「导读」气功养生学历史简况

(九)气功养生学的新生期—建国后

建国以后,中国政府坚决贯彻执行党的中医政策,继承发扬了祖国医药学遗产,气功疗法从此获得了新生,得到了很大发展。

1955年在唐山建立了有史以来第一个气功专业机构—唐山市气功疗养所,对气功疗法进行了临床观察,总结了临床实践资料,受到卫生部的表扬。

1956年河北省北戴河气功疗养院,扩大了床位。增加了实验病种,并开展了基础研究和气功教学工作。此间,刘贵珍接受了前人的练功经验,结合个人体会写出《气功疗法实践》一书,整理发掘出内养功、强壮功、保健功等功法。他们治疗慢性肠胃病的经验,及时得到推广,使气功更为社会各方面所重视。1956年在唐山、北戴河先后开办了气功训练班,为各地培训了一批气功专业人才,对推广气功疗法作出了贡献。

1957年7月上海成立了气功疗养所。该所从临床实践中发现,“放松”是练功的一个重要环节,对防止练功偏差有重要作用。为此,创立“放松功”作为气功训练的基础功法。1958年该所开办“气功疗法讲座”,集体编写《气功疗法讲义》,对气功由来、原理、练功方法、指导原则、注意事项、护理方法等作了介绍。

1958年后,气功疗法在取得临床经验的基础上,用于防治疾病的气功医疗机械逐渐增加,对一些慢性病和溃疡病、胃下垂、高血压、肺结核等取得了较好的疗效。上海市在运用现代科学方法研究气功原理方面,开始了呼吸、循环、神经等系统的实验研究。同时在加强临床、科研、教学之间的协作方面,也取得了一些成就。

1959年10月,中央卫生部委托中共秦皇岛市委,在北戴河召开了全国气功经验交流会,有64个单位(17个省、市、自治区)参加,其中有9个医学院及研究单位。这是有史以来第一次全国性气功医疗学术座谈会。当时世界上有10个国家报道了这次大会。会上交流了气功对各种疾病的防治经验,如溃疡病、胃炎、胃下垂、肺结核、肝炎、肝硬化、高血压、低血压、矽肺、支气管哮喘、神经衰弱、糖尿病等,促进医疗气功进一步发展。

在培养气功专业人才方面,1960年中央卫生部在上海市气功疗养所举办了“全国气功师资进修班”。为全国各地培养人才39名。此外上海市又开办了“上海市气功训练班”,还根据中西医综合疗法的需要,突出培训了一大批气功指导人员。1959年至1961年,3年中北戴河张天戈创办有史以来第一个《气功》杂志(内部发行),共出版6期。为普及推广气功疗法准备了条件。至此,气功疗法在全国许多医疗单位开展起来。

1978年以来,上海、北京等地,进一步开展气功临床研究和气功运气疗法的临床观察。上海中医学院、上海中医研究所同中国科学院原子核研究所协作,用现代科学仪器对“外气”进行了测试,证明气功之“气”是有物质基础的,使气功进入了科学的行列,成为探索生命科学的新课题,从而把气功科学研究推进到一个新的阶段。1979年3月,国家科委、国家体委、卫生部、中国科学院、中国科协等单位在北京联合召开了“气功汇报会”,会议得到国务院领导的支持,并引起社会各阶层的普遍重视,对气功的普及和科研起了很大的推动作用。之后,各地采用仿生学方法模拟气功师发放的红外信息,制造了气功红外信息治疗仪,在临床上取得一定疗效。

近几年来,气功作为一门自然科学,不断向其它学科渗透,掀起了多学科综合研究气功的热潮。气功学应用范围迅速扩大,在医学、体育、教育、航天、生命科学等领域得到广泛应用,并越来越显示出它的独特威力。近十年来有关气功报道中可以证明,运用中医理论结合现代科学手段,对气功医疗的研究已取得不少成果,并不断地发展。治疗病种已达百种。一些疑难病症如癌肿、艾滋病等正在实验之中。

随之而来的,气功学著作和刊物如雨后春笋,纷纷问世。首先,气功作为一门医学专科,写入《中国医学百科全书》,登上了大雅之堂。1981年,陶秉福等编辑的《气功疗法集锦》出版。该书搜集了建国以来有关气功研究的论文资料,堪称是集大成者。1983年马济人编著《中国气功学》,赵宝峰等合著的《中国气功学概论》、《张天戈》著《实用气功手册》等,对气功的普及和推广作出了贡献。对此,气功杂志如《中国气功》、《东方气功》、《气功》、《气功与科学》、《中华气功》、《按摩与导引》、《气功与体育》《气功世界》(英文版)、《世界气功》(海外版)、各地气功报等报刊从不同角度报道了气功在医、教、研及诸多领域取得的新成果。对沟通信息、推广应用起到了纽带和桥梁作用。

article------>{"id":293,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"气功养生学历史简况(5)","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"2","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"气功养生学历史简况","img":"","content":"<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">(九)气功养生学的新生期—建国后</span></p>\n<p>建国以后,中国政府坚决贯彻执行党的中医政策,继承发扬了祖国医药学遗产,气功疗法从此获得了新生,得到了很大发展。</p>\n<p>1955年在唐山建立了有史以来第一个气功专业机构—唐山市气功疗养所,对气功疗法进行了临床观察,总结了临床实践资料,受到卫生部的表扬。</p>\n<p>1956年河北省北戴河气功疗养院,扩大了床位。增加了实验病种,并开展了基础研究和气功教学工作。此间,刘贵珍接受了前人的练功经验,结合个人体会写出《气功疗法实践》一书,整理发掘出内养功、强壮功、保健功等功法。他们治疗慢性肠胃病的经验,及时得到推广,使气功更为社会各方面所重视。1956年在唐山、北戴河先后开办了气功训练班,为各地培训了一批气功专业人才,对推广气功疗法作出了贡献。</p>\n<p>1957年7月上海成立了气功疗养所。该所从临床实践中发现,“放松”是练功的一个重要环节,对防止练功偏差有重要作用。为此,创立“放松功”作为气功训练的基础功法。1958年该所开办“气功疗法讲座”,集体编写《气功疗法讲义》,对气功由来、原理、练功方法、指导原则、注意事项、护理方法等作了介绍。</p>\n<p>1958年后,气功疗法在取得临床经验的基础上,用于防治疾病的气功医疗机械逐渐增加,对一些慢性病和溃疡病、胃下垂、高血压、肺结核等取得了较好的疗效。上海市在运用现代科学方法研究气功原理方面,开始了呼吸、循环、神经等系统的实验研究。同时在加强临床、科研、教学之间的协作方面,也取得了一些成就。</p>\n<p>1959年10月,中央卫生部委托中共秦皇岛市委,在北戴河召开了全国气功经验交流会,有64个单位(17个省、市、自治区)参加,其中有9个医学院及研究单位。这是有史以来第一次全国性气功医疗学术座谈会。当时世界上有10个国家报道了这次大会。会上交流了气功对各种疾病的防治经验,如溃疡病、胃炎、胃下垂、肺结核、肝炎、肝硬化、高血压、低血压、矽肺、支气管哮喘、神经衰弱、糖尿病等,促进医疗气功进一步发展。</p>\n<p>在培养气功专业人才方面,1960年中央卫生部在上海市气功疗养所举办了“全国气功师资进修班”。为全国各地培养人才39名。此外上海市又开办了“上海市气功训练班”,还根据中西医综合疗法的需要,突出培训了一大批气功指导人员。1959年至1961年,3年中北戴河张天戈创办有史以来第一个《气功》杂志(内部发行),共出版6期。为普及推广气功疗法准备了条件。至此,气功疗法在全国许多医疗单位开展起来。</p>\n<p>1978年以来,上海、北京等地,进一步开展气功临床研究和气功运气疗法的临床观察。上海中医学院、上海中医研究所同中国科学院原子核研究所协作,用现代科学仪器对“外气”进行了测试,证明气功之“气”是有物质基础的,使气功进入了科学的行列,成为探索生命科学的新课题,从而把气功科学研究推进到一个新的阶段。1979年3月,国家科委、国家体委、卫生部、中国科学院、中国科协等单位在北京联合召开了“气功汇报会”,会议得到国务院领导的支持,并引起社会各阶层的普遍重视,对气功的普及和科研起了很大的推动作用。之后,各地采用仿生学方法模拟气功师发放的红外信息,制造了气功红外信息治疗仪,在临床上取得一定疗效。</p>\n<p>近几年来,气功作为一门自然科学,不断向其它学科渗透,掀起了多学科综合研究气功的热潮。气功学应用范围迅速扩大,在医学、体育、教育、航天、生命科学等领域得到广泛应用,并越来越显示出它的独特威力。近十年来有关气功报道中可以证明,运用中医理论结合现代科学手段,对气功医疗的研究已取得不少成果,并不断地发展。治疗病种已达百种。一些疑难病症如癌肿、艾滋病等正在实验之中。</p>\n<p>随之而来的,气功学著作和刊物如雨后春笋,纷纷问世。首先,气功作为一门医学专科,写入《中国医学百科全书》,登上了大雅之堂。1981年,陶秉福等编辑的《气功疗法集锦》出版。该书搜集了建国以来有关气功研究的论文资料,堪称是集大成者。1983年马济人编著《中国气功学》,赵宝峰等合著的《中国气功学概论》、《张天戈》著《实用气功手册》等,对气功的普及和推广作出了贡献。对此,气功杂志如《中国气功》、《东方气功》、《气功》、《气功与科学》、《中华气功》、《按摩与导引》、《气功与体育》《气功世界》(英文版)、《世界气功》(海外版)、各地气功报等报刊从不同角度报道了气功在医、教、研及诸多领域取得的新成果。对沟通信息、推广应用起到了纽带和桥梁作用。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1462,"link":"1","createdAt":"2019-03-11 11:20:26","updatedAt":"2024-03-28 11:51:29","field":{},"tags":[]}
