气功疗法和保健(前言)

「导读」气功在我国具有悠久的历史,古人常以此作为个人养生的一种功夫。在我国古代很多医学和哲学书籍中,都能找到关于练习气功的根据。如二千多年前的一部中国最古的医书——《黄帝内经》写着:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,凈神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍后,饵舌下津,令无数。”这是古人讲用气功治病的一种方法。

前言

气功在我国具有悠久的历史,古人常以此作为个人养生的一种功夫。在我国古代很多医学和哲学书籍中,都能找到关于练习气功的根据。如二千多年前的一部中国最古的医书——《黄帝内经》写着:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,凈神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍后,饵舌下津,令无数。”这是古人讲用气功治病的一种方法。

唐·孙思邈,在《备急千金要方》上写着:“和神导气之道,当得密室,闭户安床暖席,枕高二寸半,正身偃卧,瞑目,闭气于胸膈中,以鸿着鼻而不为动,经三百息,耳无所闻,目无所见,心无所思”。

《宋元学案》这部书上,有朱晦翁写的一首《调息箴》:“鼻端有白,我其观之。随时随处,容与猗倚。静极而嘘,如春沼鱼。动已而吸,如百虫蛰。氤氲开阂,奇妙无穷。”这都是描写练功时的情况。

明·李君实写的《紫桃轩杂缀》,又有一段记载:“西华小窑陈晦甫,年六十二, 髭鬓浩然。遇异人授以养气之术,精心习之。不三四年,颜貌日少,须发如漆”。

清·俞曲园《右台仙馆笔记》,还记载着一段故事:“王子闲,江南藩司中老宾客也。中年后,即多病,夜不能睡,昼不能食,一日不药,即病不能兴。有熊君授予静坐,每次以一炷香为度,王从其说。一月后,偶于夜分如法静坐,忽不自知,竟得一寣(音忽)安睡。寐而觉,有饥意。时在人定之后,无所得食,探小盠(音离)中,略有饼饵之属,即取食之。食已复睡,至明日,日加辰始觉。觉则大饥,亟索汤饼,食之尽数器。食饱,扪腹语人曰:“寝食之乐,一至于斯,久矣,余之不知有此乐也!”这些都是在说明气功的疗效。

本人在三十多年前,因患冠状动脉栓塞,以致心脏营养不足,在北京协和医院治疗四年,病况减轻。但颈部两根大筋,疼痛不已,饮食不佳,骨瘦如柴。后来经友人介绍学习气功,病体逐渐恢复健康。为了保健延年,就到处揣摩锻炼,直到现在,从未间断。在个人身体健康方面收到很大效果,现在年已七十多岁,比五十岁时还强健得多。

旧社会对有益于人民身体健康的事业不肯提倡,反而有不少的人认为气功术近乎迷信。因此在过去漫长的岁月里,我独自锻炼,从未和别人说起。直到解放后,见到国家大力提倡气功疗法,使我认识到,应当将这一门知识,广泛加以宣传和推广,使它在疾病治疗和体格锻炼等方面,充分发挥其应有的作用,所以我在三年前,将自己锻炼气功的心得和经验,公开传授别人。

在建设社会主义总路线光辉的照耀和鼓舞下,我鼓足干劲把数十年积累的气功经验,分为六段按照顺序,把它写出来。因为它能够搜寻病源,根治一般药物不能治疗的某些慢性疾病。并且便于青年初学,能够打好青年健康的基础,在工作岗位上,能够大干特干,不怕累,不怕难,发挥建设社会主义移山倒海的力量。

在内容上,力求把过去神秘化的气功说法,使之具有一定的科学根据,合乎医学原理。在方法上,使其明确疗效易于对症练功。在文字上,力求通俗易懂,使广大读者明白气功为什么有强身却病的道理。

最后,我认为我国社会主义建设最大的本钱,首先是六亿人民。依靠他们健康的身体,雄厚的体力,充足的精神,才能贯彻总路线的要求,才能实现社会主义建设的计划。我虽年逾古稀,仍愿在党的领导下,尽一把 力,把这本气功疗法整理出来,作为奔向社会主义一点微小的献礼。

本书内容由气功爱好者李夏云、冯秉伦、吴干章三位同志帮助整理出来,并经同学们提意见修改,最后又由上海市气功疗养所陈干明医师审阅,谨此一并致谢。

本书内容不免有谬误之处,敬希气功专家,不吝赐予指正。同时本书所述气功六个阶段的锻炼,尚系不完整的方法,希望读者,对内容给予补充,增益气功疗法及保健的完整,以提高人民的健康,为社会主义建设多做贡献,这的确是一大好事。

article------>{"id":440,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"气功疗法和保健(前言)","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"1","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"气功在我国具有悠久的历史,古人常以此作为个人养生的一种功夫。在我国古代很多医学和哲学书籍中,都能找到关于练习气功的根据。如二千多年前的一部中国最古的医书——《黄帝内经》写着:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,凈神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍后,饵舌下津,令无数。”这是古人讲用气功治病的一种方法。","img":"","content":"<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">前言</span></p>\n<p>气功在我国具有悠久的历史,古人常以此作为个人养生的一种功夫。在我国古代很多医学和哲学书籍中,都能找到关于练习气功的根据。如二千多年前的一部中国最古的医书——《黄帝内经》写着:“肾有久病者,可以寅时面向南,凈神不乱思,闭气不息七遍,以引颈咽气顺之,如咽甚硬物,如此七遍后,饵舌下津,令无数。”这是古人讲用气功治病的一种方法。</p>\n<p>唐·孙思邈,在《备急千金要方》上写着:“和神导气之道,当得密室,闭户安床暖席,枕高二寸半,正身偃卧,瞑目,闭气于胸膈中,以鸿着鼻而不为动,经三百息,耳无所闻,目无所见,心无所思”。</p>\n<p>《宋元学案》这部书上,有朱晦翁写的一首《调息箴》:“鼻端有白,我其观之。随时随处,容与猗倚。静极而嘘,如春沼鱼。动已而吸,如百虫蛰。氤氲开阂,奇妙无穷。”这都是描写练功时的情况。</p>\n<p>明·李君实写的《紫桃轩杂缀》,又有一段记载:“西华小窑陈晦甫,年六十二, 髭鬓浩然。遇异人授以养气之术,精心习之。不三四年,颜貌日少,须发如漆”。</p>\n<p>清·俞曲园《右台仙馆笔记》,还记载着一段故事:“王子闲,江南藩司中老宾客也。中年后,即多病,夜不能睡,昼不能食,一日不药,即病不能兴。有熊君授予静坐,每次以一炷香为度,王从其说。一月后,偶于夜分如法静坐,忽不自知,竟得一寣(音忽)安睡。寐而觉,有饥意。时在人定之后,无所得食,探小盠(音离)中,略有饼饵之属,即取食之。食已复睡,至明日,日加辰始觉。觉则大饥,亟索汤饼,食之尽数器。食饱,扪腹语人曰:“寝食之乐,一至于斯,久矣,余之不知有此乐也!”这些都是在说明气功的疗效。</p>\n<p>本人在三十多年前,因患冠状动脉栓塞,以致心脏营养不足,在北京协和医院治疗四年,病况减轻。但颈部两根大筋,疼痛不已,饮食不佳,骨瘦如柴。后来经友人介绍学习气功,病体逐渐恢复健康。为了保健延年,就到处揣摩锻炼,直到现在,从未间断。在个人身体健康方面收到很大效果,现在年已七十多岁,比五十岁时还强健得多。</p>\n<p>旧社会对有益于人民身体健康的事业不肯提倡,反而有不少的人认为气功术近乎迷信。因此在过去漫长的岁月里,我独自锻炼,从未和别人说起。直到解放后,见到国家大力提倡气功疗法,使我认识到,应当将这一门知识,广泛加以宣传和推广,使它在疾病治疗和体格锻炼等方面,充分发挥其应有的作用,所以我在三年前,将自己锻炼气功的心得和经验,公开传授别人。</p>\n<p>在建设社会主义总路线光辉的照耀和鼓舞下,我鼓足干劲把数十年积累的气功经验,分为六段按照顺序,把它写出来。因为它能够搜寻病源,根治一般药物不能治疗的某些慢性疾病。并且便于青年初学,能够打好青年健康的基础,在工作岗位上,能够大干特干,不怕累,不怕难,发挥建设社会主义移山倒海的力量。</p>\n<p>在内容上,力求把过去神秘化的气功说法,使之具有一定的科学根据,合乎医学原理。在方法上,使其明确疗效易于对症练功。在文字上,力求通俗易懂,使广大读者明白气功为什么有强身却病的道理。</p>\n<p>最后,我认为我国社会主义建设最大的本钱,首先是六亿人民。依靠他们健康的身体,雄厚的体力,充足的精神,才能贯彻总路线的要求,才能实现社会主义建设的计划。我虽年逾古稀,仍愿在党的领导下,尽一把 \n力,把这本气功疗法整理出来,作为奔向社会主义一点微小的献礼。</p>\n<p>本书内容由气功爱好者李夏云、冯秉伦、吴干章三位同志帮助整理出来,并经同学们提意见修改,最后又由上海市气功疗养所陈干明医师审阅,谨此一并致谢。</p>\n<p>本书内容不免有谬误之处,敬希气功专家,不吝赐予指正。同时本书所述气功六个阶段的锻炼,尚系不完整的方法,希望读者,对内容给予补充,增益气功疗法及保健的完整,以提高人民的健康,为社会主义建设多做贡献,这的确是一大好事。</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">秦重三</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">1959年1月写于北京</p>","status":0,"pv":1487,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-07-18 12:44:06","updatedAt":"2024-04-21 16:42:26","field":{},"tags":[]}
