「导读」练习郭林新气功经验心得

我在抗癌治病中已经历了26个春秋,今年86岁了, 26年多的拼搏经历和感悟有以下几点:

一、我为什么放弃手术、放化疗和服药,只一心一意苦练郭林新气功呢?是柯岩的文章《癌症≠死亡》在精神上给了我极大的鼓舞,髙文彬和不少晚期癌症病的病例,使我看到了战胜癌症的希望,我坚信练郭林新气功能抗癌治癌;也是实践给了我胆量和勇气。1992年5月底体检时,肝右叶有一5.6x3.2病变,6月3日住进空军总医院观察检查两个月,又经301医院核磁共振和血池扫描,确诊为原发性肝癌。大夫决定先行肝动脉造影及栓塞治疗,待肿瘤缩少后,再到301医院肝胆外科手术。我不愿意手术,请求保守治疗,大夫再三劝我尽快手术,我要求出院,主治大夫在出院通知单上签署意见,说我拒绝治疗。

我为什么敢于拒绝手术和化疗呢?因为在住院期间,我自学郭林新气功,住院两个月肿瘤不仅没有发展,还有缩小的趋势,而且睡得好、吃得香,原来肝区胀、脸色发黄、腿乏力等症状也消失了,更增强了我战胜癌症的决心和信心。练功不到半年,肿瘤居然消失了,大夫说我创造了“奇迹”。我的亲身实践充分证明,郭林新气功确实能抗癌治癌,而且有意想不到的神奇疗效。

二、练功中有什么经验?

26年来,我在练功实践中逐渐积累了一些心得、体会,不断摸索、总结,综合归纳起来,就是“三条基本经验”:一要放松入静;二要结合实际辨证施治;三要树立“三心”。“三条基本经验”结合自己的实际,逐步形成了“我的抗癌之道”一二三四五:

一是要一心一意苦练郭林新气功。在思想上坚信郭林新气功治癌,也坚信自己能战胜癌症,坚持同癌症拚搏的决心和毅力。26年来,我每天早晨四点多起来练功,肿瘤未消除前要练五、六个小时,康复后,至今仍保持毎天要练三个多小时;

二是在抗癌斗争中注意运用“两分法”。任何事物都有两面性,只知其一面而忽视另一面,就会出问题。运用“两分法”分析问题,可以事半功倍,提高预见性,避免片面性。

三是始终保持健康的心态和精神。生气、焦急、劳累是癌症病人的大忌,排除“七情”干扰,始终保持健康的心态和精神,是战胜癌症起决定作用的主观因素。排除“七情”干扰,努力践行“三种精神”:不怕死精神、拚搏精神、实事求是的科学精神;在思想和行动上做到“三个一点”:超脱一点、宽容一点、潇洒一点。

四是习练郭林气功做到辨证施功,模索一个最佳方案:功目、功法的组合配套要对症求本;就是要因人因病因时确定功目、功法,就是要抓住主症治本或急症治标或标本兼治;功时多少要求实,尽力而为,量力而行,循序渐进,逐步提高;行走速度要适度,根据自己的体质、年龄、病情、治疗过程等具体情况,在实践中去体会、去摸索,找出适合自己体力能承受的最佳速度;补泻要得当,郭林老师教给了五种导引功法:泻法、补法、调整法、高指标法、低指标法。具体运用时,是以泻为主,还是以补为主,或是泻补兼备,须因病因人因时而定,结合实际灵活运用五种导引的补泻发挥最佳疗效。

五是在练功中过好“五关”和处理好五个关系。“五关”即:松静关、信心关、习性关、情面关、堕性关;五个关系即:学习功理功法和结合实际的关系;疗身与疗心的关系;一不怕苦二不怕死同科学练功的关系;尽力而为同量力而行的关系;临危不惧和居安思危的关系。

三、练功中有什么教训?

第一个教训是癌症复发。由于缺乏防癌复发的意识,思想上有所麻痹,加之对补泻问题理解有片面性,以致癌症复发,肝部2.2×2.2的 病变。我感到很意外,自己坚持练气功从没间断过,为什么会复发呢?我冷静地思考、分析了肝癌复发的主、客观原因:

一是调整功法不当、过急。原以为肿瘤消除己四年多了,应该练以补为主的功法,耽心总练以泻为主的功法,身体会越练越虚。因此,将特快功和中快功都停了,改练慢步行功为主,势子导引也调整以补为主,结果却适得其反;

二是由于一些家务事的困扰,有些思想包袱和精神压力,因而练功也时常受到干扰,难以心平气和、心安神静,不仅影响功效,甚至起到反效果;

三是对饮食习惯不如以前注意了。比如:早餐常爱吃些油炸花生、油炸馒头片、泡菜等,这对防癌抗癌或多或少起些负作用。

于是又恢复了抗癌功法,且按照刘书华老师建议增加两个特快功。老实说,当时我对三个特快功还有些担心,半个月后,故去空军总医院复查,肿块完全消失了。这次教训让我认识到,即使身体完全康复了,仍要“居安思危”。

第二个教训是康复后思想却过于保守,迟迟不敢学习中级功。因为我有过肝癌复发的一段经历,缺乏抗癌的知识和经验,心有余悸,为了汲取肝癌复发的教训,在思想上格外小心谨慎,在十二年多期间实施补泻基本相当的调整功法,以为这样比较稳妥、保险。现在看来,这样的练功方案实际上就是一个消极的保守疗法,虽然达到了防止肝癌复发和转移的目的,但身体亚健康的状况并没有得到改善,甚至有加重的趋势。实践促使自我认真反思,从 2010年开始自学新气功八段锦,2013年参加北戴河中级班学习。

如今功力有了明显提高。能较快地进入气功状态,松静度深沉了,缓慢自然舒畅了,园柔更显轻快,呼吸更平稳悠缓顺畅,势子导引升降开合气感更加充盈。毎做完一套功目功法,浑身觉得舒适、愉悦,和习练初级抗癌功法时相比,实实在在上了一个层次。

再就是多次体检结果表明,体况整体都有所改善。近年来,身体始终保持着血压、心脑血管、血脂等指标正常;免疫功能明显增强了,五年多来没再感冒过,大小便通畅(便秘和尿急尿频现象解除了) ;右肾结石消失了;右膝关节退行性病变已痊愈;睡眠更好了。在实践中才体会到习练中级功的迫切性和必要性。

四、平衡是“修身养性”之本

回顾自己数十年生涯,不胜感慨,现在才领悟到一个对平时保健养生十分重要的问题:平衡是修身养性之本。在退休前因忙于工作,没有时间和精力考虑修身养性问题,生活没有规律,不重视身体锻炼,更不懂得饮食要平衡,思想固执、清高、争强好胜……。1985年因患了病毒性肝炎,服了一年中药,病情有所好转,在岗工作而放松了警惕,以致1992年患了肝癌。

患了肝癌对我的精神的确是个打击,虽是件坏亊,但又件好亊。在抗癌治病实践中,也在不断改造自我,逐步认识到一个道理:“平衡”才是修身养性之本。平时努力做好如下几条:

一是心理要平衡。力争做到“超脱、宽容、潇洒、寡欲、随缘”,待人宽善,家庭和睦,处亊无争,不受外界是非困扰,排除了七情干扰,能平心静气、心安神静习练新气功;

二是坚持习练新气功实现身体“平衡”,坚持天天练,将习练新气功成为自己生活中不可或缺的重要部分,为保八争九保驾护航;

三是改变没有规律的生活习性,生活做到有规律性,饮食起居作息安排有序,尽量深居简出,无特殊情况,避免生活规律被打乱,让身心经常处于稳定平静状态;

四是注意饮食平衡,做到粗细、荤素搭配合理,定时定量,好吃的不多吃,不好吃的不少吃,不暴饮暴食。

我26年的抗癌治病的实践,不仅战胜癌症一帆风顺,身体状况在整体上得到了攺善。现在,没有高血圧、高血脂和心脑血管病等老年性疾病的困扰,2012至2015年期间,八十多岁的我,还能先后去了西藏、新疆、台湾、东北等地旅游,这完全得益于郭林新气功。

article------>{"id":172,"cid":26,"sub_cid":"","title":"为主宰自己的命运拼搏","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"2","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"桂中矗","description":"练习郭林新气功经验心得","img":"","content":"<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">我在抗癌治病中已经历了26个春秋,今年86岁了, 26年多的拼搏经历和感悟有以下几点:</span></p><p>一、我为什么放弃手术、放化疗和服药,只一心一意苦练郭林新气功呢?是柯岩的文章《癌症≠死亡》在精神上给了我极大的鼓舞,髙文彬和不少晚期癌症病的病例,使我看到了战胜癌症的希望,我坚信练郭林新气功能抗癌治癌;也是实践给了我胆量和勇气。1992年5月底体检时,肝右叶有一5.6x3.2病变,6月3日住进空军总医院观察检查两个月,又经301医院核磁共振和血池扫描,确诊为原发性肝癌。大夫决定先行肝动脉造影及栓塞治疗,待肿瘤缩少后,再到301医院肝胆外科手术。我不愿意手术,请求保守治疗,大夫再三劝我尽快手术,我要求出院,主治大夫在出院通知单上签署意见,说我拒绝治疗。</p><p>我为什么敢于拒绝手术和化疗呢?因为在住院期间,我自学郭林新气功,住院两个月肿瘤不仅没有发展,还有缩小的趋势,而且睡得好、吃得香,原来肝区胀、脸色发黄、腿乏力等症状也消失了,更增强了我战胜癌症的决心和信心。练功不到半年,肿瘤居然消失了,大夫说我创造了“奇迹”。我的亲身实践充分证明,郭林新气功确实能抗癌治癌,而且有意想不到的神奇疗效。</p><p>二、练功中有什么经验?</p><p>26年来,我在练功实践中逐渐积累了一些心得、体会,不断摸索、总结,综合归纳起来,就是“三条基本经验”:一要放松入静;二要结合实际辨证施治;三要树立“三心”。“三条基本经验”结合自己的实际,逐步形成了“我的抗癌之道”一二三四五:</p><p>一是要一心一意苦练郭林新气功。在思想上坚信郭林新气功治癌,也坚信自己能战胜癌症,坚持同癌症拚搏的决心和毅力。26年来,我每天早晨四点多起来练功,肿瘤未消除前要练五、六个小时,康复后,至今仍保持毎天要练三个多小时;</p><p>二是在抗癌斗争中注意运用“两分法”。任何事物都有两面性,只知其一面而忽视另一面,就会出问题。运用“两分法”分析问题,可以事半功倍,提高预见性,避免片面性。</p><p>三是始终保持健康的心态和精神。生气、焦急、劳累是癌症病人的大忌,排除“七情”干扰,始终保持健康的心态和精神,是战胜癌症起决定作用的主观因素。排除“七情”干扰,努力践行“三种精神”:不怕死精神、拚搏精神、实事求是的科学精神;在思想和行动上做到“三个一点”:超脱一点、宽容一点、潇洒一点。</p><p>四是习练郭林气功做到辨证施功,模索一个最佳方案:功目、功法的组合配套要对症求本;就是要因人因病因时确定功目、功法,就是要抓住主症治本或急症治标或标本兼治;功时多少要求实,尽力而为,量力而行,循序渐进,逐步提高;行走速度要适度,根据自己的体质、年龄、病情、治疗过程等具体情况,在实践中去体会、去摸索,找出适合自己体力能承受的最佳速度;补泻要得当,郭林老师教给了五种导引功法:泻法、补法、调整法、高指标法、低指标法。具体运用时,是以泻为主,还是以补为主,或是泻补兼备,须因病因人因时而定,结合实际灵活运用五种导引的补泻发挥最佳疗效。</p><p>五是在练功中过好“五关”和处理好五个关系。“五关”即:松静关、信心关、习性关、情面关、堕性关;五个关系即:学习功理功法和结合实际的关系;疗身与疗心的关系;一不怕苦二不怕死同科学练功的关系;尽力而为同量力而行的关系;临危不惧和居安思危的关系。</p><p>三、练功中有什么教训?</p><p>第一个教训是癌症复发。由于缺乏防癌复发的意识,思想上有所麻痹,加之对补泻问题理解有片面性,以致癌症复发,肝部2.2×2.2的 \n病变。我感到很意外,自己坚持练气功从没间断过,为什么会复发呢?我冷静地思考、分析了肝癌复发的主、客观原因:</p><p>一是调整功法不当、过急。原以为肿瘤消除己四年多了,应该练以补为主的功法,耽心总练以泻为主的功法,身体会越练越虚。因此,将特快功和中快功都停了,改练慢步行功为主,势子导引也调整以补为主,结果却适得其反;</p><p>二是由于一些家务事的困扰,有些思想包袱和精神压力,因而练功也时常受到干扰,难以心平气和、心安神静,不仅影响功效,甚至起到反效果;</p><p>三是对饮食习惯不如以前注意了。比如:早餐常爱吃些油炸花生、油炸馒头片、泡菜等,这对防癌抗癌或多或少起些负作用。</p><p>于是又恢复了抗癌功法,且按照刘书华老师建议增加两个特快功。老实说,当时我对三个特快功还有些担心,半个月后,故去空军总医院复查,肿块完全消失了。这次教训让我认识到,即使身体完全康复了,仍要“居安思危”。</p><p>第二个教训是康复后思想却过于保守,迟迟不敢学习中级功。因为我有过肝癌复发的一段经历,缺乏抗癌的知识和经验,心有余悸,为了汲取肝癌复发的教训,在思想上格外小心谨慎,在十二年多期间实施补泻基本相当的调整功法,以为这样比较稳妥、保险。现在看来,这样的练功方案实际上就是一个消极的保守疗法,虽然达到了防止肝癌复发和转移的目的,但身体亚健康的状况并没有得到改善,甚至有加重的趋势。实践促使自我认真反思,从 \n2010年开始自学新气功八段锦,2013年参加北戴河中级班学习。</p><p>如今功力有了明显提高。能较快地进入气功状态,松静度深沉了,缓慢自然舒畅了,园柔更显轻快,呼吸更平稳悠缓顺畅,势子导引升降开合气感更加充盈。毎做完一套功目功法,浑身觉得舒适、愉悦,和习练初级抗癌功法时相比,实实在在上了一个层次。</p><p>再就是多次体检结果表明,体况整体都有所改善。近年来,身体始终保持着血压、心脑血管、血脂等指标正常;免疫功能明显增强了,五年多来没再感冒过,大小便通畅(便秘和尿急尿频现象解除了) \n;右肾结石消失了;右膝关节退行性病变已痊愈;睡眠更好了。在实践中才体会到习练中级功的迫切性和必要性。</p><p>四、平衡是“修身养性”之本</p><p>回顾自己数十年生涯,不胜感慨,现在才领悟到一个对平时保健养生十分重要的问题:平衡是修身养性之本。在退休前因忙于工作,没有时间和精力考虑修身养性问题,生活没有规律,不重视身体锻炼,更不懂得饮食要平衡,思想固执、清高、争强好胜……。1985年因患了病毒性肝炎,服了一年中药,病情有所好转,在岗工作而放松了警惕,以致1992年患了肝癌。</p><p>患了肝癌对我的精神的确是个打击,虽是件坏亊,但又件好亊。在抗癌治病实践中,也在不断改造自我,逐步认识到一个道理:“平衡”才是修身养性之本。平时努力做好如下几条:</p><p>一是心理要平衡。力争做到“超脱、宽容、潇洒、寡欲、随缘”,待人宽善,家庭和睦,处亊无争,不受外界是非困扰,排除了七情干扰,能平心静气、心安神静习练新气功;</p><p>二是坚持习练新气功实现身体“平衡”,坚持天天练,将习练新气功成为自己生活中不可或缺的重要部分,为保八争九保驾护航;</p><p>三是改变没有规律的生活习性,生活做到有规律性,饮食起居作息安排有序,尽量深居简出,无特殊情况,避免生活规律被打乱,让身心经常处于稳定平静状态;</p><p>四是注意饮食平衡,做到粗细、荤素搭配合理,定时定量,好吃的不多吃,不好吃的不少吃,不暴饮暴食。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>我26年的抗癌治病的实践,不仅战胜癌症一帆风顺,身体状况在整体上得到了攺善。现在,没有高血圧、高血脂和心脑血管病等老年性疾病的困扰,2012至2015年期间,八十多岁的我,还能先后去了西藏、新疆、台湾、东北等地旅游,这完全得益于郭林新气功。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1400,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-06 14:54:15","updatedAt":"2024-04-25 12:59:40","field":{},"tags":[]}
