怎样延长站桩时间?

「导读」关于站桩时间的讨论

一.分而置之。刚开始时我只能坚持15分钟,我的下盘底子不是很好,属于书生型。不过我在开始时每天训练多达6次,身体的适应性大大增强。谈谈某些错误的认识:有不少道友认为,站桩就是循序渐进,每天增加站桩时间即可。比如每天增加5分钟。当然能坚持下来也是可以的,但就我对大多数人的观察来看,一般人很难坚持下来,而且到一定程度,心理和生理就到了一个极限,似乎再也进行不下去了。我认为主要还是身体的适应性不行。心理素质也没跟上来,因为如果有人在旁边严格监督,也就可以适应了。而分而置之的训练在短时间内就可以提高身体的耐力。用这个办法在2周内就可以突破2小时站桩,注意是一次持续站桩时间,不是总的练功时间。

二.我总结个9字诀:坐练气,站练力,走练意。起初每天站桩保持1小时即可(完全按照站桩的要求来),其余时间分别对待。比如可以在看电视时可以兼练站桩,这时间既可以练一心二用的本领,也可以练体力。如果站不住可以坐练,主要是体验气机的流动。至于走练意,就是把站桩中练出来的感觉扩大到生活中去。比如浑圆桩,在待人接物,在走路时,吃饭时体验身体与自然界连为一体的感觉。这是关键的一步,这一步没练好,永远提高不了功夫的层次。不过这种练法也有缺点,那就是懒人就会依赖这种方法,练很长时间,也只能对着电视练,呵呵。以上的办法只是为了真正站桩而提出的手段,切不可当成最后的目的。

三.毅力,不论用什么方法,毅力的因素不可或缺。人体都有个生理极限,比如长跑时,一般人跑一千米就岔气,甚至抽筋。这就是生理极限的表现。但只要挺过了这个阶段,就还可以再跑几百米,直到第二次生理极限来临。站桩也是如此。为什么要分而置之,就是要尽量延长身体的生理极限到来的时间。但不论用什么方法,都需要毅力。每次站桩你觉得快到极限时,应该再咬牙坚持一下,只要挺过去,你的功力和体力都会有所增长的。如果你挺不过去这一关,那么你永远也达不到修炼需要的站桩时间,就永远只能站30-40分钟。这就是为什么大多数人看来,站桩站到4-7小时似乎是不可能的事。

四.关于站桩时间的讨论,论坛已经讨论多次了,我一直很疑惑为什么在这个问题达不成共识?我的意见就是,如果是为修炼,应该每天有6小时以上的站桩,当然得时间允许,我想大多数人很难有这个时间。如果是养生,每天一到两小时最佳,就我以前指导别人的经验来看,最好能坚持两小时。

站桩还有一个问题,如果你每天练2小时功夫(如果你没有脏腑病变),最好持续练两小时,而不是分两次练,每次1小时(初学者练体力的除外)。如果身体虚弱,或者是初学者,就应该分开练,增加次数,减少时间(总的时间还是逐渐增加的)。

最后还要强调:重视站桩,站桩是增长功力的好方法,不论你是为修道练,还是为养生练。有关练桩功气感的问题,就我,以及好朋友,同门师兄弟练习的经验来看,得气确实有快慢之分。这有几个方面的因素:1.桩法不同,功感产生的部位,方式就不同。如果你没有按照你所练的功法的要求发气,那么得气也慢些。你要先弄清楚从哪里先得气,感受最强。2.气感在修炼的过程来说,不是气感越强功夫越高。3.练功时间不够。我以前和你有同样的毛病,一到冬天手足冰冷,就我的经验看,这样的人下盘功夫都不是很好,不过练到2小时以上时,这种情况就逐步得到了缓解。

article------>{"id":299,"cid":28,"sub_cid":"","title":"怎样延长站桩时间?","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"关于站桩时间的讨论","img":"","content":"<p>一.分而置之。刚开始时我只能坚持15分钟,我的下盘底子不是很好,属于书生型。不过我在开始时每天训练多达6次,身体的适应性大大增强。谈谈某些错误的认识:有不少道友认为,站桩就是循序渐进,每天增加站桩时间即可。比如每天增加5分钟。当然能坚持下来也是可以的,但就我对大多数人的观察来看,一般人很难坚持下来,而且到一定程度,心理和生理就到了一个极限,似乎再也进行不下去了。我认为主要还是身体的适应性不行。心理素质也没跟上来,因为如果有人在旁边严格监督,也就可以适应了。而分而置之的训练在短时间内就可以提高身体的耐力。用这个办法在2周内就可以突破2小时站桩,注意是一次持续站桩时间,不是总的练功时间。</p><p>二.我总结个9字诀:坐练气,站练力,走练意。起初每天站桩保持1小时即可(完全按照站桩的要求来),其余时间分别对待。比如可以在看电视时可以兼练站桩,这时间既可以练一心二用的本领,也可以练体力。如果站不住可以坐练,主要是体验气机的流动。至于走练意,就是把站桩中练出来的感觉扩大到生活中去。比如浑圆桩,在待人接物,在走路时,吃饭时体验身体与自然界连为一体的感觉。这是关键的一步,这一步没练好,永远提高不了功夫的层次。不过这种练法也有缺点,那就是懒人就会依赖这种方法,练很长时间,也只能对着电视练,呵呵。以上的办法只是为了真正站桩而提出的手段,切不可当成最后的目的。</p><p>三.毅力,不论用什么方法,毅力的因素不可或缺。人体都有个生理极限,比如长跑时,一般人跑一千米就岔气,甚至抽筋。这就是生理极限的表现。但只要挺过了这个阶段,就还可以再跑几百米,直到第二次生理极限来临。站桩也是如此。为什么要分而置之,就是要尽量延长身体的生理极限到来的时间。但不论用什么方法,都需要毅力。每次站桩你觉得快到极限时,应该再咬牙坚持一下,只要挺过去,你的功力和体力都会有所增长的。如果你挺不过去这一关,那么你永远也达不到修炼需要的站桩时间,就永远只能站30-40分钟。这就是为什么大多数人看来,站桩站到4-7小时似乎是不可能的事。</p><p>四.关于站桩时间的讨论,论坛已经讨论多次了,我一直很疑惑为什么在这个问题达不成共识?我的意见就是,如果是为修炼,应该每天有6小时以上的站桩,当然得时间允许,我想大多数人很难有这个时间。如果是养生,每天一到两小时最佳,就我以前指导别人的经验来看,最好能坚持两小时。</p><p>站桩还有一个问题,如果你每天练2小时功夫(如果你没有脏腑病变),最好持续练两小时,而不是分两次练,每次1小时(初学者练体力的除外)。如果身体虚弱,或者是初学者,就应该分开练,增加次数,减少时间(总的时间还是逐渐增加的)。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>最后还要强调:重视站桩,站桩是增长功力的好方法,不论你是为修道练,还是为养生练。有关练桩功气感的问题,就我,以及好朋友,同门师兄弟练习的经验来看,得气确实有快慢之分。这有几个方面的因素:1.桩法不同,功感产生的部位,方式就不同。如果你没有按照你所练的功法的要求发气,那么得气也慢些。你要先弄清楚从哪里先得气,感受最强。2.气感在修炼的过程来说,不是气感越强功夫越高。3.练功时间不够。我以前和你有同样的毛病,一到冬天手足冰冷,就我的经验看,这样的人下盘功夫都不是很好,不过练到2小时以上时,这种情况就逐步得到了缓解。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1752,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-03-11 11:31:12","updatedAt":"2024-04-19 08:49:57","field":{},"tags":[]}
