p><p>风主肝,易生于春,风邪上逆肝阳,引起肝阳上亢型高血压、脑血管意外等。</p><p><strong>我们如何预防风邪?</strong></p><p>风邪最容易通过颈部大椎穴入侵,还可引发感冒咳嗽、颈肩僵硬不适等病症。因此,春季不要过早露脖子,女士可以围个丝巾,保护好大椎穴。</p><p>同时,可以做大椎穴按摩,用双手搓热放大椎穴上按摩,也可在大椎穴艾灸或拔罐,散寒祛风,可提高整体抗病能力。</p><p><strong>2、寒</strong></p><p>现在,体寒的人特别多,女性尤其多。女人痛经、怕冷、四肢不温都和寒有关。</p><p></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>寒主凝滞,易使经络淤堵,不通则痛,会引起各种关节疼痛、痛经等。<br></p><p>寒主肾,寒邪易犯肾阳,出现怕冷、四肢不温、腰腿疼痛、尿频等。</p><p>寒从足底生。因此,<strong>防寒从做好足部保暖开始</strong>。</p><p>现在流行的露脚踝的裤子和鞋子,是寒邪的帮凶,秋冬季不要穿这类服装。</p><p>睡前热水泡脚可防寒祛寒,泡脚时水位最好没过脚踝。</p><p>另外,用双手搓热按摩腰眼,有助提升肾阳,提高抗寒能力。</p><p><br></p><p><strong>3、暑、热</strong></p><p>暑为阳邪,阳性升发,故暑邪侵犯人体,多直入气分,可致腠理开泄而多汗。</p><p>汗出过多,则耗伤津液,津液亏损,即可出现口渴喜饮,尿赤短少等症。</p><p><img0.5555555555555556\" 这是七情太过引起精神错乱。</p><p><strong>2、饮食不节</strong></p><p>太饱、太饿伤身体,这个大家都知道,只是贪嘴做不到自律,容易伤到脾胃。</p><p><strong>3、劳逸过度</strong></p><p>过于劳动和过于安逸都不利于健康。</p><p>中医中的五劳是内伤之一。久视伤血、久卧伤气、久坐伤肉、久立伤骨、久行伤筋。</p><p>预防疾病最主要的是保持平衡,所有过度和不及都损健康。</p><p><strong>三、病理产物</strong></p><p><strong>1、痰饮</strong></p><p>痰饮指体内水液不得输化,停留或渗注于体内某一部位而发生的病症。</p><p>简单地讲,就是人体代谢过程中,该排出的没排出留在体内成了致病因素。</p><p><img0.5963455149501661\"
