第七章 疗效反应-《气功疗法和保健》

7.1疗效反应

(1)挨练习第一阶段“长出气”的二、三日后,感到脑子特别开朗,精神也比练功前舒畅,这就是养气无害、和气致祥的妙处。

(2)再练第二、三阶段“潜呼吸及调息”或“息调”二、三月后,首先感到每次练功过程中,口中分泌津液,随呼气而眼下丹田,这不仅加强胃肠的消化力,且津液到丹田,有壮阳补元气的功力。有些人练功一段时间之后,饮水多,出汗多,毛发和指甲生长都快。还有因病脱发的,练功相当时期后,重生新发,甚至有人头发白了,又逐渐变黑。

(3)练习二、三、四阶段后,感觉饥饿,食量增多。由于横膈膜升缩强度增大,腹肌起伏活动有力,促使毛细血管吸收养分增多,新陈代谢旺盛,因此身体逐渐强壮,体重增加。尤其在面部、手背、耳翼浅层,呈现红润有光,脉搏跳动有力,并有节律。

(4)由于锻炼加强,以意领气运行循环一大小周天,使神经振奋,故有人有感到局部震动,或发生颤跳现象,这是神经传导的感觉作用,切勿惊奇。又有人全身或各部发痒,甚至感到肩重臂沉,也不要怕,这是练功中应有的效验现象,必须继续练习下去。

(5)在练功时,最显著的效果是肚子咕噜作响,这叫“腹鸣”。有时一两口噫气冲喉而出,或从胃肠收缩强烈的压挤,浊气由肛门放出,这是肠胃蠕动,迫使腹中气体活动的现象。甚至呼吸运气下沉上引时,就感到有“点尿欲滴”或“眼泪盈眶”的现象,这是气息通达肌肉和神经末梢振奋的表现。

(6)练气运行大小周天时,有人感觉手足发热,全身温暖,甚至觉察有一股热气盘旋全身,也有人只感到在裤带周围(即带脉处,八脉之一)发热的。

7.2其他反应

(1)初学气功二、三日后,有人感到久站头晕,胁下腰部及两腿疼痛,这是久不作身体活动的原因,不必害怕,过些日子就好了。如果疼痛现象延续数周不止,则须求医诊治。

(2)练功时有人发生心跳,脉搏比平常快,两腿麻木,也不要怕。如果心跳时间短暂,脉搏也不是太快,两腿麻木不经常,这是偶尔的反应。如果心跳连续,脉搏急数,这是练功姿式不正确,呼吸一松一紧太用力,练功时间太长,过度疲劳所致,则必须随时检查纠正,如症状严重应找医生诊治。两腿麻木时,可立即作辅助活动几分钟,或用手搓揉两条大腿,等麻木停止后,再继续练功。

(3)有人呼吸不匀,气息不顺,感到心烦意燥,饮食不佳等现象,这都是呼吸长短不得法,或由于思想有顾虑,精神不愉快所造成。这时,应暂停练功,宜静坐或散步一些时候,再用吹息(用力吹气),或细长出气来调整,即能消除反常现象。

(4)有人练功时皮肤发痒,好似虫咬;心热如火炙;手足发冷如水浇;两肩酸软似负重;四肢紧缩如针扎;头部胀满似昏迷;甚至肺滞胸涩;有时呼吸浮泛不实;或者心中时生种种幻觉、恶念、时喜时忧、时惊时恐等,对于这些情况应及时集中思想,排除杂念,因为这是气功锻炼中常有的反应,只要继续锻炼下去,过一个时期,就可以消除,切不可因噎废食而停止练习。

(5)有人练功后因饥饿多食,发生胃酸多的症状。这往往是由于吃得过饱而立即练功所致,应当改为在饭后间隔较长时间在进行练功。至于肚痛、腹泻的症状,并非气功所发生的副作用,或因饮食不良和其他因素所致。轻者可以进行自然腹式呼吸来调剂,重者应就医吃药。

(6)感冒时练功,可在室内采取坐式进行为宜。轻者易愈,重者需加练一些外功或吃药。妇女月经来临,不必停止锻炼;如月经过多,须停止几日,等经期过后,再开始练功,练一、二个月后,即恢复正常。

(7)有人看见气功书上载有“任督二脉相通”、“通前后三关”、“五通,一身通”,或“热气团”环行全身,遂生幻想以致勉强求成求通,结果造成胸腔肋骨及背脊腰部胀疼。必须注意顺乎自然,切勿盲目追求。若热气真来,亦不应抑制,必须顺势导引,周行往返,则不生偏差和弊端。

(8)有人在练功十余日后,发生遗精问题,如果是梦遗,或不是自觉地遗精,这是精满自流,练功后性欲亢进的好现象。如系自觉的梦遗,也不要怕。多练潜呼吸,长呼吸,多提肛,并以两手上下在尾椎骨两旁摩擦(详见112节上身按摩),可止遗精。

上述不良反应,可因人而异。不同的体质、年龄、职业、性情、病况可能产生不同的反应;有些人也可能没有不良反应。故必须防止饮食不慎、睡眠不足、环境刺激、调养不法、呼吸不当、练功过多、等不良情况,以免发生不正常的反应。

7.3 应注意的要点

(1)练功时必须排除杂念,不紧张,不冒进,不故意腹鸣,不勉强追求通关节求热气。要按气功锻炼原则和呼吸方式进行,正确掌握时间,循序渐进,自然功到病除。切勿别出心裁,采用违背原则的方式,一意孤行。无人指导,则容易发生头晕、失眠、全身疲乏等症状。

(2)练功前,须先作一些外功活动,以和筋骨,然后再进行站桩作呼吸,这样运气才能柔顺,不致感到过度刺激而发生反常现象。

(3)练气功前,不宜吃得过饱,亦不宜太饿,最好多饮水。因为水分有助于肠胃蠕动与血液循环,并补充呼吸时机体的需要。

(4)作气功时,最适宜在花草树木繁茂和空气新鲜的地方进行,不宜在空气不干凈的雾天,或风沙尘埃中练功。如遇雷电交加,暴雨倾盆时,也不宜练。如晚间在家练功,必须选择适当的环境端坐练气,口不应张开,气息必须极为柔和细致,以免心胸气闷。

呼吸时,不要突然加深加长,必须慢慢地引短令长。也不要骤然把呼吸次数缩短到每分钟2、3次,必须循序渐进。练习六个阶段的呼吸法及练六妙法门(数息、随、止、观、还、凈六息,详见4、6),如其中有一段或一门,在练习时,特别感到身安息调气顺,心静明朗,并始终巩固,则专采那一段或那一门,这样必有独到好处。如果发生障碍,引起不舒适,则可另换一段或一门,不必死守拘泥一法一门,必须灵活掌握。

(6)“意守丹田”是气功锻炼中重要的功夫,当然不守精神不易集中。但守不得法,或过度乏力,则易于昏沉入睡,甚至感到心窝呼吸不畅。再者,运“气”循环一周天,不要把气息从大脑直冲额前至鼻端,迫使任督二脉相通,因为脑门前额是毛细血管分布不多的“桥梁”,气息难于通过。如强行气欲冲,就可能发生面部浮肿。所以必须引气从耳前侧两颊而入舌尖,而舌添上颚,接上任督二脉,气息以后舌尖温和相通,安然而过,万无一失。

(7)如有气喘和非活动性肺结核及心脏衰弱的患者,必须选择空气新鲜地方练功,且应先作“长出气”以养气顺息为要。次一步采用自然腹式呼吸,而后用潜呼吸或调息以巩固疗效。作时,姿式宜采站桩,不宜卧式,呼吸不要起始拉长,这将无益反有害,必须遵循自己的气息力量,顺势利导,逐渐加长。此外,有消化不良溃疡症患者,又不宜于站、坐方式,最好采用卧床方式作腹式呼吸,加强消化器官机能的平衡。有神经衰弱及高血压的病人,最好用站法,练了“长出气”一阶段后,即改换“潜呼吸”及“调息”方法来进行,促使血液循环畅通,以获得疗效。但切记不可太用力呼吸,否则易造成气血逆行,血压不降低而反上升的危险。所以在摆外形姿式时,最好采三圆和三合式,初练决不宜采伏虎式。同时作辅助活动时最好多先作平血、健腰、揉棍等运动,起始不宜作摇摆,蹲坐、搬石及颤抖等活动,等病体恢复正常后再进行其各项运动。

(8)练习气功的人,必须注意要与下列五事相结合,即调食(饮食有节制)、调服(锻炼早睡早起)、调身(调整身体不正确的姿式)、调息(调整气息悠缓细匀)及调心(心定神注不分散)。这样的五事互相配合,进行不断地修炼,则物质上和精神上均有充分的准备。那末,疗效和保健自然有把握了。

(9)练习气功的人,要随时检查自己的每次锻炼的感觉。如果头部作痛,就立刻减少运“气”的流量和力量;精神紧张不安,就暂时停止练功,进行一些肢体活动,待身心放松舒坦后,可继续练功。

(10)注意互相检查,随时纠正。参加公园或疗养院里集体锻炼,比自己个人独自练习好得多,因大家聚在一起练功,有利于互相学习,随时纠正一些偏差或不足之处,见效较快。

article------>{"id":450,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"第七章 疗效反应-《气功疗法和保健》","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"","img":"","content":"<p>7.1疗效反应</p><p>(1)挨练习第一阶段“长出气”的二、三日后,感到脑子特别开朗,精神也比练功前舒畅,这就是养气无害、和气致祥的妙处。</p><p>(2)再练第二、三阶段“潜呼吸及调息”或“息调”二、三月后,首先感到每次练功过程中,口中分泌津液,随呼气而眼下丹田,这不仅加强胃肠的消化力,且津液到丹田,有壮阳补元气的功力。有些人练功一段时间之后,饮水多,出汗多,毛发和指甲生长都快。还有因病脱发的,练功相当时期后,重生新发,甚至有人头发白了,又逐渐变黑。</p><p>(3)练习二、三、四阶段后,感觉饥饿,食量增多。由于横膈膜升缩强度增大,腹肌起伏活动有力,促使毛细血管吸收养分增多,新陈代谢旺盛,因此身体逐渐强壮,体重增加。尤其在面部、手背、耳翼浅层,呈现红润有光,脉搏跳动有力,并有节律。</p><p>(4)由于锻炼加强,以意领气运行循环一大小周天,使神经振奋,故有人有感到局部震动,或发生颤跳现象,这是神经传导的感觉作用,切勿惊奇。又有人全身或各部发痒,甚至感到肩重臂沉,也不要怕,这是练功中应有的效验现象,必须继续练习下去。</p><p>(5)在练功时,最显著的效果是肚子咕噜作响,这叫“腹鸣”。有时一两口噫气冲喉而出,或从胃肠收缩强烈的压挤,浊气由肛门放出,这是肠胃蠕动,迫使腹中气体活动的现象。甚至呼吸运气下沉上引时,就感到有“点尿欲滴”或“眼泪盈眶”的现象,这是气息通达肌肉和神经末梢振奋的表现。</p><p>(6)练气运行大小周天时,有人感觉手足发热,全身温暖,甚至觉察有一股热气盘旋全身,也有人只感到在裤带周围(即带脉处,八脉之一)发热的。</p><p>7.2其他反应</p><p>(1)初学气功二、三日后,有人感到久站头晕,胁下腰部及两腿疼痛,这是久不作身体活动的原因,不必害怕,过些日子就好了。如果疼痛现象延续数周不止,则须求医诊治。</p><p>(2)练功时有人发生心跳,脉搏比平常快,两腿麻木,也不要怕。如果心跳时间短暂,脉搏也不是太快,两腿麻木不经常,这是偶尔的反应。如果心跳连续,脉搏急数,这是练功姿式不正确,呼吸一松一紧太用力,练功时间太长,过度疲劳所致,则必须随时检查纠正,如症状严重应找医生诊治。两腿麻木时,可立即作辅助活动几分钟,或用手搓揉两条大腿,等麻木停止后,再继续练功。</p><p>(3)有人呼吸不匀,气息不顺,感到心烦意燥,饮食不佳等现象,这都是呼吸长短不得法,或由于思想有顾虑,精神不愉快所造成。这时,应暂停练功,宜静坐或散步一些时候,再用吹息(用力吹气),或细长出气来调整,即能消除反常现象。</p><p>(4)有人练功时皮肤发痒,好似虫咬;心热如火炙;手足发冷如水浇;两肩酸软似负重;四肢紧缩如针扎;头部胀满似昏迷;甚至肺滞胸涩;有时呼吸浮泛不实;或者心中时生种种幻觉、恶念、时喜时忧、时惊时恐等,对于这些情况应及时集中思想,排除杂念,因为这是气功锻炼中常有的反应,只要继续锻炼下去,过一个时期,就可以消除,切不可因噎废食而停止练习。</p><p>(5)有人练功后因饥饿多食,发生胃酸多的症状。这往往是由于吃得过饱而立即练功所致,应当改为在饭后间隔较长时间在进行练功。至于肚痛、腹泻的症状,并非气功所发生的副作用,或因饮食不良和其他因素所致。轻者可以进行自然腹式呼吸来调剂,重者应就医吃药。</p><p>(6)感冒时练功,可在室内采取坐式进行为宜。轻者易愈,重者需加练一些外功或吃药。妇女月经来临,不必停止锻炼;如月经过多,须停止几日,等经期过后,再开始练功,练一、二个月后,即恢复正常。</p><p>(7)有人看见气功书上载有“任督二脉相通”、“通前后三关”、“五通,一身通”,或“热气团”环行全身,遂生幻想以致勉强求成求通,结果造成胸腔肋骨及背脊腰部胀疼。必须注意顺乎自然,切勿盲目追求。若热气真来,亦不应抑制,必须顺势导引,周行往返,则不生偏差和弊端。</p><p>(8)有人在练功十余日后,发生遗精问题,如果是梦遗,或不是自觉地遗精,这是精满自流,练功后性欲亢进的好现象。如系自觉的梦遗,也不要怕。多练潜呼吸,长呼吸,多提肛,并以两手上下在尾椎骨两旁摩擦(详见112节上身按摩),可止遗精。</p><p>上述不良反应,可因人而异。不同的体质、年龄、职业、性情、病况可能产生不同的反应;有些人也可能没有不良反应。故必须防止饮食不慎、睡眠不足、环境刺激、调养不法、呼吸不当、练功过多、等不良情况,以免发生不正常的反应。</p><p>7.3 应注意的要点</p><p>(1)练功时必须排除杂念,不紧张,不冒进,不故意腹鸣,不勉强追求通关节求热气。要按气功锻炼原则和呼吸方式进行,正确掌握时间,循序渐进,自然功到病除。切勿别出心裁,采用违背原则的方式,一意孤行。无人指导,则容易发生头晕、失眠、全身疲乏等症状。</p><p>(2)练功前,须先作一些外功活动,以和筋骨,然后再进行站桩作呼吸,这样运气才能柔顺,不致感到过度刺激而发生反常现象。</p><p>(3)练气功前,不宜吃得过饱,亦不宜太饿,最好多饮水。因为水分有助于肠胃蠕动与血液循环,并补充呼吸时机体的需要。</p><p>(4)作气功时,最适宜在花草树木繁茂和空气新鲜的地方进行,不宜在空气不干凈的雾天,或风沙尘埃中练功。如遇雷电交加,暴雨倾盆时,也不宜练。如晚间在家练功,必须选择适当的环境端坐练气,口不应张开,气息必须极为柔和细致,以免心胸气闷。</p><p>呼吸时,不要突然加深加长,必须慢慢地引短令长。也不要骤然把呼吸次数缩短到每分钟2、3次,必须循序渐进。练习六个阶段的呼吸法及练六妙法门(数息、随、止、观、还、凈六息,详见4、6),如其中有一段或一门,在练习时,特别感到身安息调气顺,心静明朗,并始终巩固,则专采那一段或那一门,这样必有独到好处。如果发生障碍,引起不舒适,则可另换一段或一门,不必死守拘泥一法一门,必须灵活掌握。</p><p>(6)“意守丹田”是气功锻炼中重要的功夫,当然不守精神不易集中。但守不得法,或过度乏力,则易于昏沉入睡,甚至感到心窝呼吸不畅。再者,运“气”循环一周天,不要把气息从大脑直冲额前至鼻端,迫使任督二脉相通,因为脑门前额是毛细血管分布不多的“桥梁”,气息难于通过。如强行气欲冲,就可能发生面部浮肿。所以必须引气从耳前侧两颊而入舌尖,而舌添上颚,接上任督二脉,气息以后舌尖温和相通,安然而过,万无一失。</p><p>(7)如有气喘和非活动性肺结核及心脏衰弱的患者,必须选择空气新鲜地方练功,且应先作“长出气”以养气顺息为要。次一步采用自然腹式呼吸,而后用潜呼吸或调息以巩固疗效。作时,姿式宜采站桩,不宜卧式,呼吸不要起始拉长,这将无益反有害,必须遵循自己的气息力量,顺势利导,逐渐加长。此外,有消化不良溃疡症患者,又不宜于站、坐方式,最好采用卧床方式作腹式呼吸,加强消化器官机能的平衡。有神经衰弱及高血压的病人,最好用站法,练了“长出气”一阶段后,即改换“潜呼吸”及“调息”方法来进行,促使血液循环畅通,以获得疗效。但切记不可太用力呼吸,否则易造成气血逆行,血压不降低而反上升的危险。所以在摆外形姿式时,最好采三圆和三合式,初练决不宜采伏虎式。同时作辅助活动时最好多先作平血、健腰、揉棍等运动,起始不宜作摇摆,蹲坐、搬石及颤抖等活动,等病体恢复正常后再进行其各项运动。</p><p>(8)练习气功的人,必须注意要与下列五事相结合,即调食(饮食有节制)、调服(锻炼早睡早起)、调身(调整身体不正确的姿式)、调息(调整气息悠缓细匀)及调心(心定神注不分散)。这样的五事互相配合,进行不断地修炼,则物质上和精神上均有充分的准备。那末,疗效和保健自然有把握了。</p><p>(9)练习气功的人,要随时检查自己的每次锻炼的感觉。如果头部作痛,就立刻减少运“气”的流量和力量;精神紧张不安,就暂时停止练功,进行一些肢体活动,待身心放松舒坦后,可继续练功。</p><p>(10)注意互相检查,随时纠正。参加公园或疗养院里集体锻炼,比自己个人独自练习好得多,因大家聚在一起练功,有利于互相学习,随时纠正一些偏差或不足之处,见效较快。</p>","status":0,"pv":1059,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-07-18 13:27:38","updatedAt":"2024-04-20 02:52:16","field":{},"tags":[]}
