第五章 气功呼吸的要求-《气功疗法和保健》

5.气功呼吸的要求

5.1有意识的自然呼吸

气功中的自然呼吸是要做到悠、缓、细、匀的标准。健康人的呼吸是很自然地,有人因为疲劳虚弱、或因恐惧、愤怒、悲哀、忧虑、焦急等影响,呼吸就不正常。一般言之,体弱者呼气长而吸气短,谓之“阴盛”。例如有人每呼吸一次约16秒钟,而吸气则只有9秒钟。又有人呼气短而吸气长,这叫做“阳足”。阴盛和阳足都不是正常现象,必须出入气息长短相等。所以练气功时,最初步一个呼吸原则是“有意识的自然呼吸”也就是用理智来控制自己的气息,要达到“悠、缓、细、匀”的自然状态。这是说呼吸行气时,要做到:悠悠自在,不烦不虑;缓缓进行,不急不馁;气行细长,绵绵不断;息息均匀,不粗不短。这样能做到舒舒服服地进行呼吸,就保证在练功中不出偏差,却病健身。

5.2 进一步要求呼吸深长

成人的呼吸平常是每分钟14~18次(一呼一吸算一次),练习气功经过相当时期后,可以酌情调节呼吸的深度和频率,每分钟只呼吸8次,是容易做到的,宜逐步达到每分种5次,甚至减到3次或2次。这里有两个办法:一个是使呼吸达到细匀,另一个是把呼吸加深。要使呼吸细匀,除了用意识控制外,还须慢慢地稍微闭合后鼻腔和喉头,轻叩牙齿,舌添上下牙床等,以增加空气出入的阻力,才能达到目的。要使呼吸深长,就必须持久地参加体育运动和气功锻炼,这样就可以使全身肌肉(包括呼吸肌)发达,并增加肺活量,同时使呼吸的调节功能和血液循环得到改善。

5.3呼吸应保持平静而有节律

初练气功时,切勿用力作粗猛的呼吸,以免发生胸部疼痛,或气管、喉、鼻有不适的流弊,甚至头晕、脑胀,这是呼吸过于紧张的毛病。呼吸时须不用力不拿劲,不得急躁,必须循序渐进,由小变大,这样才可以保证不发生别的毛病。练气功的人,应该遵守“顺其自然”的原则。因为人的血液和呼吸本来是自然配合相称的,故初练气功时,我们不应该去扰乱它,应当顺水推舟。所以练功者必须逐步使这种不自觉的运动渐渐变成半自觉,或完全自觉的运动。为了避免发生弊端,必须依次渐进。等气功锻炼到一定深的程度后,气血在体内运行,十分自然松快,甚至似乎有声外闻,那就是气功家所谓“气血鼓荡能闻”了。这样的气和血配合,自然相得益彰,互为增强,血液循环和新陈代谢更见旺盛了。

5.4 呼吸要求气息打通全身关节

气功锻炼到了相当深的程度后,就会感到全身关节气脉全通,这是练气功得到初步成功的表现。上述现象,根据个人的经验看,不是几天或短时期可以达到的。所谓关节气脉全通,气功术语叫作“任督二脉相通”。在祖国医学中有“奇经八脉”之说,任督二脉就在其中。任脉起于舌尖,中经丹田,至会阴道,接督脉。督脉自会阴道经尾闾关、夹脊关、玉枕关,通过百会穴(即头顶泥丸宫)、沿两耳颊旁而至舌端,与任脉相接,此即阴阳循环一小周天(见图8)。所以在呼气时,舌抵下颚,吸气舌添上颚,均为使任督二脉相通的要津。练气功时,有人感到有一团热气汇聚丹田处,再下沉会阴间,过肛门,似有大便感。这时,马上提肛,用意把热气上引,通过尾闾、夹脊、和玉枕气功术语叫作“通后三关”。热气再由百会泥丸,下通心房黄庭,直达丹田气海,这又称之位“通前三关”。到了前后各关都通以后,就觉察气息在体内循环盘旋,随心上下,清灵妙转。但练气功进一步要求通全身关脉(上臂至手指尖,下腿至脚心),亦即调息中所提到的“阴阳循环一大周天”,也就是全通八脉(参见图10)。

关于任督二脉相通与八脉全通,只有各人自己去体会了。所以有的人热气运行全身,有人练功数年或数十年则没有上述现象。且有人感到热气多,有人觉察少,也有时间长,有的时间短,或者上身热气盘旋,而下身不达(坐式大多如此)。所以,因各人体质不相同或有或无,决不要幻想速通,必须顺其自然,否则要出弊病。

呼吸要求打通全身各关脉,有利于调经养血,强心健骨,好处很多。

article------>{"id":448,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"第五章 气功呼吸的要求-《气功疗法和保健》","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"","img":"","content":"<p>5.气功呼吸的要求</p><p>5.1有意识的自然呼吸</p><p>气功中的自然呼吸是要做到悠、缓、细、匀的标准。健康人的呼吸是很自然地,有人因为疲劳虚弱、或因恐惧、愤怒、悲哀、忧虑、焦急等影响,呼吸就不正常。一般言之,体弱者呼气长而吸气短,谓之“阴盛”。例如有人每呼吸一次约16秒钟,而吸气则只有9秒钟。又有人呼气短而吸气长,这叫做“阳足”。阴盛和阳足都不是正常现象,必须出入气息长短相等。所以练气功时,最初步一个呼吸原则是“有意识的自然呼吸”也就是用理智来控制自己的气息,要达到“悠、缓、细、匀”的自然状态。这是说呼吸行气时,要做到:悠悠自在,不烦不虑;缓缓进行,不急不馁;气行细长,绵绵不断;息息均匀,不粗不短。这样能做到舒舒服服地进行呼吸,就保证在练功中不出偏差,却病健身。</p><p>5.2 进一步要求呼吸深长</p><p>成人的呼吸平常是每分钟14~18次(一呼一吸算一次),练习气功经过相当时期后,可以酌情调节呼吸的深度和频率,每分钟只呼吸8次,是容易做到的,宜逐步达到每分种5次,甚至减到3次或2次。这里有两个办法:一个是使呼吸达到细匀,另一个是把呼吸加深。要使呼吸细匀,除了用意识控制外,还须慢慢地稍微闭合后鼻腔和喉头,轻叩牙齿,舌添上下牙床等,以增加空气出入的阻力,才能达到目的。要使呼吸深长,就必须持久地参加体育运动和气功锻炼,这样就可以使全身肌肉(包括呼吸肌)发达,并增加肺活量,同时使呼吸的调节功能和血液循环得到改善。</p><p>5.3呼吸应保持平静而有节律</p><p>初练气功时,切勿用力作粗猛的呼吸,以免发生胸部疼痛,或气管、喉、鼻有不适的流弊,甚至头晕、脑胀,这是呼吸过于紧张的毛病。呼吸时须不用力不拿劲,不得急躁,必须循序渐进,由小变大,这样才可以保证不发生别的毛病。练气功的人,应该遵守“顺其自然”的原则。因为人的血液和呼吸本来是自然配合相称的,故初练气功时,我们不应该去扰乱它,应当顺水推舟。所以练功者必须逐步使这种不自觉的运动渐渐变成半自觉,或完全自觉的运动。为了避免发生弊端,必须依次渐进。等气功锻炼到一定深的程度后,气血在体内运行,十分自然松快,甚至似乎有声外闻,那就是气功家所谓“气血鼓荡能闻”了。这样的气和血配合,自然相得益彰,互为增强,血液循环和新陈代谢更见旺盛了。</p><p>5.4 呼吸要求气息打通全身关节</p><p>气功锻炼到了相当深的程度后,就会感到全身关节气脉全通,这是练气功得到初步成功的表现。上述现象,根据个人的经验看,不是几天或短时期可以达到的。所谓关节气脉全通,气功术语叫作“任督二脉相通”。在祖国医学中有“奇经八脉”之说,任督二脉就在其中。任脉起于舌尖,中经丹田,至会阴道,接督脉。督脉自会阴道经尾闾关、夹脊关、玉枕关,通过百会穴(即头顶泥丸宫)、沿两耳颊旁而至舌端,与任脉相接,此即阴阳循环一小周天(见图8)。所以在呼气时,舌抵下颚,吸气舌添上颚,均为使任督二脉相通的要津。练气功时,有人感到有一团热气汇聚丹田处,再下沉会阴间,过肛门,似有大便感。这时,马上提肛,用意把热气上引,通过尾闾、夹脊、和玉枕气功术语叫作“通后三关”。热气再由百会泥丸,下通心房黄庭,直达丹田气海,这又称之位“通前三关”。到了前后各关都通以后,就觉察气息在体内循环盘旋,随心上下,清灵妙转。但练气功进一步要求通全身关脉(上臂至手指尖,下腿至脚心),亦即调息中所提到的“阴阳循环一大周天”,也就是全通八脉(参见图10)。</p><p>关于任督二脉相通与八脉全通,只有各人自己去体会了。所以有的人热气运行全身,有人练功数年或数十年则没有上述现象。且有人感到热气多,有人觉察少,也有时间长,有的时间短,或者上身热气盘旋,而下身不达(坐式大多如此)。所以,因各人体质不相同或有或无,决不要幻想速通,必须顺其自然,否则要出弊病。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>呼吸要求打通全身各关脉,有利于调经养血,强心健骨,好处很多。</p>","status":0,"pv":988,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-07-18 13:24:20","updatedAt":"2024-04-17 16:34:31","field":{},"tags":[]}
