五台山八部功

「导读」八部功的特色是阴阳同时调理,头部按摩属阳,脚部泡热水和按摩属阴,两者同时进行,效果特佳。

五台山八部功是由五台山上一位年过七十的老先生所传授。他在五年间练八部功消除了各种慢性病,并且由白髮变成黑髮。八部功的特色是阴阳同时调理,头部按摩属阳,脚部泡热水和按摩属阴,两者同时进行,效果特佳。

八部功,主要是头上六部,脚上两部,共八部。

头上六部︰

乾梳头︰十指併拢,微屈,作梳头状,以前额──印堂穴──直梳到脖根。梳时指尖必须接触头皮。但轻重要适度,头皮以不痛为止。

按摩头︰用两手掌,主要用劳宫穴按摩头皮,方法同乾梳头,不过要稍用些力。

搓脖后穴位︰翳风双穴,完骨双穴,风池双穴,天柱双穴,哑门穴,风府穴,玉枕双穴,脑户穴等十三个穴位。手在脖后搓,右手搓左方,左手搓右方。

搓耳朵︰这是一种全息疗法。全身各部位在耳朵上都有反应点。故搓耳朵相当于全身按摩。有强肾之功。搓耳朵时用两手掌上下搓,那处有痛点,说明那处的相应部位有病变,应重点搓以刺激耳部有关部份来防治病变。

搓太阳穴︰用左右两手掌从太阳穴上方一寸处,往下一直搓到脸下面。

乾洗脸︰双手併拢,用两手掌从百会穴一直搓到脸下面,古时叫注颜术。

脚上两部︰

烫脚︰每晚睡前用开水烫脚。刚开始水太热,可慢慢用双脚沾水,等水温能容下脚时,将双脚全部泡在水中,同时即作头上六部功。六部功作完时,水也快凉了。这时将脚拿出来,但千万不能擦乾,必须让它晾乾。

搓涌泉︰〔即脚心〕烫完脚自乾后,端坐椅上或与小腿等高的床、凳上。全身放鬆,然后抬起左腿〔女则为右腿〕。将小腿放在右腿大腿上,脚心朝外,脚尖朝前,左手扶住左腿腕,用右手手掌〔劳宫穴〕,搓左脚涌泉穴一五下〔约十五分钟〕。搓完后放下左脚。再用此法搓右脚心一五○下。两脚共用三十分钟,然后睡觉。

以上八部健康长寿功,除搓脚心每次一五○下外,其馀七部,每次五十下。第七部烫脚,早晨可不必烫脚,换成搓小腿,每次也是五十下。

八部功为什麽只意注意两头?即「头部」和「脚部」。不注意「五脏」和「六腑」?这个问题,应从人的生理上研究。

关于头部︰

因为头部是属于人体的主宰,为「诸阳所会」与「百脉相通」。中医讲「髮为血之馀」,「肾者,其华在髮」。说明头髮和肾精与血液密切相关。由于精血关係到整个机体,所以「髮宜常梳」不仅仅是局部作用,而是「掌一髮而动全身」。所以要想强身体健,特别是要想保持一头黑髮,必须梳通头部经络,促进头部的血液循环,调节中枢神经系统,增加头髮根部的血流量,促进头髮生长,改善黑色素细胞的活性。增加黑色素细胞的数量,使头髮常年乌黑发亮。

头部的六部功,除头髮对人的生命有这样重要的作用外,其馀按摩头部、搓脖子、搓耳朵、搓太阳穴、乾洗脸等,它们的经络,都是通向全身。「肝开窍于目」、「肾开窍于耳」、「心开窍于舌」、「肺开窍于鼻」、「脾开窍于唇」等。特别是耳朵,全身各部位,都有它的反应点。

关于脚部︰

中国有句老话「富人吃药,穷人烫脚」,又说「富人吃人参,穷人搓脚心」。现在医学界也普遍认为「人之衰老始于足,足血盈,则身心健」。这是因为人的手脚四肢,都是末稍神经,血液循环较慢。医学上也有一句名言「通则不痛,痛则不通」。人身全凭气血支持。「气为血之师,血为气之母」。血到气到,那个地方气血不通,那个地方必有病痛,「烫脚」、「搓脚心」正是加速血液循环,改善营养,促进全身健康。

根据中医理论︰常搓脚心,有补肾强身、延年益寿之功效。因为中医理论认为︰涌泉穴乃足少阴肾经之开穴,通足太阴脾经与足厥阴肝经。三条阴经又与全身其他经络相联。三条阴经既通,可调整其他经络,达到治疗疾病,治疗脏腑,强身健体,延年益寿的目的。

以上八部功,无论头上六部,还是脚上两部,都是用自己的手笔,而手上「手太阴肺经」、「手阳明大肠经」、「手少阴心经」、「手太阳小肠经」、「手厥阴心包经」、「手少阳三焦经」又与全身经络相通。所以这「八部功」不但通了四肢和两头,而且通了全身。

article------>{"id":119,"cid":5,"sub_cid":"","title":"五台山八部功","short_title":"0","tag_id":"","attr":"","seo_title":"0","seo_keywords":"","seo_description":"1","source":"网络","author":"admin","description":"八部功的特色是阴阳同时调理,头部按摩属阳,脚部泡热水和按摩属阴,两者同时进行,效果特佳。","img":"","content":"<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;\">五台山八部功</span>是由五台山上一位年过七十的老先生所传授。他在五年间练八部功消除了各种慢性病,并且由白髮变成黑髮。八部功的特色是阴阳同时调理,头部按摩属阳,脚部泡热水和按摩属阴,两者同时进行,效果特佳。</p><p>八部功,主要是头上六部,脚上两部,共八部。</p><p>头上六部︰</p><p>乾梳头︰十指併拢,微屈,作梳头状,以前额──印堂穴──直梳到脖根。梳时指尖必须接触头皮。但轻重要适度,头皮以不痛为止。</p><p>按摩头︰用两手掌,主要用劳宫穴按摩头皮,方法同乾梳头,不过要稍用些力。</p><p>搓脖后穴位︰翳风双穴,完骨双穴,风池双穴,天柱双穴,哑门穴,风府穴,玉枕双穴,脑户穴等十三个穴位。手在脖后搓,右手搓左方,左手搓右方。</p><p>搓耳朵︰这是一种全息疗法。全身各部位在耳朵上都有反应点。故搓耳朵相当于全身按摩。有强肾之功。搓耳朵时用两手掌上下搓,那处有痛点,说明那处的相应部位有病变,应重点搓以刺激耳部有关部份来防治病变。</p><p>搓太阳穴︰用左右两手掌从太阳穴上方一寸处,往下一直搓到脸下面。</p><p>乾洗脸︰双手併拢,用两手掌从百会穴一直搓到脸下面,古时叫注颜术。</p><p>脚上两部︰</p><p>烫脚︰每晚睡前用开水烫脚。刚开始水太热,可慢慢用双脚沾水,等水温能容下脚时,将双脚全部泡在水中,同时即作头上六部功。六部功作完时,水也快凉了。这时将脚拿出来,但千万不能擦乾,必须让它晾乾。</p><p>搓涌泉︰〔即脚心〕烫完脚自乾后,端坐椅上或与小腿等高的床、凳上。全身放鬆,然后抬起左腿〔女则为右腿〕。将小腿放在右腿大腿上,脚心朝外,脚尖朝前,左手扶住左腿腕,用右手手掌〔劳宫穴〕,搓左脚涌泉穴一五下〔约十五分钟〕。搓完后放下左脚。再用此法搓右脚心一五○下。两脚共用三十分钟,然后睡觉。</p><p>以上八部健康长寿功,除搓脚心每次一五○下外,其馀七部,每次五十下。第七部烫脚,早晨可不必烫脚,换成搓小腿,每次也是五十下。</p><p>八部功为什麽只意注意两头?即「头部」和「脚部」。不注意「五脏」和「六腑」?这个问题,应从人的生理上研究。</p><p>关于头部︰</p><p>因为头部是属于人体的主宰,为「诸阳所会」与「百脉相通」。中医讲「髮为血之馀」,「肾者,其华在髮」。说明头髮和肾精与血液密切相关。由于精血关係到整个机体,所以「髮宜常梳」不仅仅是局部作用,而是「掌一髮而动全身」。所以要想强身体健,特别是要想保持一头黑髮,必须梳通头部经络,促进头部的血液循环,调节中枢神经系统,增加头髮根部的血流量,促进头髮生长,改善黑色素细胞的活性。增加黑色素细胞的数量,使头髮常年乌黑发亮。</p><p>头部的六部功,除头髮对人的生命有这样重要的作用外,其馀按摩头部、搓脖子、搓耳朵、搓太阳穴、乾洗脸等,它们的经络,都是通向全身。「肝开窍于目」、「肾开窍于耳」、「心开窍于舌」、「肺开窍于鼻」、「脾开窍于唇」等。特别是耳朵,全身各部位,都有它的反应点。</p><p>关于脚部︰</p><p>中国有句老话「富人吃药,穷人烫脚」,又说「富人吃人参,穷人搓脚心」。现在医学界也普遍认为「人之衰老始于足,足血盈,则身心健」。这是因为人的手脚四肢,都是末稍神经,血液循环较慢。医学上也有一句名言「通则不痛,痛则不通」。人身全凭气血支持。「气为血之师,血为气之母」。血到气到,那个地方气血不通,那个地方必有病痛,「烫脚」、「搓脚心」正是加速血液循环,改善营养,促进全身健康。</p><p>根据中医理论︰常搓脚心,有补肾强身、延年益寿之功效。因为中医理论认为︰涌泉穴乃足少阴肾经之开穴,通足太阴脾经与足厥阴肝经。三条阴经又与全身其他经络相联。三条阴经既通,可调整其他经络,达到治疗疾病,治疗脏腑,强身健体,延年益寿的目的。</p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n</p><p>以上八部功,无论头上六部,还是脚上两部,都是用自己的手笔,而手上「手太阴肺经」、「手阳明大肠经」、「手少阴心经」、「手太阳小肠经」、「手厥阴心包经」、「手少阳三焦经」又与全身经络相通。所以这「八部功」不但通了四肢和两头,而且通了全身。</p><p><br></p>","status":0,"pv":1713,"link":"1","createdAt":"2018-07-04 09:50:42","updatedAt":"2024-03-29 07:24:42","field":{},"tags":[]}
